Very cute and clean shop! Service was great and my manicure was awesome! Priced well, too. I made an appointment and it was smooth sailing! I went with a regular manicure. **update: after one week, my basic manicure is in perfect condition! I've never had a regular manicure last this long.

Unique Nails is seriously the best! I've always gotten acrylics, so I didn't know my natural nails could look this good. They used dip powder, and my nails look sleek, healthy, and flawless. The salon has such a cozy vibe, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the amazing service. If you're thinking of going natural, I highly recommend Unique Nails--they truly work magic!

Been coming here since 2008 and the quality of nails has gotten worse and worse these last few months. Very disappointed in the quality of nails they put out at a VERY expensive price I might add. If you want them to blame your ugly nail shape on your natural nails come here! They'll charge you extra for it! Cindy the owner did these by the way for reference.

Looking for a friendly and comfortable atmosphere to decompress and get a little pampered? Then check out unique nails. I had a great experience here with a co-worker. We had our nails done and had a festive Halloween theme done. The service was great and everyone who worked there was super friendly. I had a very talented person work on my nails. I was really impressed how well she did. Next time you need a little self care, check out unique nails.

She literally made every single finger bleed and sent me out with crusted blood on every cuticle. It looked like crap. It took an hour and a half for a dip manicure. And instead of dipping the French tips, they painted them. Looks terrible. I want to just take it off. The woman that did my pedicure did a great job, but not worth going there for this mess.

I just have a few words. I love Quen. My nails are flawless each time. Go see her, you won't regret it.

I'm in Boulder for the summer teaching at CU, looked at places in this area but didn't find great reviews. I had to run an errand in Bloomfield & found this spot with great Yelp reviews. Unique Nails didn't disappoint, Nee did my nails - she was fantastic! She took her time, recommended colors for my nails & did a great job on the minimalist nail art I wanted. I'm definitely coming back here again! Thanks, Nee!

Cannot speak highly enough of Unique Nails! I moved to Broomfield mid-pandemic and needed a new nail spot to go to. Being so close to home, I figured I would give them a try. Well, they have made a repeat customer out of me. They have amazing prices (slight increase because of covid) but even their new prices are great! I have never left disappointed with the work I got done OR the amount of money I spent. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is unmatched by other nail salons. I have been going to Wen since I began my relationship with Unique Nails. I started coming in and getting shellac, but we were realizing I was breaking nails so badly (bartending) and was frustrated that I could not get any natural length. Wen suggested we try dip powder and she has been taking amazing care of my nails WITHOUT tips to add length! I also struggle super badly with hang nails not only on my fingers, but on my toes and they take care of them so gently and always make sure I am comfortable with the work they are doing. My go-to place for mani-pedi! I suggest booking an appointment online, that way you can get your preferred tech and won't have to wait. I have seen work from all the ladies there and nobody there will disappoint. Book an appointment today to try them out! You won't be disappointed!!

Hi All! I'm new to the area and I needed a new nail place and stopped in here for a manicure and pedicure I was pleasantly pleased! They are super nice and do a great job! I've come back 4 times in the past 2 months loving it!

    Crappy dip nails.

Went in for a rebase and pedicure. I ended up with completely new tips, which was more money and unnecessary. I was forced to pick from Halloween style nails even though Halloween was the next day and I said I wanted plain nails. There's black specks in the lighter color, the shapes are inaccurate and stupid long, she cut me pretty deeply, and to top it off not even a week later the gel coat on my ring finger is completely peeled off, half of it peeled off of my pointer finger, one of my toes are chipped and the cat has like a crater in its face. They also don't seem to keep track of appointments at all, booking online doesn't matter. Never coming here again. Edit: two days after submitting this review, two nails are lifting already. This is a new set, should not be happening. Even more disappointed. Edit 2: within 2 weeks all of the nails were off. Waste of money.

Love love going to Wen! I do a lot of work with my hands everyday and she's always accommodating if I ever accidentally break a nail or have a design request! I looked at a lot of different salons before going to Unique and I definitely won't be switching anytime soon.

That's why this experience was so upsetting. My normal technician was sick, and I was put with another technician. I was told that would be able to provide the service I had originally planned for. When I politely expressed that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out and asked for them to be corrected, the situation immediately became uncomfortable. My hand was handled roughly during the process, and instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I was the problem for simply wanting the service done properly. I left feeling blamed and dismissed rather than helped. I was then left sitting for over 30 minutes with no communication while other clients were taken, unsure of what was happening next and increasingly embarrassed in a public setting. Throughout the interaction, I felt gaslit -- as though my concerns were unreasonable -- even though I remained calm and respectful the entire time. The appointment ultimately lasted over 3 1/2 hours, causing me to miss work and reschedule my own clients. Even after the nails were redone, I still did not like the final result, yet expressing that only seemed to create more tension rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. What hurt the most was being made to feel at fault for advocating for myself. As someone who also works in a service industry, I understand mistakes happen, but clients should never feel intimidated, blamed, or emotionally uncomfortable for speaking up about a service they paid for. This experience ended what had been a long-standing client relationship. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, professionalism, and care for future clients so no one else leaves feeling the way I did.

