During the actual appointment my nail tech, Tammy, didn't talk to me once. she was on a FaceTime phone call for half of the appointment which I found rude. I had other nail techs ask if I wanted water a neck towel and stuff like that, but my tech ignored me the entire time. I noticed my index finger was crooked so I asked if she could fix it before we put the stuff that solidifies it on. She said no it's okay. She didn't fix it and my nail is the opposite direction it should be. i got French tips and my base is bright pink and clashes poorly with my navy blue tips. I did choose a somewhat hard design but it doesn't look anything like I asked. I paid $110 for nails I strongly dislike and with poor customer service. There were other nail techs I would see there but I wont be seeing Tammy again.

We all got painted nails of the wrong color (I mean perhaps our fault for not arguing harder but... we were there as a wedding party and didn't want to kill the vibe) "This bubblegum pink isn't the color I picked" "Yes it is" "It's really not though" "Oh well it looks good" Just let me pick my color from the wall if ensuring the right color is that big of a hassle for you. Most of us got the express mani and or pedi and maybe that just wasn't worth their time? Not sure. If the service is going to be bad because the tip potentially wasn't going to be good enough, don't offer that tier of service. I truly cannot figure out any other reason why the staff was so annoyed by our existence. My friends, I would have tipped for the more expensive service had you given any care or attention to us at all. I've never felt to unwanted in an establishment before. Message taken. We will not come back. At $45 for a pedi and $35 for a mani though, I'd expect more. Genuinely my nails (mani and pedi) look like I let my 10 year old daughter try to paint nails for the first time in her life. Then my tech--an older lady--got to the callus remover part and accidentally sliced my toe. I definitely felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was at first. She stopped immediately, didn't say anything, and kind of kept covering the spot and checking it. She had me put my foot back in the hot water and then just moved on to my other foot. No sugar scrub, no finishing touches on the one she hurt. Every time I tried to peek at it, she gently tugged my foot back. So I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Paid full price, tipped $10 because I used to work in service and I just can't not tip... and then the second I put my sock and shoe on, I realized oh no, it is that bad. I am tough on my nails due to my job so Marie uses gels on top of acrylic and I rarely have a break. Kelly uses gels on my toes and these are the best pedicures ever, lasting easily for a month and still looking shiny and freshly done. Unfortunately they got my color wrong and when I tried to correct them, she said oh we're mixing colors because we ran out which was fine and I was OK with that, but then they never mixed the colors so I ended up with the wrong color on my feet, they added a different color later to try to make it look nicer. So they did try to appease me, which would've been fine except for the next mistakes. They did my nail polish the color close to what I wanted, but it's been two hours now, and the nail polish still hasn't dried... I don't know what kind of products they're using, but definitely don't get nail polish here and the gel polish. They added to my toes also didn't dry. I will never be going back here. It was such a waste of money. Update: a day later my toes are messed up too....
