This was my first time... think I'll return & I might try getting a pedicure here too. I go somewhere else for that just because I'm kinda of embarrassed of my feet plus where I go she grinds them down if she has too. I went to one place to get a pedicure & they made me feel so uncomfortable talking about them which I know they were so I'm a little weary of someone new doing it. Anyway back to review.. Le did my nails & she did absolutely amazing ( looked just like the pic ).. I'll return for my next one

I love the new management here and I love love love how my nails came out. They were shaped to perfection and Ann nailed the exact design I wanted. My boyfriend and I came back here the next day for pedicures and they did not disappoint! The chairs were relaxing and the pedi techs did a great job. They were all friendly here and the prices were reasonable.

Let me start with they have new management Cindy is gone and the environment is so much more laid-back and easy-going. I am so happy with how they did my nails, they care more about what's best for your nails and not on how to get you in and out the fastest. I finally found a place I can be happy with!!!

So I came here to get a dip manicure and let me tell you..it was an experience! First of all it took over 2 hours for Karen to do my nails. I did not ask for anything fancy just 2 colors. I showed her a pic of the shape I wanted (basically an almond shape) in which my nails were already in that shape just dulled down and they charged me $5 more dollars for a shape I already had!? Also, Karen was very aggressive and she cut 3 of my cuticles and 2 of my nails underneath. I left there very upset, but honestly I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I ended up calling them and talked to Queenie. She offered to fix them that day but I was too traumatized to go back in there! She said heal up and when you come back "I'll take care of you". I waited a few weeks and was finally able to return. Again, Queenie said she would take care of it. She did an alright job, but tried to blame me for Karen cutting me?? And she ends up charging me full price..oh sorry she actually gave me 10% off, but again charged me for a shape that I already had. That's 2 times this place has ripped me off!! They would rather get 45 dollars one time than a loyal customer!! I will never go back there!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

This place is astronomically priced for the service they provide! To say the least almost every toe cuticle from the subpar $60 pedicure has a cut on it and she also trimmed sides of my toenails claiming they were "ingrown" when they were not at all. My feet are still in pain and it's been 4 days! My nails are ok except the fact that she failed to tell me she was charging me $18 extra to put 4 hearts on 4 fingers. Their phone number hasn't worked and I have had it with being over charged and being taken advantage of! I would give them a ZERO but that's not an option on here. Don't waste your time and money with this place! Update: for cuts on every single to the owner apologized and offered 15% off?! Apparently that's all they think causing someone not to be able to wear socks and shoes without pain is worth. Needless to say I will never go somewhere that doesn't have a cause no harm policy. Also if you look at the owners reply she lies and says that I told her tech that I had ingrown toe nails! She's not a honest person! I have cuts on every single toe and if you look at the pictures the bloody cuts aren't even where an ingrown nail would be!!! DONT GO HERE!

David is absolutely the best nail tech I've had in my life!He's been doing my nails for 5 years and I'm always happy. This salon is so clean and up to date. And during covid times, they have been very safe for their customers!

Worst experience I've ever had and this place used to be my go to. I could tell the tech was having a rough day by the way he was slapping layer after layer of the most awfully colored acrylic he could have gotten. I came in wanted simple coffin acrylics and black shellac. I ended up walking out because of the beyond awful job this man did. Whoever the new manager is there needs to re-train their techs... GO TO THUY AT EXPO NAILS INSTEAD

Thought I liked it my nails did last a day and for the last week I've glued them many times I did make a southern day after I had them done so Cindy could fix one that was lifting up she didn't even know who I was and then after she ignored me and threw glue on my nail I left she called me! All nice day kaylee u coming to your appointment I said yeah I just did... thanks for noticing I asked for the Picture in the reviews multicolored nails with the flowers and jewels I got crappy painted on flowers and the pink and yellow nailed (index,pointer) were reversed on the other hand just very careless and I wish she would have just been nicer to me as I told her my mom was in the hospital she just had multiple seizures and I was going thru mouth surgery I went in to find alone time to be relaxed to fixed my broken nails and she just made me sadder especially when I went back the next day I couldn't even get a chance to show her the color mess up Also still have her a $10 tip.. $60 for crap Cindy seems great really but as the owner you'd think she'd be understanding and say hey I'll fix it but no on her phone ignoring me the whole time

