Consistently Amazing! I can't say enough good things about Wheat Ridge Nails. I've been coming here regularly, and this is truly the only place I trust for a powder dip gel manicure. When I first came in, I was super skeptical--other salons had ruined my nails in the past with dip powder, leaving them cracked and weak. But this team completely changed my mind. Their powder dip manicures are strong, beautiful, and last me a month--and I'm someone who's hard on their hands and always cleaning. No chipping, no lifting. Just solid, gorgeous nails for weeks. On top of that, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They take their time to make sure your nails look great, and while yes, sometimes you might have to wait a bit, it's worth it. I'd recommend calling ahead a couple hours if you're on a tight schedule--they're super accommodating and even flexible if you're running late near closing. This is hands-down my go-to salon, and I won't go anywhere else as long as they're around and I'm living in the Denver area. Give them a try--you won't be disappointed! read more

Linda is THAT girl. I got my nails done in LA and the woman didn't want to shape them the way I wanted nor did she clean up any of the excess gel x that was under my nails. Overall just really sloppy work. I called here for a fill and they were able to get me in rather quickly. She took her time making sure the fill was clean and precise. My nails were reshaped to exactly what I wanted (the other woman in LA wouldn't do stiletto and made them more of an almond shape) and are SHARP. She proceeded to buff off all the excess gel that was sitting under my nails and they look amazing. Please be patient if you walk in as they're a pretty busy shop especially with summer coming. I recommend calling and making an appointment. I've been here multiple times and they haven't disappointed me yet. (The red is recent and the clown nails are from a past visit.) I had the first appointment of the day with Linda. The area is unknown to me as I was traveling from Connecticut and needed a repair and dip powder manicure. Linda was friendly and inviting. I told her what I like and she picked the color. Perfection. I was amazed at how quickly she worked but I could not believe the quality of the work. My nails came out perfectly. It's now over four weeks since I saw her and my nails still look fantastic. I wish I could fly back and have her do my nails again, it would be worth it. Best dip manicure I've ever had. read more

Great spot over in wheat ridge! I'm pretty picky with my my nails as I get tips with dip powder, so I definitely researched tons of places in the west Denver area before trying them. They were great! Fairly priced at around $55 for a full set. So far, 2.5 weeks in to this set and they're still perfect. They said I got lucky without an appointment and highly recommend calling ahead at the very least to ensure you don't wait long. read more

I told them I had gel x extensions on my nails that I wanted to get removed. First off the lady cut me with the drill. After I started bleeding I told her it was gel x once again. She then takes a fake nail and starts ripping the extensions off my natural nails. No soaking or softening at all. 2 of my natural nails were ripped off. Got up and left. Absolutely horrible and now my natural nails are completely trashed. read more

Went to Kim, and she was fantastic. Never got a pedicure in my life but my wife said I'm not allowed to wear sandals anymore until I went. She grated so much skin off it looked like a pile of Parmesan cheese but my feet look incredible now. Would recommend. read more

Walked in on a Saturday around 4p and they took me straight away. I wanted to get French tips and they recommend shellac with French color. Evan (I think that was his name?) was really nice. He dipped two tones to match my Pacific Islander skin perfectly (hate it when I walk out of a nail salon and they make my French tip base look so chalky and fake). These were almost my exact skin match. Added a bit of bling to my tips. Didn't want them too long 'cuz I play sports and I think he did a tremendous job. Highly recommend! read more

I used to visit this salon on a regular basis. One of my best friends needed a pedicure so I highly recommended this place. She lives in Vietnam where she teaches English. She is fluent in Vietnamese. She told me that the owner and another nail tech (she thinks her name was Kim) where talking in Vietnamese making fun of the clients at the salon. Things like "she's so fat, her feet as disgusting, she's a bitch". Just awful things. Apparently this is very common in nail salons (my friend told me) but she was shocked of how horrible their comments were. She said that the owner would be smiling to the customers as she was saying those things. Needless to say I won't be supporting a business that makes fun of the people that support them. Shame on them! read more

Best nail technician in Colorado. I usually get my nails done in California but they (lien) did such a great job with my nails. I'd definitely recommend her. My acrylics were not too thick and actually looked good when I got an almond shape for the first time. She did a better job than my tech / techs I've had In California and costs less. I arrived and it was one woman doing someone's nails in an empty salon...on a Saturday. By the time I sat with her to get my nails done, not a single person had called or walked in. That should have been my sign. I could tell they were going to end up badly from the beginning as she piled on uneven amounts of acrylic. I thought "trust the process." I shouldn't have. They were so bad. I didn't even let her paint them because I knew I was gonna have to take them off. I paid, left and fumed for twenty minutes in the car, then drove off. I was going to have to go home and soak them off, or pay another place to fix this mess. I finally talked myself into calling and asking for a refund. She gave me my money back and I appreciate that but the more I think about it, the less comfortable I feel letting anyone else spend a dime here. They are so bad. Nice lady but maybe don't get acrylics here. These pics are the ones I took the minute I walked out of the salon while I fumed in the car.

