We found Min's Foot Spa and Reflexology by accident, having parked in the parking lot at the Costco Business Center, so we took a chance and unfortunately came out on the short end. I am fully aware that being from Southern California, I'm surrounded by a glut of fantastic Chinese foot massage places so my expectations were probably higher than they should have been. The spa was pretty much an open room separated by small floor dividers with convertible lounge chairs between them. If you're seeking ambiance or privacy, this will not be for you. The space got the job done, but that's it. They didn't really ask me for my preferences. Instead they just started into the massage. The head massage was definitely something I never got and won't ever again after this experience. The seated position was weird for a back massage and the sequence they went in probably could have been more streamlined so that it wasn't so clunky. They started with a head massage, then a neck massage, then a foot massage and then a back massage once the lounger was converted into a table. Overall, the quality could have been better for the service they were offering and the cost of the service. Would I revisit this location? Probably not, but then again it wasn't our intention to visit this establishment in the first place so let's call it even. read more

I did a 45 minute reflexology foot massage which was 35 dollars and when I still left a 25% tip, he scoffed at me and told me no and told me I needed to leave at least 25 dollars which is a 71% tip! Don't waste your time or money. I went in there for a 30 minute foot massage that claims some shoulder work and neck work and reflexology. The therapist was absent for at least five minutes of that time. He used so much oil that I literally could not feel any pressure on my neck or my feet when I voiced my concerns as soon as I came out one of the ladies sitting in the office, said you must have picked the wrong service. I found that laughable. I asked them if I could come back in for a redo and give them another chance and they said we could give you another foot massage for a discount. I will definitely look elsewhere moving forward and I recommend you do the same thing my wife and I did go there about two years ago and the place was excellent and vibrant. This was my first time in for a Thai (I believe) style massage. It's very different than any other type of massage I've had before but it was still delightful and relaxing. Thankfully I went with a friend who could give me some pointers beforehand. My only knock on the massage was it was a bit firm on certain body parts and I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to ask for less pressure. My particular person didn't ask if the pressure was ok (like some other reviews stated) so I didn't know if it would be offensive since it was my first time. I have been going for a massage for the last 5 years and enjoy my reflexology massage. The price is very reasonable per hour so it's only fair that you tip the masseuse at least the twenty dollars for them. I normally get the combination #2 and enjoy the warm foot soak and relaxing music. They start with a warm thin blanket on top of you, you leave your clothes on, do wear pants that can go up over your knees and a loose comfortable neckline so they can rub your shoulders and back under your shir. I hate to leave this review, because for years straight my wife and I had amazing experiences here. However, we just left the worst massage experience of our lives, and the worst hour of our month. We jumped in for 1 hr massages at 7:15 on Friday. My wife had a male masseuse, I had a female. Both of our experiences were shockingly identical - WAY too much pressure. Not like normal pressure that merely makes you hold your breath. More like their elbow on your vertebrae with all their weight rubbing back and forth until your bruised and have rug burn. It was pretty clear these two masseuses had some training - since our experiences were almost perfectly identical. Sadly, whatever training they got was very very bad. They literally pressed their bones into our spines, all the way up and all the way down. We both considered walking out multiple times but couldn't muster the courage to embarrass them by doing so. Upon our exit, we offered $10 tips from each of us - the amount Min's recommends when the experience is just "fair". Instead of taking the hint and the feedback, they complained, pointed to the tip guidance sign (which we knew very well) and complained that we under tipped, making the whole thing much more awkward. We've tipped 100% here before when we've had great experiences. I feel terrible leaving this review, but I hope the managers monitor this because they just lost two loyal customers and I imagine they'll lose every other customer these two masseuses touch as well if they don't fix this. I give this place a 1 star not because of the actual massage but because of the lack of respect. They accused me of stealing a giftcard that I had received for my birthday, in the middle of the massage. The front desk gentleman came in and told me my gift card was no good and that it was stolen. I explained to him there's no way and then he asked if I could pay to be able to continue the massage. when the massage was complete, I went back up to the front and asked for clarification on what had happened. I had to confirm date of purchase and credit card information for him to admit he was wrong and card was invalid. There was no remorse for ruining my massage or apology for accusing me. Once the requested information was given he said oops it's good my fault. I was not compensated for being interrupted in my massage. Just overall bad experience. read more

She barely massaged my feet, maybe 15 minutes total and no reflexology, just rubbing. The lower back part was deep rubbing mainly my shoulders, whole back, neck, head. No nuance, just aggressive rubbing. When I left I added a 10% tip. The woman that checked us out started yelling at me and pointed to a small sign on the desk that said $10 tip for fair, $15 for good , and $20 for excellent so I changed it to $10. She still wasn't happy but I wasn't going to tip over 20% for that massage! It took a while and some more yelling and me holding my ground before she ran my card and gave it back. Best massage deal deal in Denver. A full one hour massage is $25 - say what??! It's posted at the front of the store than an acceptable tip range is ~$15-$20 which honestly is reasonable given the massage is so inexpensive. I ended up spending a total of $40, including the tip. Tip - Reserve an appointment ahead of time. Tip - You'll been in one large room, in the dark; with other customers around who are all generally quiet - it didn't bother me at all. You'll be in a recliner spa chair that converts into a spa massage table. Your feet will soak in warm water for the firs 20 minutes while they massage you while you're recliner back. Then they'll massage your feet. Then you'll flip over and get a back massage. It's awesome and very relaxing! I also love the scent of the lavender massage lotion. Tip - Wear comfortable clothes. You will keep your clothes on the whole time. Ladies - don't wear jewelry since they will massage your ears, head, neck, fingers, and wrists. Tip - The woman who checked us in didn't speak English but most of the other employees do so it should be okay to get an appointment. Experience: 10 out of 10! My massage therapist was awesome! They massage your whole body, (with clothes on and a towel/blanket over top - I didn't mind this at all as I wore very comfy clothes), not just your feet. I've come to Min's several times now and absolutely LOVE it. I've gotten back massages, and tonight was my first time getting the foot reflexology massage. Every time it's over, I don't want to leave. Even in 30 minutes, I come out feeling SO relaxed. They really do a phenomenal job. A couple of things to be aware of going in: (1) they don't have private rooms, so this isn't the type of place for a romantic couple's massage. That said, the comfortable massage areas are spaced out enough, the music is calming, and they do a great job covering you with warm comfy blankets, that you really don't notice others in the room. I also have NEVER seen ALL the beds being used at any given time (especially during these pandemic times). This is a non-issue for me, unless I'm trying to plan an intimate date or something. (2) you leave your clothes on here... you know, since you're sharing a room with others... haha. It's helpful to know this before you go so you can plan to wear thin, relaxed clothes that don't dig into you. I usually just do a tank top and a thinner pair of shorts. (3) the prices here are SUPER reasonable, so PLEASE balance that with a generous tip. This isn't just you "going the extra mile", it's an expectation since that money goes to the masseuse who worked on you. I generally do around a 30% tip or more (usually ends up being a little more). We almost didn't go because of the recent negative reviews but then i realized people were only upset about paying $55 (total with tip) for a 60 minute highly physical service. $55 is more than fair for the high quality service and labor of those working there. It is very intense but that is what I'm looking for during reflexology. If you don't want to pay people a living wage who are doing healing work, then don't go. Let me tell you, Thai massage isn't for everyone because it can be like a deep tissue massage on steroids...especially with male massage therapists.