Nowadays, it's difficult, to get same day appts and watching them take walk-ins is little frustrating. My daughter and I made appts to come in for mom+daughter time, we were separated almost entire time. And, even at end; she's made attempts; let me know she's done. Beware, price gouging; a) pedicure is set price, being advertised (false advertising?) anyhow, I came in to have pedicure and/or part of any offers (i.e., mani-pedi price, shellac-pedi price) are all set amounts. For my first experience, pedicure was exactly advertised with shellac at set price. I've found, it depends upon "nail tech" taking care of you. However my last nail tech, lazy, she did not follow details, as listed/advertised, scrub bottoms of my feet and repeatedly, reminding her to do, specific details (+unaware, an extra charge $5) cuticles are to be pushed back (use wooden sticks), it should not be painful, as customer never hurt/bleed with use of specific oil to soften, cut ok sorry, meant clear extra skin the cuticles. It then allows, lacquer and/or nail polishes or whatever being used and closer at your natural areas. It can be as soon, as after pushing back, usually later while doing whatever you need, hours later and washing hands, lotion, etc., then pushed cuticles that are left (don't worry, grows quickly) will begin, to grow, as usual. If, done correctly, it should begin to meet or even cover polished areas. These days at these pop-up salons, even upon request, doing it after everything has been done, deceit. In past, when your hands are stuck in bowls from beginning, barely allowing it to soak; they begin process of whatever has been requested. For me, my skin grows rampantly; I've come out to look at them, it's obvious and even after you leave/go home and you take notice; call salon; and any reputable salon will if I pay extra $5, they always do it at the end, they will not even care, nor give idea it is necessary step in providing manicure and pedicure give you an idea that they have observed, every step, due to cost(s) and longevity, as they use stainless steel ones so they can clean it & barely touches, it's like "act" do have you begin after capable to experience was more of foot soak and paint nails. Now, I have received several pedicures (in my lifetime and usually, regular pedicures, includes: tiny massage with lotion and definitely, removed all calluses, scrubs bottoms of feet, cuticles pushed & cut. All of which, did NOT occur induration of my so-called "pedincluded scrubs bottoms of feet don't tell you up at certain amount, , They took care of everything, used to frequently visit, every two weeks and didn't need an appointment and it was never problem if, you don't have an appointment. I would be there, fairly long, taking my time, my body isn't what it used to be. As of late, I've heard, from my neighbors, even with an appointment, there is long wait and changes with, multiple technicians. Advice: whether you have an appointment or not, avoid weekends and/or come earlier in the day. As for myself, I have not returned since November 2018. Reserved, two appointment(s) for me and my daughter, we want mother and daughter time and we wanted to chat, she lives out of the state. I was never close enough, within the vicinity of being next to her and both separated. My daughter's first comment, we get into car, to go home, she immediately, began expressing, how expensive it was! They are bit steep on their prices. I would get shellac/dip and regular pedicure. Usually, when I'd go in for shellac/dip (everything) would be meticulous, everything done, exactly like manicure, instead of using nail polish, would use shellac/dip. Apparently, I'm mistaken, I found out the hard way. You have to pay for any and every thing, sometimes person doesn't scrub, bottoms of feet, well enough. I asked, 'can you scrub them better?' After, got shellac done, I asked, 'please, cut my cuticles' and they know, I always, ask for it to be done. Oh, when I went to pay, surprised to hear, it was more than usual. Then, it was pointed out, all of the additional fees were from, when I asked to scrub my calluses, she barely took excessive skin for an extra $10; for my cuticles, another extra $10; etc., it goes on and on. Also, the pedicure price goes up! Of course, you don't know, until you are sitting, soaking your feet, provide you menu of upgrades (much more, than anticipated) personally, I ask for basic pedicure (priced, as advertised) mom (Gina, caring & helpful) her work is done, meticulously and she ensures to takes care of everything, including calluses, all without extra ($$) charges. He explained, "price for shellac, does not include a manicure" I'm not asking for manicure and everything, that it comes with, I simply, wanted to cut back my cuticles.
