Not worth it. I paid $40 for a pedicure on Friday and within 24 hours the polish on 3 nails had fallen off. It's wasn't chipped by activity the polish must be so cheap or old it just falls off. My pedicures usually last 3 weeks and this didn't even last 3 days. read more

I was a walk-in for a pedicure on a slow Monday afternoon and the nail technician was very accommodating and friendly. The shop is spacious and appeared to be very clean. At least five massage chairs for pedicures, which is always a plus. Very reasonable priced at $25 for a base pedi and $35 for the deluxe which includes exfoliation and leg/foot massage. This is at least $10 less than other places. I would however be willing to pay more if they took credit cards. Cash/check only. Come on people, hardly anybody carries a check book anymore. After I returned home (after going back a second time with my checkbook), I looked closely at my toes. Although she did a reasonable good job, I could still see a few spots of left over polish from my last pedicure and my toenails were not filed evenly. So, if you need a quick-meh-level mani-pedi, have cash or check, then I would mildly recommend Cute Nails. read more

I'm giving it two stars because the ladies working were very nice and pleasant. They enjoyed having a conversation and engaged with my sister and I. Perhaps, for a normal manicure this place is fine, but I asked for shellac and it was terrible. The shellac was some off brand, very few color choices, and I kind of knew I should've left at that point. Then the lady painting my nails put it on way too thick and the skin around my nail had the color on it, which o asked her to remove and she really didn't try too much. For three days it was fine but with in five days it was cracking/peeling off. Shellac normally last for up to three weeks on my nails, so this is not a normal turn around time for me. I arrived at Cute Nails 15 mins before closing time and they kindly took me in for a basic Mani/pedi. Both ladies present were nice off the bat. The gal who did pedi was good. There was a child screaming in the back during pedi. Children came out during mani. I was surprised at how old they appeared to be, 8, 10 or so, possibly older. The girl sitting behind me, threw a hard rubber ball at my head while I was receiving mani. The smaller brother ran forward to get ball. When I looked at him, he looked very concerned and pointed back at the girl. Slouched in her chair, she lazily raised her hand to indicate she'd thrown it. No apology. Their guardian, who was giving me mani, laughed. Unfortunate response, but perhaps she did not know what else to do. The other woman encouraged the rude child to give an apology. The bad seed offered a sulky mumble. I appreciate work cultures that make room for responsible parents/guardians to make money while caring for children. American work culture could stand to be a lot more permeable in this way. However, children must be good citizens for it to work. The unpleasant and violent child at Cute Nails was far from cute. She needs some guidance or help--most likely, along with her entire family--before she destroys her family's income or ends up in juvenile detention. The work was mediocre--a bit sloppy. Prices were on the lower end. The no credit card thing is inconvenient. I was told that 2 minutes of drying was enough for the mani and so dried for 3. Inaccurate. I went to bathroom and despite trying to be careful, destroyed 4 nails adjusting my skirt. She immediately repaired them although it was late and the bad seed had slumped even further in her chair, though issuing no projectiles. I cannot recommend this place. read more

Li is great. The place is clean and the prices reasonable. I do basic mani/pedis there, I have not seen anyone get 'nail art' done so I do not know if they do that. However, as they only take cash, it only gets 4 stars. I often don't go because of that. read more

I had to point out several times that the polish had bubbles in it. She put two coats on but they were so thin that the color looks washed out and has lines in it. Worst manicure ever - picture is the next day. My nails look awful and are already peeling up around the edges. I'm so mad I wasted my money here. Don't go! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was visiting Denver for the weekend and was staying around this area. I needed a quick mani/pedi. My sister and I found this place while walking the street. We walked in and got seated in the pedicure chairs right away. Fifteen minutes and two extremely pruned feet later, she finally started my pedicure- my sister was still unattended to. Her pedicure didn't begin for another ten minutes or so. I told them that I needed to be done by 5 o'clock and she said no problem, this was at 4 o'clock. The pedicure was fine. By 4:30 she started my manicure. She. Was. Taking. Her. Time. I reminded her around 4:50 that I was in a rush; at this point, she still hadn't finished with my cuticles. She began to paint my nails. I'm not sure if that was her first day on the job, if she didn't care, or if she was annoyed that I was rushing her, but she did an awful job. I had to ask her to paint the side of my nails twice. When she put the base coat on, she did one brush stroke on each nail that did not even come close to covering my entire nail. It was so bad that after she got up I started to REPAINT MY OWN NAILS with the polish. To top it all off, THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR CHECKS and decided not to inform us about this until I was trying to pay with my card. There is no sign anywhere in the store that states this inconvenience. Luckily, there was an ATM across the street in a bar with a nice $3 dollar fee for withdraws. So, not only did I have to pay $3 extra dollars, I had to walk over to the bar WITH WET NAILS to withdraw cash. This was on Saturday. Today is Monday, and my nails are already chipped. Never. Ever. It's a nice place to go for a quick mani or pedi. They do work a little above par for the price. If you are expecting to go in for a high-end experience, then this isn't the place for you. This place has gotten an (underserved) overly bad rap. I came in with low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised. It is cheap, and I thought my nails turned out well. The lady on the phone was a tad short and debatably rude, but I think they are just busy. They are fast, and won't spend a ton of time massaging you (though my friend said she received a great massage), but they do a great job on my nails and I appreciate their efficiency. They still scrubbed my feet and worked on my cuticles. The massage chairs were exceptionally good. The fumes were about average, or maybe a little better than average. Absolutely the worst salon experience ever! Instead of telling me that there was no one available to do pink and white nails, the owner, Lilly took over 90 minutes and left me with thick ugly nails. So disappointed because I understood that the other nail technician does a great pedicure. Turn around and walk away if Lilly wants to do your nails. I always try to support local small businesses.
