I would give 0 stars if I could. After four years of being a loyal customer and spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars here, the way we were treated was beyond disappointing. We understand that nobody is perfect, and sometimes the quality of a service doesn't turn out as expected. We didn't hold that against them because mistakes happen. However, when nails are breaking and lifting off the very same afternoon they were done, there's clearly a workmanship issue. Over the past month and a half, we had to return multiple times to have the same problems fixed. Each time, we were assured we wouldn't be charged since they were correcting their own work. Yet when the service was finished, they acted as if those conversations never happened and charged us anyway. That's not how loyal customers should be treated. Maya and the management showed no accountability, no appreciation for long-term customers, and no integrity in how they handled the situation. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to nickel-and-dime a loyal client after repeatedly fixing issues they created. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. There are plenty of nail salons that value their customers and stand behind their services. Do yourself and your nails a favor and run from this place. Poor service, poor ethics, and terrible customer care. I won't be returning. read more

They did an okay job with the pedicures, and we were content with the results. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and efficiency. We had made an appointment by phone for both pedicures and acrylics. We received reminder texts for the appointment, and the gentleman at the front desk also confirmed that we were scheduled for both services. When we arrived, however, we were told they had forgotten about our acrylic appointment. Due to the long wait, we ultimately decided to only get the pedicures. Even with an appointment, we ended up spending about two hours there. While the pedicures themselves were decent, the experience could have been much better with clearer communication, better organization, and more efficient service. read more

My blue set was my natural nail and shellac nail it did not last like my other sets, however I am ruff on my hands in all things I do I will not be getting shellac or my real nails again. I'll be back in the summer. Keep up the good work. read more

Used to be Bliss Nails (previous review there). They've become my go-to nail place. Jan does an incredible job with the gel shellac. Great detail and super quick. It also lasts several weeks and is reasonably priced. Tim did my pedi and he was also very efficient and does a great job. I've had some others that were fine, but Jan and Tim are my favorite. They work super hard and are always friendly and welcoming, trying to accommodate any and all who come in. They work with you to get you in for an appointment even if it's last minute or a walk-in. 10/10 in my book read more

Wonderful experience this morning. I have an injured toenail, which can be very painful. Remi was amazing and gave me a pedicure, taking extra special care and gentleness with the injured toe. I could hear other technicians making sure their clients were comfortable. The facility was very clean, all tools sanitized, and pleasant to spent a little bit of time in. I've been twice now and while it's not the best nail salon I've ever been to it is one of the best I've been to in Colorado, depending on who helps you. Mimi and Tommy were great today. I would have liked a little more attention to the calluses on my heels in my pedicure, but I appreciated how quick she was and listened to my preferences. Tommy did a dip manicure and it's pretty good. I've received more thorough service at other salons, but for a 30 min dip manicure I'm very happy and will be back. read more

Salon ambiance is comfortable and uncrowded, prices are reasonable, people are pleasant, everything is clean, and the three nail technicians I've had all did an exceptional job on my basic no-frills gel pedicures. On my first visit, the tech turned my terrible winter feet into lovely smooth feet, and the guy who took care of me last week gave me the most skillful foot and leg massage I think I've ever had. read more

I went to Boss Nails today. The lady who helped me sighed heavily as soon as I sat down. She rushed through my pedicure, in fact at the end she used the price sheet as a fan on my feet to try to get my nail polish to dry quicker. It was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE TIME. It was NOT relaxing as a pedicure should be. I don't recommend going here if you want to have a relaxing experience. read more

5 stars for many reasons! I walked in and didn't have an appt but was able to get right in for a pedi and dip. This was my first time here and was incredibly surprised at how big the place was! I was put in a nice and private chair and they even did my dip during the pedi! Pedi was nice and not rushed at all! The dip was very well done! I prefer a hard top coat instead of gel which some places do and I'll never understand. If I wanted gel, I would get gel, not dip. Lol The dip was perfectly polished and thin, just as I like it! The price was fair! However, when I went to leave, I totally biffed it off the cement steps to right and fell HARD. To my surprise about 4 employees came rushing out to help me. I scrapped both legs from my knees all the way to my toes...and the fresh polish was scrapped off my toes. The incredibly nice staff rushed to get peroxide, band aids, and even water for me. They stayed with me until I felt better, I became light headed and had to sit down for a bit. They even redid the toenail polish while I was waiting to feel better. Truly above and beyond!!! I'll definitely be back and hopefully they don't remember I was the one who fell! Lol read more
