After speaking with a worker afterward, I learned that the employees had been working on their request but apparently it wasn't happening fast enough to satisfy them. What was most upsetting was witnessing one of them direct her anger toward a young autistic child. There is simply no excuse for an adult to speak harshly to a child, especially one with special needs. Whether someone is having a bad day or not, how they treat others matters. The behavior I witnessed showed a complete lack of patience, compassion, and basic human decency. Based on that experience alone, I would never consider supporting this business. Anyone thinking about becoming a customer should ask themselves whether they want to support people who treat workers and vulnerable children this way.
