Immediately, he started being hostile and rude . I laughed it off . As he's finishing my nails , I notice the one broken nail he fixed looked completely off so I tell him . Starts yelling saying he's going to upcharge me to fix it . He had already given me a price so I say I'm not paying anymore for his mistake , if he's working on my nails he should've caught the mistake . Continues to yell at me and point in my face , telling me to shut up and he doesn't want customers like me, he is not the owner. Mind you , I'm very pregnant and had my 5 yr old sitting next me to getting her nails painted . I am appalled everybody in the building allowed him to continue disrespecting me the way he did. I am appalled at the fact, as a professional, he thinks it's okay to tell a customer to shut up, cussing and pointing . I hope he gets some sort of consequence.

I called while walking I asked if Nathan was still the owner and she said NO and hung up on me.
