We got a couples massage through a Groupon and had no issues booking it. The place is located in a little shopping strip. The ambiance was alright when walking in, they asked how hard you want the massage and what areas to target and then they bring you to a room to undress either with your partner or on your own. I did notice my sheets were a bit dirty but looked passed it. The massage was average. I didn't hate it but didn't love it- the couples massage includes hot rock treatment to ir which was nice. The reason why I'm scoring low is that at the moment of checkout they are so pushy for a tip. I told them how much I wanted to tip and they kept switching the number on me and not hearing me out u til my partner said yes to the number they wanted. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage over the weekend and neither of us had a positive experience. They were hitting bones and going too hard/fast in the wrong areas. His masseuse was putting way too much pressure on his skin he was literally bruised after his massage after. He had to ask to move away from the upper back bc of how much pain it brought. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My husband purchased and scheduled a couples massage via Groupon- he had several conversations prior to our appointment to upgrade our 50 minute massage to 80 minutes- for an additional fee. When we arrived, we were greeted, asked to fill out a form on an iPad, they asked for the groupon- never asked or confirmed anything with us- to be honest, they hardly interacted at all when we were checking in. We were taken to a room, asked to undress and get on the tables. We did and then waited- while waiting, several employees were talking quite loudly near our room. We waited for well over 5 minutes before anyone came back into the room. My masseuse confirmed with me 50 minutes and I corrected stating that we were supposed to have 80 minutes- they went and got the owner, who came in and demanded a credit card for the extra charge- we asked if we could take care of it at the end, and she demanded we give her a credit card right then, as we were laying naked under the sheet waiting for a massage. When we said no, and that we now didn't want the massage at all and asked them to leave, she then argued again. They all finally left after being asked at least 5 or 6 times to leave so we could dress. We will never go back- hopefully we can get a refund for the groupon- read more

Everything from beginning to end went seemlessly. The gal that answered the phone to set up an appointment was pleasant & if it was the same gal working up front she was pleasant in-person as well. This was my first couples massage ever, so didn't know what to expect in that aspect, but the one thing I noticed from previous solo massages is they didn't ask if there were any sore/painful spots or concerns. I truly don't know why people have this place as a 3.8. This place is 5 stars and one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. Check google reviews and you'll see all the real reviews and praises. We went for a couples massage and had Lulu and Song. They were incredible and didn't short change us AT ALL on the 50 minutes. I feel amazing and all of my stiffness, tension, and sore muscles are starting to come around again. My neck and back were KILLING me and I feel so much better. The lady at the front desk was very very UNPROFESSIONAL. I had booked a $160 appointment (I had $75 gift card that I used and remaining $85 I paid using my credit card). After I checked in, she showed me the massage room and asked me to get ready for my massage. Within a minute she came back asking me to pay. I came to the counter and told her that I had already paid for it. She argued to me telling that I hadn't paid for it. I showed her my email that showed the transaction of $160 and that I owe nothing in the store. She was not convinced with that, so I showed her my gift card (that I got on August 2024, and valid until August 2025) and even my bank details that showed the remaining $85 transaction. And while I was explaining this to her she told me " I am the employer, let me speak". Seriously very rude and unprofessional. I understand that she was trying to figure out the payment, but that's not how you speak to your customers!!!! She even had the audacity to ask me pay and that she would refund me later. So unprofessional! She tried entering my gift card somewhere in her system and told me that the code was invalid. How would it be valid if I literally had used it to purchase this appointment? The guy at the front desk was helpful though and very kind and was helping to figure out the situation. And he finally let me in for the massage after about 20 minutes of the lady arguing, being rude and showing attitude for no reason. I have had my fair share of massages. I know a quality massage parlor and a quality massage, and this place is NOT that. Never letting my husbans choose the massage place again. The negative reviews on this place are right. I'm going to cross post this onto Google as well. These "masseuses" are not formally trained. Mine did not seem to have any understanding of anatomy. It was like being massaged by someone who hated me. I feel like I fell down a rocky embankment into a tub of oil. She used the full weight and pressure of her wrist or elbow on my SPINE. She yanked at ny joints like she was deboning a Costco rotisserie chicken. I spent the whole time waiting for it to end. I feel 100x worse than I did before. I definitely have soft tissue damage and yes, it's completely different pain than from a proper deep tissue massage. I also want to say that if you're shy about nudity, that's not going to be respected here. My entire ass was out during most of this and I felt fingers in my buttcrack more than once. I also felt my vagina and boobs be uncovered at different points of this. It was so uncomfortable. I have a lot of issues with my upper back and my boyfriend has issues with his leg muscles. While in the same room, without telling the masure's what was needed, they could tell. Not such a great experience. I texted asking if there was an appointment "today" and received a response saying yes (time was within the hour, so I busted butt to get myself ready and there on time). I had received an auto message with the time & date confirmed, which I glanced at the time but didn't pay attention to the date. Nonetheless, I showed up for my 10am appointment. Was put into a room, told to undress and lay on the bed (which is all very normal). 20 minutes pass by... yes TWENTY MINUTES and someone finally comes in. Turns out it was the person I was texting and she was sure to tell me I was there the wrong day (by showing me her phone in my face) but she'd still take care of me. So feeling pretty uncomfortable at this point, the massage felt very rushed and she answered several calls during my massage. And the worst part... another worker came INTO the room during my massage to which I then realized the door was propped open.
