I made this account a long time ago but I wanted to make a review before I forgot! I made the appointment over the phone since I was at work and didn't have much time. The phone was picked up quickly and I explained what I wanted and they said they could make an appointment for Saturday at 11:45. I said perfect, and that was it! The day of, I received a call about and hour and a half before asking if I could come in 45 minutes later as the nail techs were busier than they'd like and I'd have to wait longer if I came in at the previous time. I have my day off so I said it's fine and appreciated the call. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was in for. I explained I had a 12:30 appointment and they quickly sat me in a chair while I waited less than five minutes before I was helped! Looking around, the building is sleek and welcoming as well as open. When people walked in they were greeted warmly and openly by staff. I had the honor to have Linh as my nail tech. Not only was she conversational and friendly, but I appreciated the meticulous care and effort she took when filing, shaping, and painting my nails. I've been coming to this nail salon, even induration of changes name(s), owner(s), etc., quite friendly and initially, they did everything expected and little add ons, which was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nowadays, it's difficult, to get same day appts and watching them take walk-ins is little frustrating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter and I made appts to come in for mom+daughter time, we were separated almost entire time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And, even at end; she's made attempts; let me know she's done. Beware, price gouging; a) pedicure is set price, being advertised (false advertising?) anyhow, I came in to have pedicure and/or part of any offers (i.e., mani-pedi price, shellac-pedi price) are all set amounts. For my first experience, pedicure was exactly advertised with shellac at set price. I've found, it depends upon "nail tech" taking care of you. However my last nail tech, lazy, she did not follow details, as listed/advertised, scrub bottoms of my feet and repeatedly, reminding her to do, specific details (+unaware, an extra charge $5) cuticles are to be pushed back (use wooden sticks), it should not be painful, as customer never hurt/bleed with use of specific oil to soften, cut ok sorry, meant clear extra skin the cuticles. It then allows, lacquer and/or nail polishes or whatever being used and closer at your natural areas. It can be as soon, as after pushing back, usually later while doing whatever you need, hours later and washing hands, lotion, etc., then pushed cuticles that are left (don't worry, grows quickly) will begin, to grow, as usual. If, done correctly, it should begin to meet or even cover polished areas. These days at these pop-up salons, even upon request, doing it after everything has been done, deceit. In past, when your hands are stuck in bowls from beginning, barely allowing it to soak; they begin process of whatever has been requested. For me, my skin grows rampantly; I've come out to look at them, it's obvious and even after you leave/go home and you take notice; call salon; and any reputable salon will if I pay extra $5, they always do it at the end, they will not even care, nor give idea it is necessary step in providing manicure and pedicure give you an idea that they have observed, every step, due to cost(s) and longevity, as they use stainless steel ones so they can clean it & barely touches, it's like "act" do have you begin after capable to experience was more of foot soak and paint nails. Now, I have received several pedicures (in my lifetime and usually, regular pedicures, includes: tiny massage with lotion and definitely, removed all calluses, scrubs bottoms of feet, cuticles pushed & cut. All of which, did NOT occur induration of my so-called "pedincluded scrubs bottoms of feet don't tell you up at certain amount, , They took care of everything, used to frequently visit, every two weeks and didn't need an appointment and it was never problem if, you don't have an appointment. I would be there, fairly long, taking my time, my body isn't what it used to be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As of late, I've heard, from my neighbors, even with an appointment, there is long wait and changes with, multiple technicians.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Advice: whether you have an appointment or not, avoid weekends and/or come earlier in the day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As for myself, I have not returned since November 2018. Reserved, two appointment(s) for me and my daughter, we want mother and daughter time and we wanted to chat, she lives out of the state. I was never close enough, within the vicinity of being next to her and both separated. My daughter's first comment, we get into car, to go home, she immediately, began expressing, how expensive it was! They are bit steep on their prices. I would get shellac/dip and regular pedicure. Usually, when I'd go in for shellac/dip (everything) would be meticulous, everything done, exactly like manicure, instead of using nail polish, would use shellac/dip. Apparently, I'm mistaken, I found out the hard way. You have to pay for any and every thing, sometimes person doesn't scrub, bottoms of feet, well enough. I asked, 'can you scrub them better?' After, got shellac done, I asked, 'please, cut my cuticles' and they know, I always, ask for it to be done. Oh, when I went to pay, surprised to hear, it was more than usual. Then, it was pointed out, all of the additional fees were from, when I asked to scrub my calluses, she barely took excessive skin for an extra $10; for my cuticles, another extra $10; etc., it goes on and on. Also, the pedicure price goes up! Of course, you don't know, until you are sitting, soaking your feet, provide you menu of upgrades (much more, than anticipated) personally, I ask for basic pedicure (priced, as advertised) mom (Gina, caring & helpful) her work is done, meticulously and she ensures to takes care of everything, including calluses, all without extra ($$) charges. He explained, "price for shellac, does not include a manicure" I'm not asking for manicure and everything, that it comes with, I simply, wanted to cut back my cuticles. read more

