They're more natural looking and I believe it was a quicker process than acrylics. I'm obsessed with the set, I think my nail techs name was Maya (sorry if I remembered incorrectly). Tina did a great job and was very sweet. My complaint is that the guy at the front desk was very dismissive and rude to me. It was my first time in, so I didn't know what their process was. He told me to check in and then I sat when I was done. He then yelled at me to wash my hands. Although in the last 25 years I've never been asked at a salon to do so, I got up to look for the sinks and again he says "Do you want a manicure?" And I said yes, and then he tells me very rudely "The wash your hands!" Everyone was looking at me. I was so embarrassed. If it wasn't for Tina, I wouldn't return. read more

I called before I came because I had an appointment and needed to make sure I could fit it in. The guy was like, yeah sure no problem. I go in and I sat for 40 minutes with my feet in water before someone came to service. The whole time the same guy that told me yeah come on in, twacked out of his mind walking around scrolling on his phone, Kept saying oh yeah oh yeah, they're coming. But he wasn't servicing anyone. Pedicure was very rough. She cut my cuticles that bled twice. When I asked her to clean up the polish off my cuticles, she got an attitude. I still tipped 50% per usual. Literally the worst pedicure of my life. Cut a giant chunk out of my foot during exfoliation. Seriously folks beware I cannot express how painful this is and was at the time he injured me- all because they cut their pumice blocks to small pieces creating razor blades apparently. BESIDES missing a piece of my foot, it was literally the worst pedicure I have ever received. He injured one of my toes and didn't even clean under the nail. Then once my wound was addressed- he squirted alcohol onto it. I wasn't given a discount or even the time of day- just sent on my way. I'm an exhausted social worker who hasn't had a pedicure in ages- I had no energy to argue and in fact Just feel incredibly "defeeted" pun intended. Not going back. They used to be good when they first started. But lately 50% of the time I leave bleeding or burnt by their hot stones. My toes or fingers would hurt for days after my service.. I used to make an appointment, but my girl was always late, because she would service a walk in so close to my appointment time! And then they'd give me a technician that I didn't ask for but was available. After so, many appointment failures on their part I would just do walk-ins and just settle for whoever is available. Either way they still would let you soak your feet for like 30 minutes. Then your technician would finally come but rush through the service so fast that you can't relax! Because you're worried that you're gonna get burned with the drill or cut deeply with the cuticle nippers.& it sucks when you do! It's a gamble. Some of their technicians are hit and miss. They are getting one star because their some of technicians are nice. The last four technicians that have done my service seem to be bored or pissed off like they don't wanna be there and they take it out on you... The customer. I don't mind paying their prices but I am not going to pay to have someone hurt me & have my toes butchered anymore ! Sad & mad. read more

What made me write this review is due to my nails looking like they NEVER had a full set on at all. Thuy (I'm sure I'm spelling her name wrong) did a beautiful set on me for the holidays and after 4/5 weeks, none of my nails lifted or broke. Like WHAT?! I usually can rip the nails off at home bc they lift in a tiny corner and I'll work that part, but not with her skills. Those nails are there to stay, baby! I went in today to take them off bc I can't type on my computer anymore and Rose's manicure and pedicure are literal gold. Dead skin, nonexistent. Paint skills, immaculate. Massage, MELTING. Most important of all, ugly fake nail crease, WHERE? NOT HERE! I'm sure all of their techs are amazing but I've found my favorites. read more

Don't go here if you're short on time. Or even if you have an appointment. I've been going here for over a year and I can tell you I've never been seen at my appointment time. I'm always at least a half hour sitting waiting for my nail technician. So sad because I follow her here and now I won't be back. If you want people to make appointments, then you need to abide by the appointment time you give them. People have lives and can't just sit and wait for 30 or 40 minutes for their nail technician to be ready. Horrible horrible service. read more

I have been coming to 360 nails for years now and unfortunately won't be back. I came in for a pedicure on a Thursday morning and had to wait over an hour before they started my service. The lady who did the pedicure was in such a rush, she stabbed me multiple times with the cuticle tools and the sponge she used on my heels flew out of her hands twice because she was scrubbing so fast. The young guy at the front came around three times to tell me the reason there was a wait and they are speeding through my service was because it was graduation season and they are short staffed. I totally understand the wait, but when the quality of the service is not good that is where I become frustrated. Beware to future clients, if it looks busy I would go find somewhere else. read more

When I was going to pay, I selected "no tip" because I was going to tip in cash, and they changed their mind and charged me an extra 5 dollars, $75 for a basic set you could get for 40 somewhere else. I came here today for another gel rebase (Monday around 10 am). It was extremely busy for just opening 30 minutes prior to my arrival so I highly recommend making an appointment if you don't have time to wait. I've been here 2 other times but left because they were full and I didn't want to wait 1+ hour. Jaycee was my nail tech this time and she was great-she was very efficient and paid attention to detail. My nails aren't thick and clumpy like the last time that I came to 360 which I'm happy about. This was my redemption visit and I'm glad that Jaycee made me want to come back again. She didn't burn me with the drill and applied my nail polish well. I'll be back to try a pedicure here this week since I saw that they use plastic bags in the pedi tubs for each customer, which is definitely a selling point for me. read more

Place is a joke. Made an appointment at 130 last Sunday for two mani/pedis. Ended up waiting 45 minutes before someone came to our chairs. Water turned ice cold and my eight year old grew impatient. While in the middle of my pedicure I mentioned I would like to switch to just the basic and skip the paraffin and hot stones. When she began to paint my nails the polish was chunky so she walked over and thinned it out.... one of the many red flags I noticed. As we went to pay I was still charged for the deluxe combo mani/pedi, when I brought this up to her she pretended like she didn't understand me. As of yesterday, polish has cracked/chipped on three nails and the cuticle treatment was done just as half Waste of time and money. Update: Spoiler alert: get a message from the owner saying he would refund my money; which would have been $95. I go there today to get my refund and was met with "how about I give you half of it back. I have to pay my employees so if I give it all back it wouldn't be fair. Regular polish also chips very easily so I'll give you $55 instead" WTAF?! Are you kidding me? I took the $55 that he offered but still feel like I was taken for a ride. BAD BAD BAD way to run a business. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more
