This is one of my favorite nail places. Plus that's it's so close to my house. They can get very busy. Before covid, I used to go in more often. But since I don't go out as much. There hasn't been a need to get my nails done. But whenever I do. I come here. The last time I was in was right after Valentine's Day weekend, so it was a little slower. But with covid, I actually felt fine getting my nails done. I usually come in with nail ideas but this round, I didn't. I just knew I wanted pink and a champagne gold glitter. Plus, I had a suspicion I was getting proposed to that weekend so I wanted my nails to look on point haha. Anyways, I picked my colors and didn't really come in with much inspiration. So the lady doing my nails asked if I wanted a flower. And I was like sure why not? I am happy I got a flower on my nail. It gave it an extra pop. They looked so good. And whenever I come here, my shellac mani always lasts two weeks before it starts to chip. So worth it. read more

They were good years ago. Busy. Now, they are not busy, probably because they are sloppy, goes fast to get it done. More expensive. I have had my nails done for 30+years, and they are skipping steps. I always have to file the edges of my nails The nails are not the same length on both hands. Sloppy work. What usually cost me $95 for pedi and rebate, was $125. Sloppy job. Tried this place out for the first time. The pricing seemed decent, especially for gel pedicure! We were in and out of the place within 20 minutes, which could be a pro or con, depending on your preference! They were super fast and I did ask for clarification for pricing and the gel pedicure. The technicians were nice and I had no complaints! It was just super fast so that's just one thing to consider the shop itself seemed clean and nice. Not extremely happy with my first set. I felt rushed. The tech filed my "shape" AFTER she painted so now the edges feel rough. Some spots were missed in painting. The shape is super square and I asked for a more natural square round. I might give them another chance because I know sometimes you just have to try until you find the right person. The price was great so I'll see how I feel when it's time for a fill, if they last that long. The edges are rough and as a nail biter, this is a death sentence to a fresh set. read more

This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The technician didn't speak to me and was in a hurry the entire time. He said they were out of the color I wanted, but suggested another color, which I liked. He didn't use that color, but a different one and when I asked him why he didn't use that color he said it was empty and this one was close enough. He rushed through everything and then told me to go wash my hands. I had no idea that we were done until I came back to my seat and there was already another person sitting there starting to get her nails done. My sister and i have gone here for years, everyone always says hi, but this time we brought our youngest sister and they separated her from us. THE OWNER said she couldn't sit by us while she waited and then held her shoulders while walking her to a chair next to the door and asked her questions about her name and age, where she lives, and our parents names. Then she said she had to pay before I finished so the other nail tech could leave, even after we said we were paying together. This was a sad and disgusting situation to be in, and my sister is only in her teens! Unbelievable! They all watched us like we were going to steal and we did not, this place crossed a line. The owner came over and recognized me because I always used to come. I previously wrote a review for 3 stars. But came back because this place is still affordable. When the owner came over she said she would give me $5 off because of my last review. When I went to pay the lady who did my nails charged me the price for $5 off and then she asked if I can take down my review. (Even though it wasn't a bad review on the business). I went in to get a Pedicure. This Pedicure left me with medical injuries. I had to seek medical attention and have my big toenail surgically removed. Due to the staff and owner's negligence I was left with a severely infected ingrown toenail. For your health and safety I would never visit this nail salon. Response to owner: it is very sad to me that you can not take my feedback and you show a lack of empathy. If you read the other one star reviews there are other women who are complaining about similar experiences. This is not by coincidence. I have had to take time off of work to have surgery, endure unnecessary pain and suffering, and endure embarrassment all because you are negligent and unwilling to act with integrity. Clients trust you to provide and safe and healthy service and you and failed to meet that basic minimum requirement for running ANY business. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I've been coming here since they opened and the quality has significantly gone downhill. I requested a deluxe pedicure today and my entire service was less than 5 minutes. I walked in around 12:40pm and I was out of there before 1pm after letting my nails dry. The man clipped my nails very quickly and then put on the salt scrub and then rinsed it without scrubbing. He also did the same with the leg mask and lotion. My nails are sloppily painted with polish all over my toes. After I got in my car to go home I cried. I will never be returning. read more

Pedicure area gave me anxiety because it wasn't as clean as I'm used to. Definitely feels like the Kaiser of nail salons... you are rushed and the nail techs go so fast that their quality is low. Pro's: They have lower prices... but you get what you pay for. She attempted to fix my thumb but did so exactly the same as before. She didn't fix anything else nor did she fix the thumb accurately. Had a friend recommend this place and I live 35 minutes away. Didn't mind the drive all that much until I was here 3 different times to get nails fixed because they kept popping off and it wasn't even a whole week. The last time l went in to get it fixed I voiced concern that the rest were gonna pop off. Mind you I was putting an oven mitten on when this one popped off. She told me I would have to pay her to fix them even though I just payed a week ago for my full set and shouldn't be having this problem in the first place. Very frustrating. affordable prices for services requested, and usually not long of a wait for a walk in. the quality differs with the nail techs, as i've had nails that looked inconsistent, or cracked and would break due to cracking in nail acrylic.. along with random lint or something stuck in nail acrylic. i have had a couple great nail sets done by a male, nail tech at table 0. which makes me want to return with hopes of a good manicure. the vibe overall, is calming and always welcoming. despite the issues that occur, occasionally, still a better experience here than at most salons because of the nicer staff at Elegant. read more

My manicure was hurried and the massage portion was only a quick application of lotion. I chose a shimmery watermelon color with a silvery accent nail with a slight blue tint. What I received look like the dang star spangled banner. Certainly not the look I was going for in January. When I said I didn't care for the colors the nail tech told me it would be too difficult to change. I give a second star only because I have had a couple manicures here with very friendly service in the past, but I do not believe I will be returning. Second time in. Very happy to be back. However, the nail tech that I got this time was in not very kind. All my nails turned out in different shapes. I asked her twice to fix them. Felt very uncomfortable, she was going to try to fix them a third time. I didn't want her to try to fix them, she hurt my fingers the second time, she was filing really hard. 0/10 If I could give this a -10/10 I would. I received a INSANE fungus under ALL TEN nails. Wrote a google review and the owner flagged it for defamation. Spent my entire afternoon at the doctors getting blood work to make sure my liver can handle the harsh anti fungal I have to be put on for SIX weeks. No allowed to have any alcohol for the holidays because this medication is so hard on the liver. Again I literally could not warn you enough to NOT GO HERE. It is dirty, they do not wash their tools.