I came here on a Sunday and it was busy!! My only critic is how long the wait was.. I was planning to be there for about an hour but ended being there for two hours... But they had a lot of clients. Every time I have came here to get my nails done it takes almost 2hours. That is not normal. I get acrylics, and I was just getting a fill the other day, and it took an 1hr 45mins; It was also $60 for the fill. Not only did it take so long, the quality and duration is the worst I've had. There were many things wrong with my French tip pedicure. She rushed through my #3 pedicure as fast as she could. The massage, hot stones, and wax were one right on top of the other. I was told they don't clean under the edge of toenails. The white lines were very uneven and globbed on. She smeared the white on my big toe and tried to repair instead of redoing it. It was awful. I am sorry I have to write this review, but it needs to be known. I came here for a pedicure and got an inexperienced technician. When using the cuticle cuter she nicked my skin and it bled a little. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ok, no biggy, but she didn't even say sorry, just kept on with the pedicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A week or so later I started to see white spots on my toenails. Alrighty, I've been coming here for years since they opened, but after today, this is my last time. I've probably been here 50 times over the last 5 years but the last 5-10x have all been bad experiences. Today's issue: - The nail technician had EXTREMELY long nails that dug into my feet every time she touched my feet. Imagine being pricked over and over again for 45 min. PAINFUL - Because her fingernails were so long, her accuracy with tools was limited and twice she cut me during the cuticle scissors. - I asked her twice to turn on the water because the water was cold when I got in, and after awhile, the water got downright freezing. She put in literally 10 seconds of lukewarm water and I spent the rest of the time shaking because it was so cold It's really sad, I used to come here all the time, I used to do this to meet up with girlfriends to catch up. Until I found Thao, I never expected have a Nails Make Over. He knew what I needed and delivered magic for my nails. This Nails Salon is different than any other I visited, too many too many horror stories and obviously disappointed in all of them until I found Thao. He is my hero. Been a Cancer Survivor, cleanness is a priority more than ever. And this fantastic Nail Bar, had all I was looking for. Great Staff. Professionals, not loud conversations. (Love the Place) Very attentive and respectful of my needs. I felt special but I looked around and I saw the same quality treatment to each one of the clients. During Pandemic are less customers and with a well implemented system including social distancing and extra precautions. We all feel safe. I'm sad because I moved to Iowa. And this was my favorite Nail Salon in Colorado for the last year. Meaningful because even receiving my Cancer Treatment (last December) I felt safe. And during COVID even more. I absolutely hate my nails but I'll deal with it until I can get to my normal salon in Denver, they did not do a good job on my nails, I tipped good because that's what we do but my nail job was terrible. I came here to visit a few weeks ago for work and never had the chance to conduct a review. First, booking an appointment was really easy and fast. The owner was professional throughout the booking. When I arrived in the store, right away the owner knew who I was and had me sit down and prepare for my full-set. All staff was attentive, personable, and reaaaaay dedicated to perfection. I've never had such a team of nail techs who double and triple checked and cross checked each other's work! Needless to say, I got compliments on my nails everywhere I went and even my boyfriend told me that this was the nicest work I've ever received. Some of the reviews do have a problem with the fact multiple people work on your nails, but I'd rather take the multiple people who all have specific skills versus one person who may not have the exact skill and attention to detail: I.e. might be great at shaping and filing, but designs not so much. If I ever come back to CO, I'll definitely be booking my appointment! read more

I had a reservation and had to wait 45 minutes after my arrival. The person who did my pedicure rushed through and didn't complete all the nail painting in the chair I was in. They made me move to a folding chair to finish the top coat, hastily and sloppily done. I've been visiting this salon for six years but won't be going any more. i haven't gotten my nails done in SIX years so i was really picky about picking a place and seems i chose wrong or just bad luck, i provided an inspo pic, didn't expect exact of course but i left with such thick thick nails and they half weird gaps like they are grown out . 2 hours and 45 minutes and this is the best they could do?! I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get shellac French manis and regular pedis just before a vacation. When I made the appointment, I explained what we wanted and asked to be scheduled with their best nail techs since this was for a special occasion. I got a babysitter for my son so we could relax and enjoy this treat. When we arrived they were slammed with customers who had appointments and they continued to take walk ins. We didn't get the 2 nail techs we were scheduled with. Instead, about 10 different people worked on us! This was the opposite of relaxing because we had to keep explaining to each new person what we wanted. And there was a 30 minute pause during our appointments "to let our toes dry." We ended up being there for 2 hours and 45 minutes! My daughter wanted an ombré French mani and we showed pictures from Pinterest. Finally, Crystal (their best nail tech) tried to salvage my daughter's mani and this is what we left with. I'm afraid it will peel off after a couple days because it's all stuck to her cuticles. So much for special occasion nails or relaxing mother-daughter time or looking your best on vacation! I am so disappointed! UPDATE: My daughter's shellac mani peeled off completely within 3 days. Your offer to make things right after seeing this review is a "day late and a dollar short." You had no trouble charging me full price the day we were there. This is the third time I made an appointment that was not honored. We won't be back. read more
