Clearly these ladies don't give a rip about quality. I've been here a couple of times out of convenience and every time I leave I'm disappointed. This picture was taken 30 mins after my appointment. Sloppy and lazy. The cost was $65. Don't waste your money.

I have gone to so many nail salons and can honestly say I have never been happier than when I go to this one! Mary is amazing and always does a beautiful job and her attention to detail is outstanding. Definitely recommend!!

I love this place for my quick trip to get nails done and grab a massage chair from heaven. Whether with my Daughters, solo or neighbors. I am in and out and feel totally happy and taken care of. I work in sales for a living so I don't go to chat and I've always been left to shit my eyes and relax. Before non-profit galas in Denver this is my spot. I tell the ladies it's important for fingernails and I am treated with extra care and time.

I went into to Starlight a few weeks ago to get acrylics done. It was my first time visiting, and I had experienced bad luck with other nail salons. I had high hopes. I was in love with my nails right after I got them done, but within two days my nails started to chip (it was cured gel - which isn't supposed to chip and that is why I got it). I read on their website that you can go in within two weeks and get the nails fixed if they chip. I went back in, and all they did was paint over the chipped spots, so there was dips in the polish and it wasn't smooth. I was okay with the job, and I just figured it was a free fix and it would be okay. Then my nails started to chip again, and the polish began to turn black. Almost all of the polish on one of my nails has peeled off, and the nail broke and chipped as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning this salon.

After having my son nearly 4 years ago, I had so much hair loss (that's been growing in ever since..) Tanya was able to see the new growth and help plan a cut to help hide and assist those baby hairs to blend in. She has an awesome ability to know what cuts look good based on your face shape. I tend to do more bright colors/highlights and it always come out amazing and beautiful. Tanya is also a great conversationalist, even from the first meet, it's never been uncomfortable or trying. I always look forward to my next appointment and can't thank her enough each time. ALWAYS a great experience.

She asked so many questions about what I wanted and we looked at pictures online together to make sure she had a clear understanding of my expectations. Not only do I love how my hair turned out but she also took the time to educate me by providing styling tips, product recommendations, and hair treatments. I am so happy to have found someone who is both knowledgeable and talented. Oh, and she was super sweet and easy to talk to. I suck at small-talk and she made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to booking my future hair-needs with her!

I've made appointments there ~4 times, and while I've rooted for this location to be awesome, they're not getting better. My experience this weekend will be my last. I chalked the first few visits up to "growing pains", but I'm moving on and you should too. Driving to Boulder (20+ mins) is worth it for higher quality customer service. PROS: - Waxing in the City HANDS DOWN has the best products and wax. It does the job, while leaving your skin super soft. - Online scheduling makes life easier when you're looking for a quick beauty treatment. CONS: - There is no one ANYWHERE to greet you. I totally get business expenses, online check-in, technology-led options. This all makes sense. But when you can literally hear the waxers in the back chit-chatting and no one greets you after 15 minutes, that's ridiculous. On 07/01, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even came out to see if I was ready. That's 15 minutes past my scheduled appt time (a service that wouldn't have taken more than 15 mins - yes, I arrived 5 minutes early). Other locations in the front range have this same set up, but you NEVER wait this long. - If you call, the phone rings to an empty office. Thinking something was off, I called the phone number to the location from the lobby - - which led to an open/empty office that I could see from the waiting room. No one answered the phone or even paid attention to it. - They're not setting their waxers up for success. It isn't the girls' fault that this setup is in place. If you have all the time in the world to just hang out in their lobby unattended, try this location. Otherwise, the drive to Boulder is my full recommendation. Note: After this "appointment" that never was, I drove 20 minutes to Boulder and had the most lovely appointment with the WTC-Boulder team.

I think the quality for this establishment has gone down. Since last year, I've gotten quite a few…read moreprocedures done here: Facials, microdermabrasion, and waxing. So yes, I'd say I was a regular here. However, I did not enjoy my last two procedures here. I just had a waxing procedure done today. I realized that my esthetician started rushing me. Some of the wax hadn't fully cooled before she started pulling. I've had several wax procedures done before and I've never had someone pull while the wax was still warm. I didn't want to assume she didn't know what she was doing, so I didn't say anything. She proceeded to tell me that she was rushing, because "she had another client." Anyone who's had wax done before knows that it can be painful if the wax the doesn't set. Customers want to feel cared for, so if you're rushing me for someone else, why am I paying for this service? Instead of confronting my esthetician, I called into the front desk just to notify her of my concern. I don't think it went well. She proceeded to remind me that I was late to my appointment so that couldn't lead to the esthetician rushing. Seemed more like we were going back and forth than trying to understand each other. Yes, I admit, I was 5 minutes late -- but that really isn't a reason to rush a procedure. Front desk even started to argue with me about how late i really was. I'd really like better communication next time if being 5 minutes late was a big concern. But don't rush services I'm paying for. The front desk employee asked if I wanted a refund, I refused because that's not the point of my calling in. Nonetheless, I paid for my service and tipped my esthetician fairly. But I'm never spending money here again.
