This was awful. The bedding was really uncomfortable. I went in for a prenatal and they clearly didn't know what that meant. My therapist was bored half way through and it was very apparent. She didn't know how to give a legit massage. I came out feeling worse than I did going in... she was massaging my legs upward and you're not supposed to do that. Steer clear especially if you're pregnant! I was also asked to tip more than I wanted to... my people pleasing self obliged which is my fault but idk... hard to say no to that... read more

My experience here was interesting to say the least. When you walk in, you can immediately tell their main objective is making money and not much else as the interior is pretty dingy and they didn't have the air conditioner on which made the place very hot and musty. The music was on some strange repeat so the same portion of a song played every 15 to 20 seconds or so. Nothing there seemed all that clean. Not dirty, but not clean either. The massages were decent especially for the price paid. What was strange though was that I tried leaving what I thought was a pretty generous ~35% tip but the lady took it and said "more". I didn't quite understand so I asked her to repeat herself. She said "more tip". I was very confused and just happened to find $5 in my back pocket so gave it to her where she took it and said "ok bye" without looking up. Like I said, very interesting experience. I am Asian myself so I know Asian bluntness when I see it. The feeling here is much more not caring as opposed to bluntness. Probably won't go back or recommend anyone to go. You are gathered in the general area for frontal massage, then transferred to back massages to a table. The lotions they used were scentless. The masseuse I had was strong. She was able to give me the pressure I expected. I really liked how she got every spot of my body. After leaving, my body didn't feel as sore. Wishing it was a more clean and pretty place. My fiance and I have been going here for three years. We always get the $35 massage. Customers are now given the option to pay a $10, $15, or $20 tip for that massage. That means a $10 tip is about 29% tip, $15 is a 43% tip, and $20 is a 57% tip. I always give a 22% tip but that was not good enough the last time we went. Quality of massage is almost always spot on and the one guy who isn't spot on is still worth it. There was one time I came in with a splitting migraine and nauseAu. The room is very clean and quieter. The foot massage is outstanding! The back body massage is great too... I cannot really share much detail as by this time I was snoring and drooling to her embarrassment. All I know, I woke up feeling very refreshing and despite paying for a 60 min session, we were in there for at least 75 min. Make sure you tip them well! When I went in I noticed that this place is full of kind massage therapists and was utterly surprised at how efficient a full body massage could be with your clothes on. They took me in as a walk-in and I had some sort of emotional release I can't really explain, but I do know that I have never felt this way after a regular massage, ever. I brought a girl friend along for the adventure and we really enjoyed ourselves. The foot soak and preliminary massage in the comfy chair was delightful. My masseuse was attentive and thorough. After 30 minutes in the chair we moved to a table where my back was worked on. I was extremely relaxed the entire time and would highly recommend and will be going back myself soon. I really enjoyed my 60 min. foot reflexology appointment here. This was my first time and I walked in around 11am on a Monday and was seated right away. I'm not a fan of the Chinese body massages, so just opted for the foot massage. It started with a foot soak and in the process a head massage and hands/arms. Halfway into my appt, a man came in and they seated him right next to me even though there were three other beds available (further away). No problem with this (and definitely not the fault of the staff), but he fell asleep during his massage and was snoring quite loudly. This put a damper on the relaxation component, but regardless, I had a great experience here and will be coming back! They have several "combo" packages available for massage and reflexology with varying time constraints. The prices are right, even with a tip! I came here because Min's was booked. Vitality employees are very nice and very welcoming. The masseuses were massaging extremely hard. It hurted so bad. I did ask them a few times to go softer. Everyone in my party felt worse afterwards. It was just too hard on our body. The beds are right by the entrance and the entrance desk so we can hear everything. It wasn't as relaxing as I hope. I like Min much better. Their masseuses are rough but a lot gentle than Vitality Spa. Min is also much darker and the beds are in a separate room that I don't hear the traffic outside or the front desk people. Min's front desk is not friendly however. read more

All I got was pain. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to just leave in the middle of the massage. At the end of the massage I decided to tip $7, which is 20% tip for $35, but the guy said "uh ah $10 tip ok?" He said "$10 dollars for tip", so I kept asking why and why tip more when i am not happy and wanted to leave? When I asked for the manager, he then acted as if its ok and I left. This place is getto to the max. The word spa should NOT be used in any context to this place. I question if the massage staff are even trained. My "masseuse"(and I use that term lightly) was so rough and untrained and also uninterested in my comfort. I think he was attempting "acupressure" and no one taught him how to do this... light pressure works... you don't have to stab me and bruise and brutalize those points for them to work. I mean for $200 bucks... I could paint the walls, take down the chinese advertisement posters and put up some tranquil paintings and I would get professional grade foot soakers. Seriously, this place is terrible... not to mention I walked away bruised and not relaxed and I asked the guy over 6 times to go softer, and then him and the other "maseuse" started talking in chinese and I could tell they were talking smack. I have been going to "real massage therapists & chiropractors" for years and I take exceptional care of my body with weekly to bi- weekly masage appointments and chiropractic treatments to make sure that my body is inline and well.
