If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible. They cut up my hands and try to hide it by every single time blood was dripping I , down my hands they would take the towel and wipe it and hide my fingers from me. She asked me how much I wanted to tip and I said none and they proceeded to put a $10 tip. It was honestly the most ridiculous experience I've ever had a nail salon. I've also been going and getting my nails done for over a year now and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

I stopped getting my nails done because I couldn't find a good place to go but decided to stop by this nail salon for the first time before a vacation and LOVED it, I have gotten my nails done 3 times and I love it every time the employees are all so nice and listen to what you want, it's a very nice place with a great environment, will be coming back for sure!

I was hopeful for this place because I was trying to find a new nail salon closer to me. I went for a gel pedi and dip mani before a vacation. I used to get the same service every few weeks before the pandemic so I am very familiar with how the polish should stay on and should look. The pedicure was fine, nothing special but the polish looks good and has stayed on so far. I was hoping for better scrubbing on my feet with a pumice and not the cheese grater thing for five seconds (those aren't sanitary!) but the guy who did it was very nice. A different woman did my nails. No hello or anything. Just sat down and started working. Three days in and this is how my dip nails look - Breaking already, cuticles peeling and they look grown out already because the polish wasn't painted near the bottom of my nails. I don't know if the woman was newer but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was grinding my cuticles and it was so painful and the way she was putting the polish on was painfully slow. With the filing, she didn't do enough so my nails looked like giant bubbles afterward. She then started filing with a different file and it was hurting and then she starting yelling at me to relax but made me start bleeding. It was terrible. She took nearly an hour and a half to do my nails which is ridiculously long, so I had to take a call while I was there at the end for work because I wasn't planning on being there still during my lunch. I felt bad about that because I hate those people but I didn't have another option. I could tell the woman was getting frustrated with me but I was trying to be kind during it all and she was not nice. This was literally the worst dip job I have ever had. I will not go back! I think the manager or owner was there and kept checking in. She was so nice and I wished she had done my nails! They should get rid of the other woman!

The nail salon is beautiful and clean, the ladies that work there aren't shy of perfect either. The price was also great. The people who work here are very talented and detailed. Everything is so clean and thorough. They're very sweet and fixed my friends toe when she bumped it twice!! We are so happy we found this place. They made my beaten up hands and feet gorgeous colorful and I no longer feel embarrassed of them :)

I had Tina and she did amazing. The Delux pedi massage was sooo good. I've only been here once but I'd recommend and I'll be going back.

I think this was my second time coming here. My technician Tony did a simple manicure.. he was very nice very gentle. He wasn't much of a conversationalist but that's ok either am I. Pretty sure I'll make this my new salon. I was @ another Salon ( Westwood) earlier this day.. waited 45 min.. they kept taking everyone else & greeted me only once when I walked in than the rest of the time all the girls ignored me!! Won't b going back there. I walked in here.. took me right away. I realize the other place was busier but 45 min.. come on that's ridiculous read more

Looks like others have had good experiences but I did not. I simply asked them to remove my gel polish and he used the dremel tool horizontally (against the nail grain)so now my nails have scratches in them and are literally paper thin. Will take months for them to grow out and be normal again. And the lady wasn't even going to let him cut and file them. He did, which was nice, but she was rude. read more

Maybe they don't actually take reservations? I scheduled a pedicure for my friend and I because I had an appointment to get to afterwards. They took a walk in right before my friend met me there, and we ended up sitting in the chairs and soaking our feet for about twenty minutes while they took care of the walk in and before I mentioned I had an appointment to get to and had scheduled the pedicures at a specific time for a reason. So much for a relaxing pedicure, it was rushed and I was stressed about getting to my next appointment in time. I will say they have a good pedicure in a short period of time, it has lasted for several weeks, and it was a great price. I would try them again but won't plan on an appointment and will make sure I have plenty of time to not be rushed. read more

I have been here multiple times and have been very happy with the service each time. The staff are so friendly and fast, and they do a fantastic job. I bring in different designs for my pedis and am never disappointed! I also took my daughter who has special needs. The staff were ALL amazing with her. It took two staff to do her mani. They were kind, patient, and so caring. She got the sweetest mani and was so happy! Thank you to everyone at A&H Nails...we'll be back. read more

The lady I saw messed up my nails (said she forgot to tell me to wash my hands, but kept going anyways) and it wasn't sticking,but assured me it was fine. Paid $40 for my gel nails to lift and fall off after 2 DAYS! They weren't open the day after they fell off so I couldn't even go get it fixed :( read more

Just tried this spot this week and what a great little gem! Tucked into an eclectic mix of auto shop, restaurants and a church I was so happy I stopped here. The manager is super friendly and kind. Tony did a great job on my pink and white full set. Came back a few days later to get a pedicure too. read more

I would constantly try new salons near my house because they were always either rude or just did poor quality work. They ladies were exceptionally kind and literally went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy, and that I got to have my dream engagement nails to match my ring!!!
