The technicians all go out of their way to accommodate us and create a relaxing enjoyable environment. What the actual F. I booked a pedicure and a man with glasses took me back. He filed aggressively and underneath my nail which was uncomfortable, cut my nails way too short after I explicitly asked/gestured to cut only a small amount, and kept dropping products. He was distracted and looking elsewhere most of the time. I tried asking to make the shaping a little more consistent but that only made it 200% worse as he chipped the side of my nail. He was nice enough but for $45 you HAVE to request to see someone else and avoid getting stuck with this guy. I'm incredibly disappointed in the price point I paid for the worst pedicure job I have ever had. To boot, he didn't even seem to acknowledge the terrible outcome. I will be going home, taking off the lumpy polish job, and reshaping my nails myself. read more

DONT GO HERE! Two of us came to get our nails done with enough time before closing and we were told we could get everything done. After she started doing our nails we were told that they are leaving early and they wanted to stop before they even started putting the color on our nails and still wanted to charge us the same price. I wrote a review over a year ago and wanted to follow up. Went today for mani-pedi. I've been all over the place lately because often I need to go on Sunday and Aloha isn't open then. However, the last experience I had at another salon left me bleeding and freaked out about hygiene, so back at Aloha. I asked for specific information about their hygiene standards re: cleaning the tubs and sanitizing the tools and was given a tour of what they do. I feel fairly certain this place would pass any test as it is utterly spotless. I think one could eat off of the floor in a pinch. Hey, I also got a great mani/pedi. They use CND products which is nice as well. And the regular nail polish is sorted by color so you can find what you are looking for. I think the owner is compulsive about cleanliness and I'm good with that! I'll be back. $40 is a little more than some of the strips charge for the service, but it was WELL worth it. I normally do Shellac and that is $30. Pretty standard. read more

The worst! My friend and i decided to go treat ourselves. While her and i came, it took 30 minutes for a wait and there was no one in there! We had booked an appointment as well. My experience was that I had asked the woman for a longer nail because she cut it too short and while i was talking to her she ignored me the whole time and it felt very rushed! They were extremely crooked and bulky and extremely thick! She also put this cuticle oil which I did not ask for. The nails came off about 4 days later... My friends experience, she was not satisfied with her length as well. She asked for a longer length and the other lady ignored her as well! Not worth 90 dollars! read more

Called and was able to get a same day appointment. Was super excited about it! I read the reviews and this place lives up to the great ones! Mary did my pedi and also took my acrylics off and did a gel manicure. The best part of having the acrylic taken off was that she didn't pull them off by forcing a nail tip under them. Love this Aloha nail salon, they do an amazing job and are Experts at SNS (dipping powder). I followed the original owners up here years ago when I use to get gel (shellac) nails. Went out on a limb to try SNS and Love it so much more!!! It lasts longer and keeps my nails heathy underneath. I also have no urge to pick at my nails, like I did with shellac (I know y'all can relate). I was nervous when the new owners took over, but then fell in Love with them as well. Hard work ethic & perfectionists, people I can relate to. So if you want to be taken care of by people who believe in what they do, I strongly advise coming here... Thumbs Up! read more

Not sure how this place got so many good reviews!!! The pedicure I got was great, no complaints, but there was nothing special about it either. The gel manicure however was horrible!! On every single nail, the technician painted my skin and had to clean it up. By the time I left, there was still red polish all over my cuticles and skin. When I asked if she could please touch it up a bit, she cut the skin off of one nail bed and didn't bother with the rest. Not exactly what I had in mind. On top of that, the polish was streaky and uneven. It was one of the worst manicures I've ever received. Maybe I just ended up with a bad technician, but I don't think I can give this place a second chance. read more

