I'm a very loyal customer, and when I find a quality service, I like to stick with it. As someone with naturally thin nails, I rely on dip powder to help maintain their strength -- without it, my nails chip, peel, and break easily. This is the only salon that consistently does dip correctly. My nails never feel overly thick, I've never experienced "rings of fire," and my natural nails are healthier than ever. On top of that, my manicures last 3-4 weeks every time. Dee is amazing -- she is incredibly kind, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable by offering water and checking in throughout the appointment. She remembers me and my preferences, which makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming. If you call ahead, she's great about accommodating appointments as well. I've been coming to this salon for a while now and have consistently seen the same nail technician…read more I recently made an appointment for a Saturday, only to be told when I arrived that they apparently do not honor appointments with specific technicians on Fridays, Saturdays snd Sundays because they're too busy(which they weren't) and wanted to place me with whoever was available. As a regular customer, I found this very frustrating. If I make an appointment with a particular technician, I expect that appointment to be honored. I choose who I want to do my nails, and I'm choosing to spend my money at this business and at the day and time that is convenient for me! I ultimately had to wait until my regular technician was available. Then, after all of that, I was charged $75 for my rebase instead of the $70 I have consistently paid. I was told the additional $5 was because of the length of my nails, even though I've had essentially the same nail length(they're not long) and have been charged $70 even when they were longer. Their pricing is already considerably higher than other salons, where a comparable rebase is around $50. I was willing to pay more because I liked my technician Mia. After regularly supporting this business, I expected much better communication, consistency, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue coming here.

They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures.
