I requested the Mani pedi and had previous polish on my hands and feet. To start with they filed down my toe polish, and I told the lady that my skin was sensitive and she kept hurting me and I kept twitching cause it hurt and then she looked at me like I was the problem. Unfortunately they got my color wrong and when I tried to correct them, she said oh we're mixing colors because we ran out which was fine and I was OK with that, but then they never mixed the colors so I ended up with the wrong color on my feet, they added a different color later to try to make it look nicer. So they did try to appease me, which would've been fine except for the next mistakes. They did my nail polish the color close to what I wanted, but it's been two hours now, and the nail polish still hasn't dried... I don't know what kind of products they're using, but definitely don't get nail polish here and the gel polish. They added to my toes also didn't dry. I will never be going back here. It was such a waste of money. Update: a day later my toes are messed up too.... read more

I had tried dip powder polish once at another establishment and hated it. They really ruined my natural nails, which are usually long and strong. I was in the Hair Biz for thirty-four years, so I think I know a good set of nails. Being in the biz, we stylists expect a deal. I know, that's awful but it is the whole mind set we have because we get everything so cheap. Classy Nails is THE best place to get gel colored tips. I think to date, I have had every freaking color of the spectrum. Amy is my go to girl there but when she is out I have tried her sister and another girl and ya know what? I wish I could give them a zero. Have been going to them for years. Made an appointment and was told to go out to the car for ten minutes to allow the over capacity of clients to get lowered. While waiting in the car someone who worked there waived in four more people. After 10 minutes we just left. What is the point of making an appointment if they are taking walk-ins? Probably will not go there again. Feel disrespected. We had made other plans during the day and this was not good that my wife and I were treated in this manner. I have been to this salon several times without a problem except for the two times I got the new guy who sits on the very end. The first time he screwed up my nails, they we badly painted not the same length or shape. I went back and the owner re-did them, everything was fine. Last Friday I got the same guy and he dug so deeply in to my cuticle he made me bleed. After he poured antiseptic in my cuticle three or four times and the bleeding wouldn't stop I got up started to cry from the severe pain. I had to leave as I nauseous and visibly upset from the pain. My husband and I visited Classy Nails for the first time this week. We both got pedicures. I got the fellow with the mustache, he got an older lady. We both are very happy with our pedis. Both nail techs were very gentle with our cuticles, and we both left with beautiful, uniform nails, and soft feet. I usually skip the $5 'design upgrade', because more often than not,the tech puts a line down the middle of your big toe and calls it a day. Not here! My tech did a very nice design with jewels, and my hubby got a starburst thingy. They don't have 1000 nail colors like some of the other salons I have been to, but to be honest, too many color choices can sometimes throw me off. I got a color I am very happy about. I personally felt that for the $48 (after tip) there should have been something that resembled massage, instead of just product application, and he could have cleaned my nails better, but being gentle with my nails and cuticles is more important. My Mr. said his feet were so relaxed, they felt like they were going to fall off. This was only his 2nd pedi, so what does he know?! All-in-all, i am happy with the end result and would definitely come in again. Oh yeah, we came in 45mins before closing, but did not feel pressured or rushed. They did good and they pretty nice and they are good at acrylics but my friend she got gel and the lady that did her nails did not do a good job. My friend at that time had acrylics and the lady ripped the nails off instead of soaking them. While she was ripping off they made her bleed. When the lady finished she filed the top of her nail polish and took half of it off. White they were also painting her nails they forgot a side she asked if she can fill it in she said no they filed it more on the top. For me it was good but whenever I wanted to drink my drink she said don't move so I couldn't drink my Starbucks that was full. When it was time to paint my nails she filed it more. Classy Nails is under New Management! You have to give it a try, if you have been there before and had a bad experience try them again you will not be disappointed! The shop is cleaner, more inviting and you can tell that the new owner is working hard at turning things around! Unfortunately for them they inherited the poor service from the past! That said give them another try you will not be disappointed! I did and I never do that ( a friend told me about the new management she is a faithful and knew about a year ago I had a horrible experience) I was greeted, they were busy but got me in quickly, the pedicure was fabulous and my nails well lets say this I will be back in two weeks and as long as the new owner and her team are there I will continue going! I have really thick Brooke Shields type eyebrows, and everyone I have been to in Denver has messed them up! I love my eyebrows I just want them controlled. My daughter took me to Amy she was the only one EVER to get this right on the first try!!!!! She was quick too, in 5-7mins I was out of there. I have had a pedicure by one of the other ladies, the leg massage was good, but the paint job wasn't the best. I go to Cosmopolitan Nails for my nails to a lady named Lynn, but she can't really do brows in my opinion. Amy at Classy Nails does my daughters nails. My daughter loves her! I think I might give Amy a try soon on my nails, but definitely try her for your Brows she is Awesome!!!!! read more

I went in for a pedicure. The worst pedicure and service I've ever experienced. I was asked which pedicure I wanted. I chose the basic, I was told that I should get the deluxe. I reiterated that I wanted the basic. She followed this statement with something in her native language, which made her co-works smirk. No problem. When she began to apply the polish I asked her to use base coat. I have never had a pedicure when base coat wasn't applied prior to the first coat of nail polish. Another comment was made. I had been going there for 4 years. My technician talked me into the Shellac instead of the acrylic overlay I had been getting, stating it was better for my nails. The sign stated that it was "guaranteed not to chip for 14 days". The shellac lasted only one day before it started peeling away from my thumb. Day by day, it got increasingly worse. At this point it has come off of all but 3 of my nails. When I went in to explain, they offered no discount, no offer to fix the problem and stated that it was my fault because I was too hard on them. (I don't do manual labor, I work in an office.) I have never had a problem with the pink and white acrylic nails, but the customer service today was beyond insulting. I will not return! PS-The technician I had been seeing for the past two years (Jimmy) suddenly doesn't work there anymore. Staff was BEYOND rude! I came in asking a simple question and the entire time I was there they talked to me like I was an idiot. Didn't converse with me at all during my session, only talked behind my back in another language. And I know it was about me because they would point and laugh. I said four different times that I couldn't go above $25 and they kept trying to get me to go over then would get upset when I said no. I asked if I could JUST get the tips painted and that was $5 more than getting the whole nail painted? They charge for every little thing and that ridiculous to me. I've never seen that at another nail place. My main problem was the absolutely atrocious service. Completely rude staff and then they made me pay before I got my nails painted, like I was going to steal from them? They kept acting like I wasn't going to pay.
