I live near by and wanted to like this place. This is my third time trying them because I wasn't able to get into the place I usually go to an I was limited on time. My pedicure was nice and when I went to get my dip manicure, the woman doing my nails kept pushing me to get tip nails which I really didn't want. I ended up agreeing and they came out nice but when I went to pay she charged me $75 for the manicure! I was shocked it cost that much. I would have never agreed to it if that was the case. If I could give ZERO I would. I wanted a simple eye brow wax. The unprofessional woman who "attempted" to do my eye brows slapped some wax all over my face and ripped the hairs out. She did not prep the area, nor cool down the area after administering the wax. Most importantly did not take off the wax after doing it. Also did not pluck nor shape the brows. A homeless person or a baby could have done a better job. I didn't realize there was still wax all over my eyes and forehead and began to burn real bad on my drive home. Raced home to wash off her nasty job. It would not come off and continued to burn my skin badly. I called them to ask what to do to take it off, since she did not do her job. And the manager I spoke with, was just as worthless and uneducated as her co-worker and was unable to help. What a joke of salon. How are they even still in business. First time there and will never go back. I am pretty sure that the wax was unsanitary as well, because of the reaction my skin is having. This place is gross, unclean and unsanitary with greedy heathens just stealin out money. Not from this girl. They used a heavy duty nail file to take the old gel off barely soaking them in acetone, and completely destroying my nails, and now the manicure and pedicure is lifting and chipping. I thought about posting this for a while because I really do not like writing negative reviews but I feel as though I should post my experience for others to read about before deciding where to get their nails done. I have come in a couple of times and my nails have turned out decent; it really depends on who you get. But after what happened to me at my last visit, I will not be back. They were busy and my service was rushed. When I went to check out, I was told that my gel rebase would be $38. When I asked why my price was so much more than the posted price of $25, I was told that it was because 2 of my nails needed to be fixed. I have included a picture of the 2 nails that were "fixed". There was no extra tip applied, just the acrylic powder. That is not any extra work for the technician and it doesn't even look good. I can't seem to think of why that would be $13. Kimberley listened to what I wanted and the service was fantastic. I didn't feel like they were rushing me to pick color, or rushing through the service at all. Very disappointed in my last appointment here. 1) The nail tech wrapped my shellac with foil & acetone and then walked away, leaving me to sit alone for 10 minutes while she ate lunch. 2) The polish I ended up with was not the one I picked out, and when I asked for a different one because I didn't like it, she just kept going with the one I didn't like. 3) The tech applied the top coat shellac four times, I've never had someone apply four coats of anything. 4) Almost half of my nails immediately broke off after this appointment (I didn't have tips applied, these were my real, healthy strong nails that suddenly started breaking off after my last appointment). I have tried going there three tries and had the same experience every time. Manicures didn't last long at all- gel peeled off quickly. We're not detailed and didn't take their time. Good job on my tootsies! This place is in my neighborhood so I decided to try it out when my usual spot was booked. I called around 11am on Saturday and they had no problem getting me and a friend in at 1pm. The staff here really take their time. I purchased the $45 deluxe pedicure with the ocean refresh scrub & foot soak, along with the $5 hot stone massage. Very relaxing! My feet are STILL super soft and it's been four days. They did a great job with the painting and the artwork. It's a little bit pricier than other pedi places, but I enjoyed my visit. Another plus? Their stellar massage chairs! read more

For starters, the nail technicians were incredibly rude. Grunting every time they had to ask you to move your hand, and being highly impatient while moving from one spot to another. And then on top of the attitude the nail job was absolutely horrible. I know how to do shellac, and when I saw she went over my nail I asked her to please fix it and she gruffed and made a lousy attempt to sand it down. My nails look like a five year old tried to do them, and after all that she only took off five dollars and gave a false apology. Tried this place on recommendation. I've been here twice now and I can't say that I've been wowed either time. They do an ok job and are reasonably priced but my nails never come out looking fantastic. On my last visit, I had 3 different people do my nails because they became busy and kept shuffling me around. They kept getting hairs in my nails and I have an imprint of a scratch or drag of something on one. You can't see it though thankfully. read more

