This is my second time coming here and again I was greeted upon waking in! I had an appointment scheduled and was told how to check in for my appointment and was taken right to my chair even tho I arrived 5 minutes early! I requested Lee and she did amazing work! I did a deluxe pedicure and it was AMAZING quite literally almost fell asleep on my chair from the Amazing massage she gave me. I hadn't been to VIP nails in almost 4 years, but I have them another chance recently and I have to say my experience was so much better. I think they may have new management and things are being ran so much better. I do my own nails at home, but every once and awhile I like to get my nails cleaned up professionally. I had to real delight of having Linda as my nail tech and she was such a lovely person. The moment I sat down with her I just enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her. She was very gentle with my nails and cleaned them up very nicely for me so I could go home and do my DIP nails. It was fairly inexpensive to have my nails removed and cleaned up and for time purposes I may come in more often to have Linda clean up my nails for me. Aside from the service being great, they have done some remodeling and it all looks great. Everything was clean and modern. I received a shellac manicure that lasted 7 days before it started chipping. There are plenty of nail salons in this area. Take your money somewhere else. I went back to get it fixed and they were extremely rude and corrected it at a dirty table. My hand, arm, and lap were covered in someone else's nail shavings. VIP Nails is back open for business with great social distancing practices and added features to keep themselves and customers safe! Everyone was wearing masks, they asked people to wait outside until the technician was ready for you. At least every other pedicure chair was kept open for social distancing and they had plastic dividers between them. The manicure tables also had plastic shields for protection. They gave me my own set of files to take with me and bring back for my next visit so it is more sanitary! I'm so glad they have opened back up and are doing so much to keep everything clean and sanitary for themselves and their customers. If you are on the fence about coming in, don't be! They have taken every precaution I could think of and even more! read more

I found my new favorite place. I went on a Sunday afternoon as walk-in ready for a re-base. I was immediately seated with Bryan, who clearly runs a well organized salon. I was impressed by the color choices. They have the biggest selection of mood changing polish I've ever seen. I was there for 30 mins or so. They did a beautiful job, were really friendly, and the vibe is nice in there. It cost 35.00. I'll be back there. Also, they do dipped nails. Hooray! read more

I had come in for a refill on my acrylics. I understand that I was a walk in. I knew that I was going to have to wait. When I checked and the guy told me 15 to 20-ish minutes and then they would be able to get me in and I said yeah I'm totally fine to wait that amount. 20 minutes pass by no communication. He's continuing to tell more customers who come in the same exact wait time I also watched customers who had an appointment canceled their appointment because of waiting so long. I waited there for a total of an hour and then I left there was no communication from the staff after that initial estimate of a 15 to 20 minute window. If he had been more honest about how long it would've taken to get me in, I would've appreciated it and been understanding. I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend to go here. read more

Your typical nail salon. Pedi chairs nail tables and a lot of techs running around working hard! I got a pedicure with the works and it was nice, although I felt the techs kept trying to upgrade on everything and I felt sort of guilted into upgrading my regular pedi to the highest costing one. It was nice but the sugar scrub was a bit rough than what I'm used too. I then had to wait for like ten minutes to have a second tech to my sns/dipped nails and she did a fair job just left ALOT of product on my skin under my nails and seemed a little messy. It wears off, but I would have appreciated her taking the acetone to remove these spots since I was getting these done for a wedding. Overall good experience, just felt like I was being up sold on everything and that my original choices of the services I wanted were not respected. read more

I arrived about 5 min late for my appointment last Saturday and you would have thought it was 5 hrs! The man at the front yelled at me, my nail gal barely spoke to me at all and she was so aggressive with removing my shellac from last time I came very close to leaving! It was painful! She seemed to be in such a huge hurry. Now my cuticles look like it's been 2 weeks since my last manicure and it's only been 3 days. I am very disappointed. Visiting from out of town, but this place has to be one of the best.... You know what no, the best so far Nail Salon I have ever been to. The service was quick. The nail techs really work with what you ask and they genuinely want to know how you like the service. The welcoming team also helps dramatically! I couldn't find a color that I had gotten previously, and the nail tech I had was gone that day, but between the welcoming staff and my nail tech we worked to get the perfect match and then added some jewels. Super rude ladies. I walked in for a pedicure with my daughters and they immediately seemed annoyed. None of them had ever had pedicures before and it was my littlest daughter's birthday and she had lots of questions and they just basically ignored her. When I chose the basic pedicures the nail tech ripped the sheet out of my hand and seemed annoyed yet again that I wasn't upgrading. Their first experience with a pedicure was awful.
