Basically, they refused to provide services to mee, due to my disability. I'm on supplemental oxygen, I have a service animal and suffer from lupus. I might be a little fragile on some days and need the assistance of a walker and/or wheelchair and they have stayed so over the phone. If they see my caller ID they do not answer the phone, if I turn it off or use my husband's phone to make an appointment, they call back and cancel mee appointment. At first, I wasn't sure why they kept doing this to mee and they confirmed, they do not want to do my nails, due to my disability. I purchased pedicure "Lavender upgrade" for extra $65, noticeably, running thru my quality time, barely placing, my feet into hot paraffin wax, not mere moment's pleasures and loosening up, part of extra(s) paid amenities. The owner felt, it's ok, skip some of actual amenities, like pushing back +cutting cuticles (should be been done earlier) prior to coloring nails, adequately entire coverage, lasting impression. Also, they can fully either push me +/or rid of me, quickly, skipping massage, so they can tend, to all person(s), continues to "walk-in(s) without any appointment(s). There's 2 reason(s), I make appointment(s), prefer not to waste day; and, my request(s) for certain nail tech, knows my preference(s). And, repeatedly, making requests "cuticles" blaze work of my nails; going to nail salon is like "treat" supposed to endure relaxation and for some respite. Last, my "cuticles" I've repeated, multiple times and throughout. Prior to payment, finally cut cuticles and it's strange, they didn't push them back, either. They clip cuticles in less than couple minutes and gets your CC and says, that'll be extra $10. second,I'm 2nd generation Asian American, my husband, also Asian and friendly candor and worst uses all of it, take advantage(s), due my ethnicity want to taken care of within time frame. Yes, I'm Asian, disabled and wear oxygen. However walk-ins without appointments, continues to come in and owner, accepts them, tells them to pick color, drops me, like hot potato. Then, she would ask another person unaware my preferences plus, she's unable to understand/speak English, why make an appointment? I should come in, as walk-in since they do not seem to turn people away. read more

I have never gotten my nails done until the past few months. The staff here is friendly and very accommodating and Vlora is efficient and listens to what I want. I tried the dip for my fingernails this time and she was also patient in answering my questions and explaining what she was doing. I love my visits here where I can just relax and let go of my to do list for a while. read more

Got a dip manicure from May, it was absolutely terrible. I asked for light pink and she showed me a nail book to choose from. I picked out a light baby pink. I also showed her 5 different inspiration pictures to show her what I wanted. However, May gave me neon pink barbie nails! AWFUL! I spoke up that the color was not right multiple times. The manager then told me that she removed the nail color from the nail book when I asked them to look at the nail book sample compared to my nails. I have a suspicion that the nail tech grabbed the wrong color. Their solution was to put nude/brown gel polish on top of my dip manicure to "fix it". It not only DIDN'T fix it but they charged me extra for the gel coat!!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!! My nails are now salmon/canned tuna colored. I have attached my inspiration photo of what I wanted/showed to the nail tech (May) and a photo of what nail color they gave me. I'm beyond frustrated and annoyed. Unlike most salons, they have it color organized into books (labeled and categorized) for gel and shellac. Once I was seated, I was extremely surprised and pleased at the prices (and the extremely organized service description), so I decided to go with the seasonal orange pedicure!! Vlora is amazing! I had a wonderful experience. They have great massage chairs, headed neck pillows & cooling towels. The seasonal manicure included a wonderful orange scrub, heated oranges, and an absolutely fantastic heated stone massage. I went here for a gel mani and pedi and was very pleased. I made a same-day appointment and had no issues. It was moderately crowded, but most were regulars. I got a small design on my nails and regular polish on my toes. They asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, but I just got the basic option. Bonus - HGTV was on the tv! Very clean, too. read more

It was his first manicure. My manicure was beautiful and lasted about a week. I only got my natural nails painted so I was happy with how long they lasted. I'm giving them 2 stars because the first time the dip nails were perfect, besides the fact they didn't have a color I wanted after I had decided on it and had to ask for a hand massage with a $40 manicure, which was pathetic and lasted maybe 3 seconds on each hand. Fast forward, I go back to have my nails redone and I get a man this time that was short tempered and aggressive (actually caused pain trying to dig out under my nails). I picked out color 107 and then he hurried through the dip (I also noticed only 2 layers were put on whereas before the last put 3) and I noticed that the color was not at all what I had picked and was in fact the color next to it 106. It literally matched 106 EXACTLY! But that was not the color I had wanted! He got mad and said the color will come out like that 107 at the end! Well... "IT DIDN'T" and he could even tell they were wrong because he kept looking back noticing it, but wouldn't admit it! Then he got huffy and said, "ok I just redo your nails because you don't like" when the dip has already been done and I didn't have the time to go back through it so I just settled for it (my fault I guess, but I also didn't want him tearing up my fingers anymore either). Then of course no hand massage or anything and when I asked he just said "NO!" Ok just "WOW!" Thanks but no thanks! I'll find another place sheesh! And for the record I left a 20% tip when I shouldn't have! Update: my nails started chipping after only 3 days. Very disappointed! read more

First, the space is great and they have a fabulous selection of colors. It was challenging to pick the right one! The people were super friendly, and my pedicure looks perfect. Love the massage chairs! Now, the not so great. I got a dip manicure for the first time and I'm SO disappointed. I was hoping to get at least two+weeks out of it but as of today, one week after I got the manicure, I have four cracked nails and two with chunks out of them. I'm not happy about this. My friends have dips that have lasted 3+ weeks. Not sure if 3 weeks is normal, but I know getting less than a week out of is definitely isn't normal. I've been a regular at Envie for a few months after trying several salons in the Boulder area. As someone who always got gel on my nails and then picked it off in less than 10 days, I was thrilled when I was last getting my nails done and she suggested dip because of its durability. I've never had a technician explain to me why gel bubbles so quickly for me - I have very dry skin - and that my tendency to pick my nails escalates that problem. The women at this salon are incredibly kind and I am thankful that I found them! Plus, their prices are a bit less expensive since they are outside of Boulder. It's worth the drive! read more

Envie nails does a great pedicure. I was able to call and get a last minute appointment. I was about 4 minutes late, and they began prepping my chair when I arrived as I browsed the colors. They have a menu of options for pedicures and I selected the signature, which included additional callous removal, a parafin wax, hot stone massage and additional foot massage. It was 45 minutes of relaxation. The total for a gel signature pedi was $55. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. read more

Newer nail place, have been in twice for pedicures. The Signature pedicure includes paraffin wax, hot stones, warm towel for calves, and either a warm or cold gel neck pack. Oh yeah for $40.
