Let me start off this is not being wrote with hate or anger. We booked a month out for a birthday celebration. (Visiting the area from out of state.) Process of booking was great and easy! Fast forward to our appointment day, two massages for my best friend and I. I called and asked if they could bring us in a little earlier than the original apt time and that wasn't a problem at all, another smooth process. We arrive, two massages, 30 mins, we get on the phone with the manager and she clarifies some questions. The woman who was working with us in the massage room hands the phone to my friend and says, one of you may be pregnant, and the lady looks my friend up and down. She's not pregnant, not a big deal but it was how it was handled it was not professional at all. So after the insult, they have us get ready/undress and such. They come in and leave the room several times with the door open and we both have no tops on and are not covered since they were massaging our backs. This is while they are holding conversations in the hall way. To say kinda uncomfortable is being light. Massage ends they're super nice, language barrier is a thing I understand. Again not a big deal. But having the manager on the phone to translate and not there is a little chaotic, checking out the lady asks before I use my card how much do you want to leave for a tip. I have had many services done and never been asked...I do tip, that just caught me off guard. But again maybe she wasn't sure how to use the credit card machine? A lot of miscommunication but overall odd and uncomfortable experience. read more

Would you like a dry, incomplete massage, with no music and no previous experience? I went for a Swedish massage at 5pm yesterday and my neck and shoulders are in SO MUCH PAIN NOW. Was shorted 15 minutes, the music kept stopping throughout the massage. Lay your face on paper towels. Full body massage doesn't include feet. Your entire front side there is no oil used. Most of the back massage was also dry and over a sheet? Nothing to put over your eyes. No one spoke English. $3 credit card fee. Apple Pay requires you to go in the back where people are sleeping. I talked to the manager 3 separate times on the girls cell phone. I don't think my woman had ever done a massage before. Worse $85 I've ever spent. What a rip off. Going to have to go pay some else to now fix me. read more

Massage was okay... Sadly at the end they tried to charge me extra while lying about the price. Sign said $110 she charged me $125. When I asked she said it was 75 + 50 even though I did the 110 combo. Whole Place Seems shady and honestly lazy work. read more

DO NOT BOOK HERE THROUGH CLASSPASS!! I booked a 60 minute massage at this place through ClassPass, and when I arrived they informed me that my reservation only covered 30 minutes. I feel so misled!! Very good massage price is average but was with the experience would easily come back again

I received an excellent 60 min Swedish massage from Lucy! She was very thorough and the pressure was strong. I appreciated how she checked in and asked if I was ok every so often during the massage, I felt very comfortable. The rooms are dark and there's nice music playing which helped me relax even further. I also highly recommend adding the $20 herbal oil, it enhances any massage with its lovely scent and soothing sensation. :) read more

The messages at first were so amazing after a while they stopped been amazing it's sad to be honest I hate the fact that they pressured you so much on tip . Tip is optional and what you can give but they request the tip and if you try to give less they pressure you to give what they want and get mad about it . They should check their prices because if you're going to be demanding a tip to make your gain on tips it's not fair . Yes, there can be a bit of a communication barrier, but that can be solved with patience and respect. The disembodied voice on the phone that you're forced to talk to before and after the massage however was pushy, rude and sketchy. Kinda ruins the experience. Went in for a couples massage as my back was in severe pain from working out so often. Went to a different massage therapist a week prior and she was mediocre at best, cash down the drain. When I looked for a place to have a massage for and seen the name, best choice massage on the Google. I figured I would definitely have to choose this place so the first day I went there and remind you this is all in the first week that I only went cause I was only in Denver for a week for the convention center so with the first day we go with me and my husband they sit us down for a couple massage and then ladies go to town as I pee over my husband and hear all of his, 000 everybody asking are you OK? Are you OK and every moment was filled with stress inducing knots that happened in your back so then we went back the second time and I said I'm definitely bringing my daughter cause she has stress so me and my daughter went in there for the couple massages so we went and had the massage she was in love, even though when she does the massages, she just holds in all the pain the people literally feel the stress in your body and take it out with their hands. These people are amazing. The vibe of the place is relaxing. It's giving Chinese Oriental acupuncture massage. They stretched me. They bend my body in different ways. So the third time we went again remember this is all in the same week. It was me and my husband again and they worked us out again and I will just say Tiffany Anna, the manager that you call because she's the only one that can speak English I mean everybody is just an amazing amazing addition to the team and it is truly called.
