I haven't had a fancy design in years, but I got engaged last week and wanted to celebrate with a pretty set that accentuated my new ring. Both Kim and Vi were so kind to my mother and I, they were truly so sweet. I felt so bad because what Vi and I thought was a simple design, kept us over an hour after closing and I was apologizing profusely and felt so bad keeping them there late, but she kept apologizing instead too, and we would tell each other to stop apologizing and then laugh. They both were just beyond amazing, I haven't had this lovely of an experience at a nail salon since I moved from my home state a year ago. I would constantly try new salons near my house because they were always either rude or just did poor quality work. They ladies were exceptionally kind and literally went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy, and that I got to have my dream engagement nails to match my ring!!! I will only come here in the future for my nail care. :)

Each technician has their own site to book with and they don't use the same terms necessarily. I'm sure this is one of those 'once you're in, you're in' places but I couldn't find a single employee where I either understood their service lingo or had availability in the next few days. I'm not rating their service-they seem extremely talented. I was just disappointed I couldn't try them out after spending 20-30 minutes on their site and being within walking distance of their business.

The human who answered the phone was so understanding and told me they would fix my nails for free. When I got there, the gentleman with white hair told me I didn't call within the ten days (was never told) and every time I tried to explain what happened he would interrupt and say "I see that, but..." being extremely rude in his tone. When I asked for them to just be taken off so I could leave he said the nail tech would come out and fix them. I had the same nail tech as before, named Janna, who is so incredibly sweet and kind, I do not blame her for my nails being poor as it seems they are worked to be as fast as they can. The gentleman apparently told her to just fix the broken nails (which is fine I would pay for a refill), however she did not check the other nails that were starting to come off. I had tried to show this to the white haired gentleman before he cut me off, so I do not find this to be her fault. While I was sitting there, the man picked up the TINIEST corner of paper towel off the floor by my foot and gave the kid who was doing check ins on the floor the nastiest look and shoved the paper in his face. When I saw how he treated the staff and she hadn't gotten far with with my nails, I just asked her to remove the old set so I could leave, I did not want to support a business that treats their staff this way. While waiting to check out and tip Janna, I watched the man with the white hair speak so rudely to his staff. For the price, the nail techs are trying to push out sales as fast as they can and do not get the time to do a good job. This guy is extremely rude to everyone around. I do not suggest supporting this business and I will not be coming back.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed. They take great care of you and leave you feeling beautiful.