I really hated my nails i asked my lady for a design on one of them and she said yes but did not follow through. I got acrylic nails on my hands and she did not take off the glue under my nail. I have put off writing this review for 6 months. Good nail salons are hard to come by. GREAT ONES are ever harder. This one is excellent. And I always regret cutting corners to go elsewhere or closer to home. Their powder manicures are the best! They last up to 3 weeks on me and allow my nails to grow! So my rating may be adjusted after the holidays. I had an appointment but still waited almost 40 minutes to get started. They were packed, every table being used and every nail technician busy. Like I said though, this may have been because it was the week before Christmas. Other than that, they did a fantastic job on my nails - I got the powder dip done and they turned out great. I hate to write a negative review but I had the worst pedicure ever here this week. A male did it - he literally spent the whole time looking at the door, didn't pay attention - so he kept doing the same thing over and over, and it looks like a 3 year old did my nails. As I was getting my pedi done, the lady next to me said this place was the best to get American (it's like French nails, but the white tip is less prominent and more natural looking) SNS nails. It was my first time ever hearing the term so I decided to try it out. It's basically acrylic nails except they use powder. While my nails lasted longer than regular acrylics like I was told, the loose powder was visible after they were done. For the price they charge, I really feel like they could have paid more attention to detail because the end result looked a bit sloppy. read more

My nail tech Vicki left for another salon in Broomfield (Empress Nails) and I followed her there. I wanted to keep up the awesome nails that I've had from Vicki (doing SNS -- the dip powder), and so I drive a little further now but it's worth it. Another nail tech left at the same time and went to the same salon in Broomfield. I can't speak for any of the techs that are left at Aloha. I begrudgingly write this review because I know that this is going to just make Aloha Nails even more busy than it already is. I am a self proclaimed shellac-oholic. I used to go to a nail shop close to home in Arvada which WAS really good. But they got too busy and started rushing through the mani/pedi process and the quality of work declined. I was fed up and looking for a new place to get pampered. Some ladies at work raved about getting SNS nails done and they highly recommended that I go see Trang at Aloha Nails. Trang runs a beautifully, well kept salon with a relaxing and fun environment. You can kickback and completely relax or you can watch some FRIENDS on the projector screen with your bestie. I had never experienced SNS before and will never be going back to basic shellac again. Trang and her crew are experts at insuring the SNS is applied to match the thickness of your nailbed. Which for those of us that can't stand the thickness of acrylic but love the toughness of a full set this is an amazing feat. The SNS nails lasted me 3 weeks! Which was almost too long for me cuz my nails grew out so quickly. Lastly, I had the absolute best pedi of my life at Aloha! So tranquil. My one gripe is that they do NOT do a manicure with their SNS. In my opinion the manicure should always be part of the process. Especially since you pay a lot more for SNS vs shellac. If you head to Aloha you should call in advanced to book an appointment. You will not be disappointed! read more

I have been going here for a year now, and 11 months ago gave it 5 stars, but since I've become more and more disappointed every time I've been there. I will say they do great job especially with SNS, but the customer service is awful. I go once a month for a year now and no one remembers my name, nobody's friendly and says hi or welcome back, and when I recently had an issue with my nails I didn't get one apologetic comment, they looked pissed as they fixed it...I am bummed as i love the work but i dont fell comfortable there. :( read more

Great pedicure! Went for the deluxe which was a bit pricey, but very worthwhile. Toes and feet look immaculate, but beyond that the technician did not scrimp and she gave me a to-die-for massage. I have been going to Aloha since I moved to Colorado three years ago. I was happy with the gel nails I was getting but my actual nails were in bad shape and I definitely needed tips under the gel. When Tran bought the shop last year, she suggested I try the SNS nails. I was hesitant to change but it was the best thing I ever did! My nails are in the greatest shape they have ever been in. They are strong and healthy and I no longer need tips! My nails never chip and stay looking great for weeks! I've never had so many compliments on my nails. I love this salon! read more

I had the most wonderful pedicure ever here and it had nothing to do with the paint job. The man who did my pedi spent a good 20 minutes on the leg massage and just rubbing my feet. I visited Aloha Nails after purchasing a Living Social Voucher. When I arrived, I was treated very well. Hope was very thorough and careful with her pedicure. Actually, the whole staff is hospitable. I was offered refreshments by more than one person. The facility was clean and there was a wide selection of OPI nail polish. Also, there is a big screen TV for all to view.