I've recently returned to the Denver/Lakewood area, and my sister (who trained as a nail technician) recommended I book an appointment when she was scheduled to go in next. This most recent appointment was an impulse "treat yo self" for my mom and me and I said I would see anyone who was free to take me. I'm very particular when it comes to my shape, length, sharpness, and cleanliness. And I got exactly what I wanted! I saw Lynn, the technician my sister usually sees, and she listened and, boy, she did deliver! Lynn gave me everything I needed. There's a wide selection of gel color options, a very clean environment, and loads of customer service that isn't fake or meant to up-sell. The technicians listen to what you want and there are signs posted everywhere to let the shop know if you're ever dissatisfied with the end result before you leave. I love being listened to and getting what I want, so I know I'll be taken care of appropriately here. read more

I got my nails done on a Friday afternoon and they are already peeling and cracking on Monday morning. Paid for an upgraded shellac manicure and the manicurist was coughing all over me during the service. She was very pregnant so I tried to go easy on her, but subpar services when I paid full price and left over 20% tip....appalling. It's a shame as the location is nice but the staff just seem to be incompetent. I came back in to get fixed and the lady at the front doing manicures laughed at my request to fix my broken nails. Wowza, I am shook at how great this place is. I certainly do not get my nails done often as it is not my cup of tea. I just go if my sister kinda forces my to tag along. Man does this place pamper you. I got my feet done and my hands. I think it's called a manicure and pedicure and I'm not sure which is which but I got both! They even give you a little massage so much appreciated. Nails are cut great and the process was very professional and painless. I've heard that it can hurt at certain places but this was awesome. I have found my new go-to spot that is literally down the street from me! With my busy schedule I'm not able to make an appointment but 9 out of 10 times I am able to get in with no wait! Lynn takes care of my nails and she is amazing she is so patient and she takes her time every time. I went in 2 weeks ago on a Friday night at 6PM and I didn't leave until almost 830 because of the design I wanted and I was very picky with choosing my color. The shellac manicure lasts more than 2 weeks and the color doesn't ever chip! If I would've left the shellac on past 2 weeks it'll still probably be on! This is my local nail shop and I go here often, but they really blew me away with their services when I came in for my wedding nails with my fiance and parents! They took an appointment for 4 on the same day, and they made my fiance and dad (who have never gotten Mani Pedis before) feel super comfortable. I got french tips. My mom took forever trying to decide on colors, and they were super patient and helped her find exactly what she wanted. We were all so happy! i wouldn't usually write a review like this but this was the worst experience i've had with a nail salon. i have a place that i always go to but my friend asked me to come with her here and try this salon out. i was a little reluctant but my regular salon was booked out so i agreed. i made an appointment for myself and my friend because i had to work later in the day and i didn't want to be late for work. although we had got to our appointment 5 mins before and picked out our colors we didn't get sat until a little under an hour later. when i was sat down next to my friend they started doing her nails and they had me continue to sit there without being helped; they didn't even start soaking off my nails. finally one of the ladies came out of the back and she moved me to another chair and right as she sat me down she got a phone call on her personal phone and walked into the back. they moved me back next to my friend and i still wasn't being helped. the lady came back out and moved me yet again back into her chair. i told her i wanted a full dip manicure and as i expected her to start soaking off my old dip, she just took it all off with a drill (remember this later) and she knicked me multiple times with the drill. once she finished removing it i asked if i could get my nails trimmed up a bit so she did my left hand and right as she was about to move to the next hand she got another call, said absolutely nothing to me and walked into the back. that was the last i saw of her that appointment. one of the other techs walked up to me and said "sorry she is talking to her friend". at this point i must have been very visibly annoyed because she was apologizing profusely for the other lady. they yet again moved me to the chair by my friend. a guy came over and clipped the other hand that the last lady hadn't done yet. he did my nails really quickly and they looked amazing. he shaped them all perfectly and the dip looked really even. although i had a bad experience with the first lady i still tipped the guy well because i was so in love with my nails. i left the nail salon straight to work because it had taken that long and i worked my shift. i have never had a problem working my job with dip nails and i have never ever had a nail chip at work. not even a couple hours later i had multiple breaks and chips all throughout the dip on my nails. i brushed it off to the fact that they might not have very good dip so i would go back to my salon on my day off to have them redone. in the days leading up to my other appointment my nails continued to break and shatter. when i finally went to my salon my tech took off the dip and gasped at my nails. apparently not only did the dip break but my nails underneath were completely broken and paper thin. i assume most likely because the original lady had gone so deep with the drill. he had to completely repair every single one of my nails with nail cover and acrylic. i was really impressed with the work from the guy working here (hence the 2 stars) but the original lady was extremely unprofessional and clearly had no knowledge of nails and ruined my natural nails. :( read more