Went to see Cindy after having a disappointing experience somewhere else. She got me into a same day appointment and was AMAZING. She shaped my nails perfectly and did a gorgeous ombré smoke color on them. She was friendly, and professional. The salon as nice, and noticed a lot of walk ins for pedicures. I'll be back for a brow was and nails again. Highly recommended!

I love this place. I've been coming here for years and now drive from across town. It's always worth it. Cindy is a great owner and the staff is outstanding. David is my favorite! I've never given him a design he couldn't easily duplicate. They are fairly priced and so talented! I highly recommend this place!

TI IS THE BEST! Out of towner and popped in here out of sheer luck. TI was my nail tech for a deluxe pedicure and manicure with gel cats eye. BEST attention to detail ever. My feet/nails have never been this cleaned up. Wow! She was so meticulous on my cuticles, shaping, cat eyeing (idk first try of this style and recommend). My bf also got his first pedicure at the same time and hooked. Didn't get his technicians name but she made he love the experience. Saved for all future trips! Also so cozy just fell asleep basically with full trust. read more

Pricing is not consistent. Kind staff and clean environment but overpriced. Said it would be 55 for base set and then 10 extra for cat eye, then charged me 70 and I asked why and they said for shape? Who charges for shape? And then also said that she should've charged me on top for length but didn't. Mind you, I got a short set done read more

Terrible customer service I got a deluxe pedicure and No foot or leg massage at all!!!! . I also got a manicure and there was no massage at all. You could look at your cameras all you want please post a video because I did not get a massage on my legs or hands at all.!!! Stop lying on your customers!!! Everything seemed nice, music was a bit loud... but overall fairly clean, and techs were polite. The messages were great! I've been here a handful of times for dip. I've had dip nails done all over the Denver area, and there's at least 2 girls here that are really amazing at doing dip nails. A third lady was very kind, but seem to still be mastering the finesse required to file down dip nails. Still, my nails turned out pretty decent. A note (and this is true to every salon I've ever been too) - I can't figure out why some techs set dip nails with lamps, whiles others set them with the dip-top coat that has to dry. The lamps have a shinier finish, so what's the benefit of the stuff that has to dry down? I wish they would all use the same method, or ask which I prefer before using one. Also, I feel like prices are maybe $5 more for most services here, but it's close to my house so I don't mind. I did ask about their tanning prices once, which seemed a little crazy. Worth driving elsewhere to tan. read more

Stopped in today for a pedicure as every other place open on a Sunday was super busy. I walked in and was promptly ignored... There was 1 person standing in front of me at the desk and 1 person having their nails done. The employees looked at me like I had 3 heads coming out of my ears. Absolutely unreal. Horrific customer service over the phone. I tried to schedule two appointments back to back for my daughter and sister in law online and then received a call from them. They told me it was "sneaky" to schedule appointments like that and refused to honor the times selected. They told me they could either move the appointments to an earlier slot or a later slot, even though we selected specific times based on work schedules. They refused to honor the original appointment times because it is "sneaky to make two back to back appointments". DO NOT go here, they are not a respectable business with good customer service. read more

I've been going to Karen for years. If you want a fantastic pedicure and shellac manicure- SHE IS YOUR LADY! Super detail oriented and talented- highly recommend her! She doesn't do fake nails- not everyone does. Please go see her....she recently moved to this salon from another one she had been with for years. Let's get Karen some more business! This salon was is super clean and bright...next door to Tres Margaritas. read more

The best nail salon I have truly ever visited. Not only are they one of the few that carry dip powder (they quite literally have hundreds of colors) but they also made my nails look the best they ever have. More importantly, the staff are incredible and SO friendly, sweet and hilarious. Thank you queenie and Karen! read more

