I never appreciate that due to my nails never looking the best that they could look. I'm very particular and a perfectionist, so if I'm going to pay for someone to do my nails, I want them to look perfect. I don't want my tip to be crooked or bubbles in my nails. Also, I always find it hard to communicate what I want done with my nail design. It seems as though I would bring in a design and come walking out with a different design or no design at all because they just won't do it. I'm SO happy that I found Grace. I really have been looking for someone who can take the time and effort to make my nails look amazing. I found Grace so peaceful to watch, she takes her time and has such precision with every finger design. Grace listens to everything that you want and even adds in her suggestions when you're feeling indecisive or needing a little reassurance. I love a professional who can give input, because I'm trusting the expert to help me with what would look best. I can go on and on about Grace! She's truly amazing at what she does. I went today for the first time and my nails are a perfectly natural pink and the dip is super natural (vs. the globs of dip I usually get). She did a full set of volume lash extensions on me today, (9/24/2026) which i did NOT ask for. I came in today at the 2 week mark since my first appointment for a classic set. I had discussed with her a few things I wanted to improve and told her I was here for a 2 week FILL emphasis on FILL. She ended up removing all of my lashes without communicating with me, and completely creating a whole new volume lash set. This was not at all what I had been expecting. I had showed her a picture of how I wanted my lashes to look after the fill. She said "yea" super quick without any more communication on what she would do. I had told her I wanted the lashes a little bit more filled in because last time there were a LOT of lashes she did not lash. Barely little to any communication on her end of what she was actually doing during the service in fact she was on the phone calling the whole time. When i go to check out she tells me the total will be $120 and I said how? It's supposed to be $85 for a hybrid fill. She then proceeded to tell me they are not able to change styles, which i explained I get that and you should have told me you can't do it from the start instead of completely changing my lashes to a totally different style. She would not stop arguing with me, drawing lashes on paper, and trying to "school" me and lecture me. She leans in and says, "by the way I do not want to see you again". Essentially telling me not to come back. Victoria was complaining to me saying "you just take advantage of my time, you just taking advantage of my skill. dont come back". I clearly was telling her, No, that's not true, and I'm not doing that. I said i'm sorry you feel that way but it's not me trying to make you feel that way. I said, if you had told me you were doing a full set of volume on me, I would have said NO. Because that was NOT what I wanted nor what i asked for NOR what WE DISCUSSED. She was offering to only charge me for the $85 fill, however Victoria then proceeds to tell me "do you want me to just take them off?" In an aggressive manner. At first I did not want them off, but I also did not feel like paying after this treatment. I was about to put my card in but she was being so mean to me and I finally just said "well I'm upset now you keep arguing with me. Just go ahead and take them off". I told her that at this point I was not happy and wanted a removal. When she was doing the removal she was extremly aggressive with my eyes, brushing the lashes super hard to the point where I had to tell her "dont rip my lashes". and "your hurting me". She denied she was doing all of this, and continued to berate me saying things like that I am just "young" and that I "don't even do lashes yet" even though I literally graduated from esthetics school and am opening my own lashing suite. She was trying to school me on lashes and argue her point to me. By the time she was done with the "removal" (which wasnt even a proper removal, I still had lashes hanging on everywhere)I was close to tears. I told her "I cannot believe you would tell me you dont want to see me again. I do value your time and we MUST HAVE SOMEHOW had a miscommunication". Her disrespect and ignorant attitude to the situation wasted my time as well. I came in for my appointment at 11 and was on time, the appointment didn't start until 11:30. And this took up almost 1.5 to 2 hours of my day. Overall a big disappointment, and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional service. I would not recommend lola nails and lashes to anyone.