For the price, the nail techs are trying to push out sales as fast as they can and do not get the time to do a good job. This guy is extremely rude to everyone around. I just moved to Colorado from California. I've been searching google and yelp for a good salon since I'm so picky with my nails. Back home, we have bomb salons in every corner but all the salons around here seem to only work on natural nails, or had very poor acrylic nail pics posted. I finally found this place with great reviews and pictures to match. IT WAS SO WORTH THE 16 MILE DRIVE FROM MY HOUSE!!!! I think her name was Linda. I brought in a picture of what i wanted and she was sure to ask me clarifying questions and gave me options to choose from. She was just so thorough it was great because I hate when I go to a salon and they take shortcuts to speed up the process just to get you out the door. Vera Nails has one of the best pedicures I have ever received! I visited yesterday for my first time and was happily greeted at the door. It is probably the cleanest salon I've been too in a long time. I chose the regular pedicure- which I have noticed at other salons doesnt include as much as Vera does. They trim, clean, file, soak, and scrub your feet. I especially liked it because he was careful not to scrub too hard , given I have super ticklish feet. I also recieved a hot towel to warm my feet and the polish looks amazing! Havent gotten a rebase there yet but will be going back. Would definitely reccommend! read more

My mom and I went in after reading the positive reviews. Y'all this salon is amazing!!!! I came in with an acrylic set and my mom had natural nails with a break. Both opted for dip, THEY KEPT MY TIPS, despite another salon's claims that it was impossible. Lynda did a beautiful natural set for me, and even went back without being prompted and filed down when the top coat dried funny. Tony was great to my mom, managed to save her broken nail, and hand painted a beautiful sunflower on her index fingers. Amazing skills and service. REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE! I am *very* picky about what my nails look like and will not go to a place if they don't have consistent good reviews, good pics and good service. I was REALLY happy with the job that Tony did. While there I chatted with a girl who has been going there for awhile and said they always did a good job. Got a gel manicure and a pedicure for $57, which is a good price. Really clean and they use small, individual files, buffers and foot pumice for each client. read more

Highly recommend! I'm from out of town and wanted my nails done for the trip. Found Vera Nails online and came in as a walk in. They got me in immediately. Linda did such a wonderful job. She was so friendly and the appointment took less than an hour! She was quick and thorough. My nails are perfect. She also convinced my boyfriend to get a pedicure for the first time and he loved it! Tony and his team go out of their way to give you the mani/pedi of your dreams. Tony is METICULOUS in his work, and makes sure you are happy with your nails. This was my first time going to Vera Nails I was absolutely stunned. Came in on a Tuesday and attention to detail was on point. Got a pedicure with gel polish and the ladies did an amazing job. Honest Review for B&T Nails…read more I started going to B&T Nails about four years ago when I first moved to the area. At that time, they were truly amazing -- they took great care with every service, the quality was consistent, and the pricing was fair. All of that made me very loyal and excited to support them regularly. Over the years, though, I've noticed things have changed a bit. Don't get me wrong -- it's still a good place, just not the great place it used to be. I wanted to share a few honest observations that I hope come across as constructive feedback. Cuticle Care (Main Feedback) My biggest piece of feedback is about cuticle care. In my opinion, no matter the service -- dip, gel, or a basic manicure -- proper cuticle care should always be included. This means soaking the cuticles in fairly warm water for 3-5 minutes to soften them, then actually pushing back and trimming the cuticles thoroughly. To me, that's not a luxury add-on; it's the bare minimum difference between doing my nails at home and paying to have them done professionally. Taking time on the cuticle work not only makes a manicure look cleaner and more polished, but it also helps it last longer and keeps the nails healthy. It's one of the first things taught in nail school, and it's such a fundamental step. If there's one thing I hope they take from this feedback, it's to bring back that attention to detail in cuticle care -- it truly makes all the difference. Pricing and Value I understand prices have gone up everywhere -- that's just reality right now -- but it feels like service quality has gone down while prices keep rising. The little touches that used to make it feel worth it -- like a real hand or foot massage, cuticle oil at the end, and a clean, polished finish -- seem to have disappeared. Those are the details that make clients feel like they're getting real value for what they're paying. Again, every service should include the cuticle work & massage, and that should not be overlooked. Service Time Lately, services seem to take much longer than before. What used to take about an hour or an hour and a half can now easily take two hours or more because the techs often get interrupted -- answering phones, helping other customers, or starting walk-ins while still working on someone else. I completely understand wanting to accommodate everyone and that staffing challenges are real, but it often leaves the current client waiting. It would really help if service times and scheduling were better managed so clients don't feel like their appointment is being paused for others. Phone Use I also completely understand that everyone has personal lives and emergencies happen, but I've noticed techs are often on their phones or having personal conversations during services. It's a small thing, but it takes away from the relaxing experience that I think most of us go to a nail salon for. Nail Art and Consistency When I first started going, I used to love getting nail art. But a few years ago, I stopped because pricing became inconsistent -- sometimes a small design was $5, other times $15 for the same thing. It just became unpredictable, which made it hard to keep adding that on. Additionally, I had a hard time finding the value in paying a $15 upcharge for something simple, like a small heart on one nail, and eventually stopped getting nail art altogether because of it. Zota Rewards System I would also recommend updating Zota to better reflect all the services, the points you earn, and what those points can be redeemed for. Points = customers, and being able to pick what I want, see the points I'm earning, and understand how they add up would make it more engaging. It would be really helpful to clearly see what I can save for and how to redeem points for rewards. Final Thoughts I do want to end on a positive note -- I really appreciate the updates and renovations they've done recently. The salon is starting to look much more modern and put-together, which shows they're trying to invest back into the space. I truly want to see B&T Nails succeed because I've been a customer for years. I just hope they can bring back that same level of care and attention to detail that made me fall in love with them in the first place -- especially when it comes to cuticle care and the overall quality of the service.

I stayed because it was my friend's birthday and they got sat within 10 minutes after arriving (I was in 2 minutes after her so I was a little late) To be fair my nails do look good but don't think it was worth the wait. If you have an appointment make sure you get taken care of and don't do what I did and be patient. Wish they told me it was going to be a long wait or they did not have the staff and I would have done something else with my time or reschedule
