She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

I have been coming to this salon for over a year and a half, and have always had Tia as my tech. When I first visited, I was hesitant to get a gel manicure, as my last nail place had truly ruined my nails with their gel. My nails were thin, brittle, ridged and split. Tia assured me that she would apply the gel correctly, and over time my nails would be healthy. And my nails are now much improved! Because of Tia's professional care I always get compliments on my finger and toe nails. They look great! She is also good at choosing and matching up colors that fit with my skin tone, and created my own special color for my finger nails by using two different gel colors. I enjoy coming to this nail spa - it is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. But mostly, I enjoy the way Tia treats me and the service she gives me. I have recommended her to several people who have asked where I get my nails done! I probably would not have written this review, but I was struck by another review here which I find hard to understand. I cannot imagine the Tia that does my nails ever giving a manicure like the one described by "Shelby". I have serious doubts that hers is a legitimate review, especially since she mentions how much better another salon is by name. I am hoping other people will not be swayed by that opinion and will be able to recognize that the review may be fraudulent. read more

I strongly agree with this Shelby T's statement. This is a review for the gel mani. I got a gel mani here that lasted for about 2 days before it started chipping(thought gels weren't supposed to chip??) Also, it seemed like she wasn't paying attention and on the phone while doing my nail. She dried them, and they had little bumps on them, my toes were bumpy, too. I had to be really diligent because she was doing kind of a sloppy job - not painting the edges, and had to do some of my toes over again. Also she put the polish on my toes (regular polish) and it was SO THICK, but maybe I just chose a bad polish or something. Anyway, not impressed. Especially after paying $65! Won't be going back here. read more

I do not agree with Shelby T and she could not be further from the truth. Tia has been doing my gel manicures for the last year and she is top notch. I have tried many saloons and will never go anywhere else. My nails have never looked better than after a manicure with Tia. She takes time, pays attention to details, and asks for my feedback. Tia is a true professional. My nail bed and my nails have never been stronger. My manicure looks great for at least 3 weeks.The best compliment that I get on a daily basis is that your nails look great. That is all thanks to Tia. I will keep coming back for sure. read more

I have been following the owner Amy for years. When she moves, I move with her. Now that she and her husband Daniel own their own salon, I can always see my favorite any time I want! Amy's manicures are always perfect and her pedicures are not only meticulous but she always makes sure that any hang nails or rough spots are gone! I always leave there feeling confident that my hands and feet are in peak condition and by the way, my brows are perfectly waxed as well! I've always enjoyed coming here & was very sad to hear that Kim had left since my last mani. She was my go-to gal for French shellac. I went in Friday to try a new person, and while she was ok, she wasn't as meticulous as Kim was about making sure my "smile" lines were even and there were no bubbles. Didn't do as good of a job on the cuticle care/manicure either. This place is still one of the better nail places in the area, but when you're spending $50 on a manicure you hope for top notch service. Unfortunately, I'll be going elsewhere in the future. My wife, my daughter and Myself all waited with great anticipation for Daniel and Amy to open thier own place and it has been worth it. Great atmosphere, very clean, fresh and welcoming. Notwithstanding the fact that they are/employ the best nail techs around (as a guy who is picky about his pedis, I've had many and none compare). Affordable and masterfully excecuted, this is the only place I will ever go. I wish my wife had convinced me to get pedicures sooner. Highly recommended. I would also give more stars if I was able. I have been going to the same salon for many years. They changed locations 2 or 3 years ago, and recently changed ownership and are under new management. I will miss Kim but Jonny is also great! Ivy does a beautiful job each month when I go in and have my nails done. Vivian is lots of fun and does a nice wax. Malon is also excellent and has worked there for several years. I don't know all of the girls' names. They keep a very clean salon and are well organized so that things always seem to run smoothly. read more

Awesome! I first tried this place out about 2 years ago, when my office moved over there, and, have been going every 3-4 weeks ever since. I get pink & white gel nails, and go to Daniel. I always make an appointment, as I go during my lunch hour, and, he's always on time, and does a wonderful job. I will go in without an appointment for pedicures, and, have never had to wait more than 5 minutes without the appointment. The nail salon is very nice, modern and clean. read more

This place was a HUGE step up from the last place I went. We called 10 min ahead of time and were able to get two appointments (next to each other as requested) around lunch time, no problem! Ruby did an amazing job, cut cuticles BEFORE she did my nails and we got awesome hand massages. My friend was helped by Vivian and she was amazing as well. Their new salon is clean, relaxing,comfortable, AND Daniel, Amy and their staff are the best nail technicians around. I understand that a salon can get busy, but clients shouldn't be rushed out before their nails are dry just because other people are waiting. I appreciated how kind and accommodating my original nail tech was, but the way the visit ended left me pretty disappointed.

They made a huge mistake. Do not come here. Not only will I never return, I will not recommend them to anyone. I'm a regular, but if you're not a very regular you won't be treated as well.

I have brought my 10-year-old daughter here numerous times and we have always enjoyed ourselves and the fantastic service. I strongly advise not letting your daughter pick out your nail polish color.
