I brought my daughter in for a mommy/daughter pedicure date over the weekend. Happy that they are open on Sundays. The staff were very friendly. Bonus that the salon is right next to Starbucks, making it smell good inside. We both enjoyed our basic pedicures, and the nail technician gave my daughter free flower designs on her big toes. That kind of made up for the lack of massage that she got. I wish my massage was a little longer but maybe that goes with the higher priced pedicures. Came here for the first time today. I just moved from California and been looking for a new nail salon that can do Gel X. It was really hard to find out here...until now. So excited I found this spot. The women are very kind and know what they are doing. The prices are moderate, however my fave place in CA is surprisingly a little cheaper. EDIT: The nail tech (Judy - I'm guessing the owner) messaged me through Yelp and told me I had the wrong business and that I should improve my memories lol. I wasn't going to even mention the rest of my experience here because I felt like it might have been a rare occurrence, but seeing how petty the owner I can get, I might as well explain my full experience. 1. She saw my friend and her fiancé and asked if they were siblings (my friend is white and her fiancé is Asian). We were all very confused... 2. When she had moved onto my right hand, her sons came in and were cussing, saying very inappropriate things. My nail tech scolded them constantly as she was doing my nails, which is why I feel like the quality declined even more towards the end. 3. I never expected the owner to invalidate my experience here and demean me! That was very unexpected and definitely confirms the quality of this place! Stay away! ------------ The pedicure was nice, but the gel nails were absolutely atrocious. I was so sad at my end results and am seriously regretting even paying for them. I attached the photo of the pastels I wanted, and then two photos of what they did to my nails... they just look like blobs on my nails. Edges are not clean at all, the surface isn't smooth (it's bumpy and uneven), and the colours I chose were definitely not the ones she put on my nails. Complete fail and they even charged me $5 extra for EACH NAIL and this is what they came up with. Absolutely stay away and DO NOT get your nails done here. read more

Please be cautious of going to this place for any mani/pedi services. To begin with, they are extremely rude. There is one polite, nice younger individual that is there sometimes, but the two others, one that seems to be the owner/ manager and the one that mainly does pedicures- both are very rude and the prices do not match the quality of service whatsoever. Tonight, I went in for a pedicure, I requested no polish- the pedicure was awful- the technician didn't even do the bare minimum of a standard pedicure, and kept squeezing and pushing my foot around almost to the point that I was sliding off the chair and couldn't adjust myself, and after the fastest, not even remotely thorough pedicure charged an outrageous price. I also asked for cuticle removal on my nails and the other technician cut me twice and didn't so much as say "whoops, sorry". Rude, overpriced. Avoid. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. Could have done a better job myself. Maybe it's a good place for nails but not for pedicures

Came here bc they said I could drop by anytime to soak my shellac and fake nails off. I told them I would come right away. When I got there no one acknowledged me for several minutes so I finally asked how long the wait would be to get my nails removed. They said it would be five minutes which it was. They soaked my nails in acetone for at least 30 minutes. Usually they soak a piece of cotton and put foil over it but here they just had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone which was really harsh on my skin afterwards. No one was checking on me so I scraped some of the polish off myself because I didn't have much time and needed to hurry the process along. Because I wasn't getting a manicure (bc I had no time) it seemed like nobody wanted to really help me. Eventually a different lady came to help take the rest of the polish off, and used the power tool for that. I still felt residue on my nails still so the original lady came back and used the power tool again. This resulted in me still having messed up nails 2 weeks later. They took off the top layer and it felt all rough and I have ridges in my nails from that tool. She started to cut my nails and I said no, I can do that when I get home but she did it anyways. The whole process took an hour and cost me $20 on top of it. I could have done that at my house for free but I was short on time and wanted it to be done correctly/professionally so I didn't mess up my nails. Well that was a waste of money and time and ruined my nails. I would definitely not recommend coming here. This was my first visit due to location and availability but I really regret trying this place out. read more

I came in for a pedicure, I waited 15-20 minutes under the light and the tech told me they were dry and I could leave. 2.5 hours later when I was at home my nail polish rubbed right off onto my pants. I have never had nail polish not be dry after that long. I called and she said to come in to fix it no problem. I decided to purchase my own nail polish because that is the only reason I could think of why it wasn't dry in that amount of time. I got to the salon and she said they would have to charge me to change the color. I explained I didn't want to use the same color and be in the same situation where it did not dry and be smudged again. She kept telling me she can paint over with the same color but could not change the color without charging me. After purchasing nail polish and driving out of my way to have my nails fixed, I'm extremely frustrated with this service and I'll go pay someone else to repaint my nails. read more

If I could zero, I would. Had such high hopes when I scheduled my appointment. Looking for a salon to nails done regularly. Got there at 5pm, picked a color & sat in pedi chair. There was a mother & daughter there getting nails done. Another mother & daughter walked in, picked colors & sat in pedi chairs. One lady started on the mom while the other finished up & the first duo left. Then without acknowledging me, the lady, who was now free to start my pedi after I had been sitting there for 30 minutes, went to put polish on the daughter. I got up to leave and she seemed surprised. She said they had an appointment. Well, so did I. It's too bad cause my mom was going to make appointment as well as a few other friends if I had been happy with my experience. Needless to say, I was not. Let me just recommend, don't bother. Don't bother with a walk in, don't bother with an appointment. The only thing I can think of is they didn't think that my appointment wouldn't be as big a sale for them. I came for a gel pedicure and dip powder. They sat me down without a wait. The water for the pedicure was getting hot so I asked if they could cool it down, she put it all the way on cold and the water was then freezing. She wrapped my toes because I had gel on them, which has never been done at other places, but I know each place is different. Someone else started working to remove the dip powder on my hands by placing my fingers in acetone rather than wrapping them. Both ladies then walked away, one of the ladies sat and did her nails right across from me. I could tell that this was going to take more time than I had and I may not like the quality. I asked that they just remove my polish instead of the pedicure and dip powder. I feel like the woman made up charges. She said that to remove polish would be $25 each for my hands and feet. She said it would be cheaper if she charged me for the pedicure and $5 for the removal and I come back later to get them done. I then saw on their services sign that polish removal was $10. She gave me further excuses as to why they had to charge me for x, y, z. I ended up paying $43 for nail polish removal. read more
