Backstory, every experience I've had here has been less than great, and almost all of them have been awkward. Almost every time I'm here one of the women ales so kind of weird comment about some part of my body: "oh, you don't have much hair on your legs", "your nails are too short", and more. I always feel uncomfortable, but they're close to my home and convenient. Today I had an appointment at 5pm. I was there waiting and a woman walked in with her daughter and asked the owner if she had time to do something with her daughter's nails. The owner said she'd see. Then she took the girl at 4:59pm instead of me with an appointment. The owner then looked at me and asked if I wanted a pedicure, probably because then they'd sit me in a chair so I'd feel like I wasn't being ignored. She looked annoyed when I declined. They made a huge mistake. Do not come here. Not only will I never return, I will not recommend them to anyone. I'm a regular, but if you're not a very regular you won't be treated as well. read more

I made an appointment for 12:15 and they came over and were very aggressive with us about whether I could sit with my daughter or not and then proceeded to ignore us and didn't get us in for our appointment until 12:35 (it took me saying something to get them to bring my daughter back. I love going here for my pedicures. Jollie does my pedicures. She always does an amazing job. I go in with dry and cracked feet and she transforms them to soft and smooth feet. I have done the Volcano Spa and Mango Madness pedicure treatments. I recommend both, can't go wrong with either. I definitely recommend the paraffin treatment too. I enjoy relaxing with the massage and scrubs they add. They also have a great variety of colors to pick from. Also it's always great when their puppies are in the salon. Been to Miracle Nails twice now. Happy with my nails both times. They have several different pedicure options. My recent gel nail pedicure still looks great after almost three weeks ago. For manicures, I tried the gel x and regular gel. Gel x looked very pretty and did not budge, but ultimately too long for me but that is just a personal preference. I was very excited about this place because the reviewers were amazing. when she started doing my nails when I would point out something i wanted changed she would tell me no. She painted one finger and I said the color was to bright she didn't even cure the color yet just painted one finger. She told me it was fine. I asked her to make the lines thicker like my inspo photo she also said it was fine the way she did it is better. I just didnt get what I wanted a she didn't care. read more

They had such great service but I spent way too much here especially for my nails to have broken off in the first 4 days. I got my first broken one fixed for free (thank you) and I kid you not, the next day one broke off and my thumb is cracked. Love the people and the treatment, don't love the quality. read more

This is my first and last time to go this place!!!!!!!! My son in law and I called ahead for a mani/pedi and when we arrived they were running behind, which is okay, however, the lady told us to take a seat but all the human seats were filled by their dogs. We love dogs but they should have their own beds to sit in without taking the customer's seats. The woman who did my manicure verbally told me my choice of color for my pedicure looked like Halloween. Which I proceeded to continue with my color of choice regardless of her comment. I also have no idea what her name was as she never introduced herself. She proceeded to do my pedicure while facetiming her spouse/partner about buying lobster and frog legs and then continued facetiming with her child. Never asked me how I was doing or how the pedicure was going. I will never go back to this place again or as they have no regard for good customer service. Came in Wednesday after work for a pedicure. They were able to get me in right away. Jolie was my nail technician. She did a fabulous job. I told her I only had about 50 mins because I needed to pick up my daughter. I wanted gel pedicure. She worked quickly transforming my neglected feet. In less than an hour she had removed callouses, old gel polish, reshaped my nails, applied new color, and moisturized and massaged my feet and legs. Wow! I am impressed. Worth every penny! Will be back and will ask for Jolie. read more

the worst, i had an appointment with the owner, however, she had other out of the office things to do and left me with a trainee, I don't think he was license, his hands shook throughout and couldn't speak or understand English. the following day I called to complain and was hung up several times because this person couldn't understand me. I ended up driving to the salon in hopes to speak to the owner. what a mistake that was, she blamed me, she decided to fix my nails, she was irritate, treated me with indignation to the point I had to tell her I was not comfortable even felt threatened. I had dip nails done for the first time, they dipped my fingers in the main jar, I googled it when I got home. They're not supposed to do that, for sanitary reasons. And they filed all around my nail and used a cuticle cutter all around my nail also. my fingers are very sore. I think they actually cut and filed off any that got on the sides my fingers. The first time I came here it was a really good experience, everyone was friendly and they did amazing on the design that I had chose. Unfortunately today I during my service I was cut twice (they both drew blood). On one of the cuts the tech put nail glue on it which made me super uncomfortable. Nail glue typically isn't for use on the skin, it could cause irritation or contact dermatitis. My nails look amazing however I don't appreciate nail glue being put into an open wound. read more

The short: 3 stars mainly due to nail tech that was in training. Didn't catch his name but the nail tech that did my rebase/refill took more than 1.5 hours just for a refill appointment. I'd give a 3.5 since the salon is new and clean. They are trying their best, I understand. -- First time in. I have my usual spot/usual nail tech I always go to, but wanted to give them a try since they just opened up and wanted to support a new, small business. So I booked an appointment online and didn't select a specific individual since it was my first time in. Easy enough. I arrived maybe 15 early prior to my appointment time and was kindly greeted by the owner. I knew she was the owner because on their website, it does go into detail about her story and how she started Miracle Nails. Anyways, she asked if I wanted a drink and had me select my nail color. I had no problem waiting until my appointment time to be seated since I knew I was early. It was an early Thursday afternoon. 2 other patrons getting services done not including myself. Seems like a total of 3 employees including the owner. So after about 10 minutes, I was told to have a seat at a station and was greeted by a nice gentleman. Didn't speak much English, just waved and smiled. No problem. Only problem was that it seems like he was just starting off his nail journey and was still training and this was not mentioned to me until about 30 minutes in. This is when the owner came up to him and started to help him on my other hand. She then said, "is it okay if I train him?" I just nodded not realizing that this would take another hour. Hence at this point, I realized that he wasn't too experienced and this would take awhile. Luckily, I didn't have anything scheduled afterwards so I didn't need to pull a Karen but the time it took for just a rebase/refill is unacceptable. Not to mention he had no clue about what he was doing and you can clearly tell a difference on the side that the owner worked on and the side that he worked on. I was charged the full rebase price with someone with little to no experience. All in all, I wouldn't say don't come here, but maybe try to either book with the owner if you can or with another nail tech. Unfortunately, don't get his name, but he was the only male there that day. read more
