I give them a 4.5. This is an upscale nail salon. They offer hand and foot nail services. You can even get a wine or champagne. We walked in and we asked to sign in. Immediately noticed the lighting and variety of nail finishes available. The place is large. They started right away on my daughter and I had to wait a bit but over all good for a basic pedicure. I do prefer more personal service but everyone was pleasant. I like that they don't use the blades scrapper my heels too.

Gel French ombré by Izzy

Love this place! It's been a long time coming to find a nail salon close to where I live that I actually enjoy and that has availability. They have a ton of pedicure chairs and nail stations but I do recommend making an appointment even if you plan on going within the hour, they have an option to book with any available staff when booking and appointment. This is a great spot to take the girls for a mani pedi day or even for a birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette whatever it may be, they offer alcoholic beverages as an additional purchase but it's a nice touch. (My man enjoyed a nice cold beer while I got my nails done) Ton of nail color options and the staff is always willing to help with finding a color you're looking for or something specific. I've had my pedicure done by Sarah, Vy and Mary all were fantastic. Sarah has done my nails in the past but my go to girl is Izzy!! She's amazing!!! She takes her time, she's so freaken talented and she's just genuinely nice and friendly! Pictures attached are the past two nails she's done on me, the first a French ombré with gel polish only, the second is GEL X with a design.

This place is huge and stunning. I've been here twice now because I'm new to Denver and on the hunt for a nail spot. The first time I got a regular polish pedicure and unfortunately was not impressed so I decided to give it a second try. I came back and got dip manicure with chrome on top and a gel pedicure with a different person that my first. Still not impressed. No matter how much a stress square with thin polish they end up doing a rounded corner and thick chunky nails. The nail techs and super kind you almost want to give it a third try but it's so unfortunate that the skill set is lacking for today's trends.

Way too much acetone. Poor attention to detail

This was surprisingly pretty bad. I think they do better using dip or gel, but regular polish was awful. She used so much acetone and cut into my cuticles too deep. The regrowth is gonna be bad. Hours later my cuticle beds are really inflamed. You can really see the uneven polish.

Nails were cute, but I got cut up pretty badly on almost half of my cuticles. I wasn't able to work at my occupation with open cuts on my hands. I tried to email them about this, but never heard back. After a couple weeks, about 4 of my nails snapped from the bottom (where I had the fill).

What I asked for....(quoted $185-$200)

As a first time guests, this was a little disappointing. I typically go to Tony's Nails in Aurora but due to him being out of town I went to try somewhere closer with good reviews. I called at 4:50pm on a Monday and let them know I needed 2 broken nails fixed, an acrylic fill in and design and was told for a 6pm appointment. Once arrived and checked in, I patiently waited and showed them my inspo, was told to pick colors, and by 6:45 told me it was going to be $185-$200 before even getting started with several other guests coming in after me. (Similar design, but well aware of the gems, and I didn't want that) Price was no problem for me, however from what I currently had vs. what I asked for seemed very drastic to me and several other guests who came after my scheduled appointment was still started before me. I would like to try this place again and living 10 minutes away, I'd rather drive back to Aurora for Tony's Nails customer service and experience.

Only in town for the weekend and wanted to get nails done last minute before a friends wedding. Staff is super friendly and very honest if they can do the work that you're asking for. I had some inspo and one tech knew she wasn't able to do what I was asking for and the manager found a nail tech that could. I think his name was Vincent, but he did an insane job, even better than my nail tech in PHX. He really perfected the shape and worked with me on the design and couldn't have asked for better. A little more pricey than I'm used to, the set was $140 without tip, but I'd pay that every time for the excellent work. Sad I don't live in Denver, I'd be here every three weeks!

The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

I am writing to share my experience following a service appointment at this location. I received a…read moremale Brazilian and full butt wax yesterday, and my esthetician was Reagan. The service itself was performed well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the wax. However, the subsequent events have caused significant disappointment and lead me to strongly advise caution to other male clients. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

Absolutely loved Hannah H!…read more I was able to schedule a last minute eyebrow waxing. I scheduled it through the app Vagaro. Very easy! It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Not too crowded but I think it was because I went during a Bronco game ha ha. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me. You are required to wear a mask inside so it made me feel safe. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows. We got to know each other a little bit and I loved our conversations. I felt like she really took the time to get to know me and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. I was meeting my boyfriends mom for the first time that weekend and wanted to clean up my eyebrows. She told me not to stress and that she would take care of the rest! I did not get photos unfortunately but I loved it! She really kept my shape and cleaned them up in no time! I felt the price was fair as well! I can't wait to go back!

They ask you to pay very high salon prices, but they could deliver very mediocre services and the girls are young and snotty and untrained. I avoid at this place now like the plague.