I went here yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure ...the man who was working was the person who did my pedi! I have to say it was the best foot rub that I've ever had- he took his time and rubbed my legs and toes forever - I was in heaven - The lady who did my mani was very friendly and chatted with me the whole time ... They really push the gelish/shellac - I mean hard!! Lol My nails are damaged so I politely declined this time ..maybe the next time .. All in all I liked coming here and will come back - it was 50.00 for deluxe mani/pedi just so you know .. Try it if your in this hood !! Only bad thing is the floor was very wet and I totally fell - not my finest hour lol read more

This place absolutely ripped me off. I got a gel pedicure with no massage and was charged $44. Didn't even give me the massage book to choose what I wanted and and no extra anything that comes with that expensive of a massage package (rocks, towels,etc). And to top it off my toes are bleeding! read more

This is the best nail salon I have found in the Denver metro area. And they're my neighbors. I am a loyal customer for life after having such a bad experience at a salon called ruby nails. I highly recommend coming here! They are professional, sympathetic, kind, generous, and do excellent work on my nails that make me feel pretty again. Wish I would have read reviews before going here- I paid $75 for less than great pedicure with shellac. In just 1.5 weeks it was already chipping and by 2.5 weeks I have lost the color off of 3 nails. I went back to request that they fix the color and was told I would have to pay the full price for another pedicure. WHAT?? I've never had a shellac pedicure last less than a month. In fact I've had regular pedicures last longer. I was told sometimes "it's the color". No offer of a discount or anything. Terrible customer service- no question that I won't be returning here again. read more

I just have to say that I've been doing my nails and feet for many years now. I've changed nail salons for different reasons but I've always been willing to pay what I must to get great service. And this nail shop by far has been the best one yet! I recommend Mimi for the nails. She's proficient, does amazing art work, takes her time to make sure your nails come out the best, she's pleasant and I always leave so happy and satisfied with her work! For the pedicures I recommend Titi. Let me tell you.. as a woman in her late 40s that's on her feet for 12 hours each work week, she makes it all worth it. Her massages are the best! You can tell she enjoys her job and takes pride in it. I always make sure to book with them because I will not be going anywhere else or to anyone else! Everyone is pleasant, helpful & I can't say enough about this nail salon. So happy I found this place! read more

8/15/22 I usually pay for the deluxe pedicure but I've stopped and only get basic now. My toe nails are never fully painted, my feet are rough afterwards. It's not just one tech, it's different ones that can't fully paint the toenails. I also stopped in this summer to get a set of acrylics removed before work; the guy at the front counter said it would be better if I went back to the shop to get them removed where I got them on. I found that to be rude since I wanted to pay the $25-$30 to have them removed. They did remove them but why try to tell me to go back to the shop I got them on to get them removed when acrylic nail removal is a paid service? I have receipts from each visit. read more

Cindy took amazing care of me today! I had a rough and long day at work and decided to treat myself and she made my experience perfect. I walked in with an idea (and picture from Pinterest) of what I'd wanted but had no clue how to explain it. Little did I know Cindy is creative and knows exactly what to do. My nails look absolutely stunning and this is the only salon that I've been to where I wasn't rushed and they knew what they were doing.I recommend Top Pro Nails & Tan to all of my friends and the price matches the quality. read more

I've been getting my nails done, as well as pedicures at Top Pro Nails since they opened...many years ago. Cindy ensures all of the salons clients are assisted in a timely manner, and get the top quality service they have paid for. I now live on the other end of town, and 4 years later have continued to drive 30 minutes to this salon, as my nails are done the way I want and I leave with my nails looking great. Cindy was amazing! Not only does she do great nails but has a positive attitude throughout the whole appointment, she kept the conversation going and made you feel welcomed! Loved going in today. She cares about what you like. She stayed 1 1/2 hrs after closing time so that I could get my nails done. Overall my experience was so so so good!! 11/10! read more
