I guess I was supposed to relax on the massage recliner while the technician taking her time doing the pedicure, but the reality was the 2nd technician took my hands and doing manicure at the same time. I suggested to do the manicure at the table after as I am taking the day off from work so no need to rush... so for the entire an hour and half, I was twisting my body towards the right side, and the heater box was put on my legs the entire time, the scene looked like I was put through an assembly line in a factory. I went there for a full set. I arrived with no appointment and only one other person in there! The lady spent 1.5 hours on my nails! No white tips, they painted them white. Within two days the white is peeling and where they painted white she left the smeared residue on them. I called to have them fixed and was told I had to pay again! They took their time to make them perfect and they also did not use UV light which I know is better for my nails and skin and my nails still feel strong. I've only been here once, as a walk-in. Let's start with the pros: the nail technician took her time and I got a great pedicure. I got the basic pedicure and she didn't push to upsell me. Is at back and relaxed and enjoyed it thoroughly. My toes look great too. What causes me to only give 3 stars is the place is pretty dirty. The chairs have definitely been around a while and there's a good amount of grime on everything. Don't look too closely or you'll be grossed out, at least I was. read more

Wonderful spot for pedicures! I easily made an appointment over the phone. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The nail technician I had provided the best foot massage I've ever received during a pedicure! They were also very gentle with trimming, scrubbing, etc. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Will definitely go back! read more

Truthfully, I'm not sure what to feel about my experience. It's probably closer to 2.5 stars? But I don't know that I fully enjoyed it. I got a manicure and a pedicure and for the pedicure I asked to add the Shea butter because that was an option and the nail tech kept asking if I wanted to upgrade it fully to the deluxe but I repeatedly said no, just the Shea butter. Halfway through the pedicure she got up and got was i presumed was the Shea butter and then she got up a second time and came back with the hot stones which was part of the deluxe service that I did not ask for. It was a nice service but it costed an extra $10 that I didn't ask for. Now the part that dropped it down so many stars is that I got a gel manicure and my nails were filed all the way down. Because of how they are painted, it looks like they've already grown out even though they were just done on Saturday. My nails were also filed all different shapes and almost all of them are chipped already. The staff were all really friendly but the emphasis on up charging and the fact that my nails probably won't even last a week is heartbreaking. I did not have a great experience here. They did a Terrible job shaping and painting my nails and the service was not great. I tried this nail salon twice however my experience has not changed. The last time I went, I arrived and waited for 15 minutes and they let the person after me go before me because I was doing classic polish instead of gel. They did not clean my cuticles properly and the lady was not focused on the job. She kept looking around to see what else was going on in the store and she kept answering her cellphone without excusing herself. I did not feel valued as a customer and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Pretty disappointed, got my nails done and have been here many times in the past. The technician for both my dip mani and pedi seemed to be distracted and there was no attention to detail. I have dip all over the skin on my fingers and her filing and clipping my cuticles was painful. She often used her nails instead of tools. The color on my pedicure is uneven and there is polish left on my skin. Definitely will not be back. read more

This is one of those spots where they really can't manage reservations. Called ahead. Confirmed a time for a pedicure. Showed up on time. They sat me in a chair, 1/4 filled the tub with freezing cold water and then walked away. No one has even spoken to me for 30 minutes. Will edit this review if i ever actually get a pedicure. Pedicure done. Nails look great. Just need some patience. Also - probably didn't need the upsell to the 'deluxe'. Will get the basic next time. read more

Got my nails done with a SNS French manicure over my own nails a week before my wedding. I'm writing this review one day shy of 4 weeks later - and they still look great! Trang is the best. No chips, no breaks at all. I don't usually get my nails done, but I'm going back and getting a new color because I know how well this will hold up! I think it's $35 for one color and $40 for two (a French manicure is 2 colors). They aren't too thick, and they use a strengthening coat on the longer part of the nail to help prevent breaking. They have a new owner now. You paid $45 for the deluxe pedi but they finished within 30 minuets. They also don't have the light to dry your finished polish nails, as the technician said the owner added in extra chairs so no space for it. So even you sat there for 20 minuets after the service, your nails are completely ruined, yes they fixed it but they rushed to it as well. Not coming back! read more

Made an appointment online to try this place for the first time yesterday. I was looking for a place close to home () that did dip powder manicures (). Jenifer did my nails, she was awesome. She paid attention to the details and clearly likes her job. I will definitely be going back to see her again! Got SNS nails for the first time. So far, I'm very impressed. I'm incredibly hard on my hands and got frustrated that my last gel manicure didn't even last a week. From the feel of this manicure I can already tell it will be vet difficult to chip, crack, or otherwise destroy my nails. In the future I will be taking cash. I didn't know previously, and didn't think about it - like most people I so rarely carry paper money. They do prefer cash but accept cards happily. read more

There was a language barrier, which I'm sure played into the services I accepted and I'll take SOME responsibility for that (I speak English as my first language). I also was given a different technician half way through. The chairs were uncomfortable and when I used massage mode it was so jarring the technician asked me to turn it off. Called and made an appointment to ensure I would get in for gel pedicure and SNS french tip manicure (with added tips). I didn't add any frills in terms of treatments. I ended up running late due to traffic (South Boulder Road is a mess at 5 PM) but was still fit in and seated for the pedicure within 5 minutes of walking in. Strange ambiance in this place, like it is trying to be upscale with the very large screen playing Friends the whole time, with a very "mom and pop shop" feel. There is a sign on the wall asking you to keep cell phone use to a minimum so other people can relax and enjoy the quiet, but there were three women getting their nails done (seemed like regulars that very loudly gossiped about their friends, facebook, and friend's husbands the whole time I was there. Not a relaxing environment. My nail technician and I couldn't understand each other and went in circles on several questions she was asking me. We were both trying our hardest, there was just too strong of a language barrier. Another technician that spoke clear English completed my SNS for me. My two services took about 2.5 hours and I believe I paid around $120 for everything. I will be going back for more SNS. read more

I do not get pedicures or manicures often but this place actually hurt me while doing my pedicure. First I didn't get the color I had asked for, second the pedicure actually hurt. Today I have a toe that was hurting pretty badly. After looking at it I see a spot where they cut part of the skin off on the side which is why it is hurting. My manicure doesn't look that great at all. You can see where they missed painting part of my nails and where they left polish on my fingers. I also didn't get the color I asked for on my nails. I was told what would look good . I will not spend my money at at this place again. on both my toes nails and finger nails even after questioning the color. What the actual F. I booked a pedicure and a man with glasses took me back. He filed aggressively and underneath my nail which was uncomfortable, cut my nails way too short after I explicitly asked/gestured to cut only a small amount, and kept dropping products. He was distracted and looking elsewhere most of the time. I tried asking to make the shaping a little more consistent but that only made it 200% worse as he chipped the side of my nail. He was nice enough but for $45 you HAVE to request to see someone else and avoid getting stuck with this guy. I'm incredibly disappointed in the price point I paid for the worst pedicure job I have ever had. To boot, he didn't even seem to acknowledge the terrible outcome. I will be going home, taking off the lumpy polish job, and reshaping my nails myself. read more

After she started doing our nails we were told that they are leaving early and they wanted to stop before they even started putting the color on our nails and still wanted to charge us the same price. They were extremely crooked and bulky and extremely thick! She also put this cuticle oil which I did not ask for. The nails came off about 4 days later...
