A very fun and nice atmosphere. My friend lives nearby and highly recommends this nail salon. I got the basic manicure with gel nails. It was really nice of them to do my cuticles and make my nails nicer. I chose a sparkly nail polish and I know sparkles can sometimes be hard to Paint because you don't know if you're missing a section or not. There was a couple sections missing, but that's to be expected so overall it was a really good experience. The basic manicure was $45 and men tip is separate. I think I would go back just for the friendly service. read more

I got my nails done here on Sunday and by the very next day this is what they looked like. Not only were there bumps all over them, but they were already peeling and chipping too. For paying $60, I honestly expected much better quality. I contacted the salon right away and they told me to come back the next day. Unfortunately, I have a crazy schedule and wasn't able to. The manager asked me to send pictures, which I did, but I never even received an apology. I understand mistakes happen, but the whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. They seem to have way too many people working at once and it feels more like an assembly line than quality service. Very disappointing experience and unfortunately I will not be returning. read more

I was on the fence about writing this. I've been going to this nail salon for a couple years and have brought my friends, too. I am a south Asian woman and I have wondered if that is relevant to my experience. After a couple underwhelming visits I found a very good tech. Unfortunately on days he's not available I've experienced very poor customer service including (today) a 47 minute wait (I had an appointment). Another time, my tech would not help me after my service and another worker apologetically cashed me out and helped me gather my things. This is especially embarrassing when it happens in front of my friends. The work here is good if you find the right tech. But I won't be back. read more

Went in with rough feet The lady wouldn't listen to what I wanted. I showed her what I want to have done When I explain that feet were still rough she put on more oil. Nails are uneven polish is uneven and my feet are rougher than they were. Very disappointed. For 60 it was a total waste of I have been there before and had a decent pedicure and waxing. I'm honestly very upset and disappointed with my experience at this salon today. I only go to this location to get my nails done and have always loved the service which makes this experience even more frustrating and disappointing. Let me start by saying the woman who did my toes was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, professional, and friendly. I have no complaints about her at all, But she was also supposed to do my nails, and instead had to switch over to another customer, leaving a gentleman to take over for my nail service. From that point on, things went downhill. I clearly told him I wanted my nails a medium length tapered square and even showed him a picture of design that I was wanting. Despite that, he kept filing them down short, completely ignoring what I asked for. I repeated myself more than once, and he still wasn't listening to me . On top of that, he was working extremely slowly and seemed like he didn't know how to do nails. I had to correct him on a couple of my nails because my French tip was crooked. And worst of all the final result came out not what I was wanting. My nails are crooked, the French tip is uneven, and the shape of my nails is all different. I asked for tapered square and got something short and sloppy. I am genuinely upset. I ended up being in that salon for FIVE hours for a service that should've taken nowhere near that long, and I walked out with nails I absolutely hate. read more

Cindy, the owner, is always there and is very attentive to customers. She's a pro at "pink & white". DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for a dip manicure and initially I really liked my manicure. Two days later my nails started itching at the cuticle, the tools they used gave me an infection where they nicked my nail bed! Horrible, I will never go here again and will warn people. They should follow proper hygienic procedures and clean their tools!!!! read more

This was my second visit to this establishment.. the first time I went it was a great experience, so when it was time for a new pedi, I made the trek all the way across town to see them again! This time, I was a walk-in and had my appointment was with a nice lady named Tina. I did a mani/pedi and the feet were great, but the nails??? Not so much. I had my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday morning, they had begun to peel. I asked for a gel manicure and from what I can tell... all of the coats, but especially the top coat, came up too high on my cuticle bed so of course when water got behind it, it began to peel. Throughout the week ALL of my nails began to peel, so I called and left a detailed message and asked for a call back with no response. This bums me out because I really liked them, but if you can't even call me back to try and make this right and at least make an effort to keep me as a customer?? Well, there are places closer to me that I might just have to try instead. read more

Jacob is rather unprofessional and sexual in the way he speaks to clients. He was very disrespectful towards me getting married, and told me it wouldn't work out and I should "run away" when another customer congratulated me. He proceeded to make inappropriate sexual comments towards me such as "I'm better at my job late at night, after work hours" and "I should know what lace looks like with all the lingerie I see" as well as continue to insult my soon to be Marriage. This is the second time this has happened with this specific technician which is why I scheduled with someone else. Additionally, I had a scheduled appointment with Bri who was a no show for our scheduled appointment which is why I was put with Jacob. I was uncomfortable the first time I was put with him which is why I scheduled an appointment with a different technician. Additionally, I was overcharged for new tips when the service was just for a fill and design. I am very disappointed with the way the manager handled the entire situation and I will not be returning to C&G as this has not been the first negative experience I have had here. read more

I have a severe infection in my index finger right now. I came in and had a manicure two days ago and the person working on me was very aggressive with cuticle cutting. After asking her three times to be more gentle, she finally ended up making me bleed. I told her to stop and ask for a different nail tech to come over and finish the manicure. I have had several pedicures at this establishment, which have been wonderful, but the last few times I've been in sanitation doesn't seem to be as good. The techs could definitely use some more training and listen better to their clients when they say they are hurt. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back again or recommending C&G to anyone. read more

I've been here a few times and usually have a good experience. My last visit I got a pedicure from a tech that seemed newer and inexperienced. I didn't realize until after a bit that she must've cut my cuticle, and it started bleeding and really hurt. I was surprised she didn't even say anything. One of the top best pedicures I've ever recieved ! Mailan even expertly fixed my ingrown toenails on top of beautiful pedicure. Midway through I verified i was getting the "regular" pedicure because as good as it was I thought maybe I was getting the upgrade. It's a very large, clean friendly place with maybe 20 chairs or more plus manicure area. Bright lights, good atmosphere and cheerful staff. Did not feel like oppressed, mechanical assembly line like some salons. Highly reccomend, esp Mailan!!! read more
