Feeling sore and needed a place same day. Happy that they were able to take me in and accommodate. I called and made an appointment for 5:15. I paid $72 for a 60-minute massage with hot stones. The place was easy to find and very clean. The massage itself was not, consistent on my left and right side but it did the trick. I did take off 1.5 stars because I made an appointment at 5:15 and they were not able to take me until after 5:30. The place was fairly empty however my masseuse kept the door open and was going in and out a few times to grab things and answer the phone. (Awkward since I was basically naked.) Last thing is pushiness on tips. I tipped around 15% and they whipped out a laminated paper telling me how much I should tip, and the minimum for 60 minutes is $20. Worst massage experience I've ever had. Did a 90 minute massage. Therapist was huffing and sighing throughout massage as though she was irritated. When massage was over she said how 'hard that was to do 90 minutes' and 'how tired she was'. I thought- don't offer a 90 minute service then?! I tipped her 21% signing my credit card receipt, and she pulled out a chart with their Shop Rules for tips. therapist demanded I change tip amount to a $30 tip. I was so taken back and shocked i changed the amount. I have never been treated so unprofessional in any business. She was rude and condescending. I do not recommend anyone patron here. Go to a reputable place with professionalism ethical standards. Horrible!! read more

Massage was okay was expecting them to massage my neck and that didn't happen but overall price for time was worth it.

Called a few days ago to book a massage for myself on Valentine's Day because I knew places would most likely be booked and wanted to treat myself. When I showed up (early I might add) the lady working was confused, barely understood what I was saying when I explained I was supposed to have an appt booked and then told me the therapist was gone and not coming back for the day. The absolute worse massage ever!! Went in for a 1hr deep tissue massage with hot rocks and infused oil left in 45mins (would have left earlier but I'm too polite" skipped the hot rocks and oil _I woke up this morning and was unable to turn my neck to the left from such intense pressure preformed. Had more knots in my neck than I started with _the same motion was performed for 15 mins till I asked to please " focus on neck & shoulders" _once I asked for a decrease time and no rocks the massage went from a 0/10 vs 1/10 And 100% sure this lady had absolutely no experience with giving a massage, I might have been then first! I come often for the foot massage. You get 45 minutes of feet work and then 15 minutes of body work. It's over the clothes with a blanket massage but still quite effective. They recently increased their price for the foot massage to $30/hour (was $25/hour) but it's still worthwhile. The staff is super friendly and the environment is clean and welcoming. Walk ins are welcome but they have gotten busier so you may want to call ahead. I've had all of the therapists (the staff includes 2 women and a man) and they are all skilled and very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this establishment for their foot massages! Went in for a 60 minute massage. Massage therapist barely spoke english and when I was trying to ask for focus on certain muscles she was not able to understand. She did a 60 minute massage but did not focus on specific area I asked for. She kept saying "tired, tired, tired" and "so hard, so hard". She left during the massage 3-4 times. Once to answer the phone, once to get oil and another time to get a hot rag. She defiantly was sighing as she didn't want to be doing the massage. At the end of the massage she said "I charge you for deep tissue" which isn't what I asked for nor is that the treatment I got. I told her I signed up for an hour but she ran my card and charged me $20 more than I was expecting. I still tipped 20% but then she saw the receipt and got out a chart and a pen. She was asking for a 30% tip and crossed out my 20% tip and pointed to the chart several times. I wrote in 20% again as I was annoyed I was paying $20 more in the first place for a service I didn't receive but the lack of communication I was stuck paying what she charged my card for. A very bait and switch business practice. I left more stressed than when I went in there for my massage. Definitely will not be going back. This place is great. I usually pop in without an appointment and they always take care of me. You bet the clothes massages are more comfortable for me and I like that you can request just feel or just back. Not a fan of the back of my thighs getting massaged so this works for me. Reasonably priced and everyone is not only nice but skilled. My go to spot! read more

For a strip mall massage place this was the best massage I have had in a long time. Especially if you enjoy deep tissue, this lady worked on my aches and pains very hard for an hour plus. Initial visit will be my last. I had a 90-minute oil massage for $85. On a scale of 1-10, the massage itself was a 3. When I wrote in a tip of $10, the worker handed the bill back to me. "A $10 tip?," she asked. "Yes," I replied. "We usually get $20." Had the massage been worth more, I would have gladly given it. Sadly it wasn't. Best massage I've ever received. I have been getting massages for years. I was really hurting and could not get into see a chiropractor on the weekend, but blue sky was open so I went in there barely able to walk. When I came out I was pain-free. It is a little difficult trying to deal with them on my phone but when I walked in, they were amazing. I had the hot stone massage and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. By the way, like others have mentioned, I did feel really weird walking in there but now I can't wait to go back. They made me feel right at home. Don't expect to have a conversation with your masseuse because most of the masseuses I met there speak some English as a second language. First the bad: 1) They leave the door to your room open a few inches. As you walk down the hall you can see other patrons half naked and of course vice-versa. 2) Their ad says free Table Shower, yet I've never been offered one. I asked my Therapist about it and you could tell she had no interest in giving you one. 3) When your Therapist leaves the room to answer the phone or see who just came in they still end the session at exactly one hour... and sometimes a bit before. And now the good: 1) I've never had a problem getting an appointment, I typically call ahead. 2) The therapist is good (I've been there many times but had the same therapist each time.) 3) The prices are reasonable. read more

I have been here several times. Meaning 10 or more. Hands down the best place I have recieved massages. Very clean environment. Every staff member is very respectful & listens to what you need. I have had the $25 foot massage for 1 hour. LOVE it. So relaxing & so calming. I've also had the 1 hour full body massage for $45. Absolutely amazing. I had the owner/manager. She had the perfect pressure & always asked if I was comfortable. I will continue to go back & so will my husband. Again a very clean & honest business. They even have their degrees and permits on the wall for you to see. Not many places actually do that. They do walk in and appointments. I've done both. read more
