I wholly trust this place. Very thankful I found it. I still struggle with various pains, and coming here for a massage helps me to get back on the right track, especially with posture. Highly recommended if you are feeling stiffness or pains that you need worked out of your body. There's lots of various add ons and services here that I haven't tried, since I usually get a basic massage. I feel like from what I have seen, the extra services are reasonably priced. Massages here are more expensive than I would personally like to pay, but they are well worth it. read more

Wonderful massage and a very comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated how carefully the therapist asked about pressure and problem areas before starting. The session was both relaxing and effective. I felt great afterward. read more

Nice place for a relaxing massage. The therapist created a comfortable atmosphere and worked professionally. I only felt that some parts of the session were a little rushed. read more

I haven't even been for massage yet and they've already impressed me! I made two appointments for me and a friend. I picked times that were available on the website. On one of the apt request, I let them know I was booking with my friend who was scheduled .5 later, hoping they might be able to get us scheduled closer. They just text me and arranged our appointments so we go in together. So stay tuned for further development...I'll let ya know how the massage went! read more

I've been coming here for 4+ years now. Aleeta is hands-down one of the most intuitive and down-to-earth massage therapists I've ever had (which says a lot - I've had some stellar ones throughout the years). It's $110 for a 60 minute massage, but that's to be expected given the competitive market in the city. I recommend this place to all my friends seeking a tranquil step away from reality for an hour! read more

The massage was very pleasant and helped me relax after a busy day. The therapist was and worked carefully on the problem areas. The only small downside was that the room felt a bit cool. read more

I felt comfortable during the session, and the massage was done carefully. It really helped me relax. The only small detail is the room temperature could be higher. read more

Yelp steered me to the right place today. I had an amazing massage by Simone. It has been awhile since I have felt so relaxed. Aromatherapy and hot towels are free additions to your massage which is a nice bonus. This spot is clean, quiet, and clearly professionally run. Also, 60min massages are 60mins not 50 like I've encountered at many spots. I will be back the next time I come thru Denver! read more

Booked the massage that day. Very comfy, cozy, zen environment. Best massage I've had in years. Staff was nice, place was clean, everything you'd want in an massage studio.. I was so relaxed afterwards. Couldn't recommend more. read more

Absolutely incredible! I've had plenty of massages in the past and before this, only one prenatal massage. All massages have been great, but this one took the cake. I went in for a prenatal massage with Jenny at 33 weeks and she was so attentive and paid close attention to my needs. My feet are pretty swollen and sore and my hands have developed carpel tunnel with this pregnancy. She massaged both hands and feet and I was in heaven. So relaxing to the point where I felt myself falling asleep - which has never before happened to me in any of my other massages. I'll definitely be back! read more

Renew Massage Studio - Massage Near Me - Denver, Colorado

As an athlete, I am forever in search of a great massage therapist who can address my specific issues. Jason, at Renew, is now my go-to!! He is fantastic! The Bonnie Brea location is perfect for me. The lot is small but I've never had an issue parking. There is street parking if needed. What I love about Jason is his understanding of how the body works. Where an issue presents itself isn't always where it originates. I'm feeling so much better and my range of motion is better. The staff are always very friendly. read more

While sitting at my car dealership, I was struck by the urge for a massage. After weeks of divorce stress and working out, my muscles were tighty and crampy. I searched around for a place that had online booking, availability for that day, and was on my way home. Renew was surprisingly the only studio that met all of this criteria, so I finalized my appointment. You might have realized that I made the mistake of booking WHILE still at the dealership. I mean, being there takes an infinite amount of time, and I was worried about getting charged a late fee. Renew was so great with phone and text communication, allowing me to be flexible and arrive as soon as I could. Navigation was easy, and there were plenty of parking spots in front. I walked in, and the receptionist greeted me with an iPad to conduct contactless check-in. I was led to my massage room, where Emily gave me a run-down of all expectations and procedures. She asked if there was anywhere I wanted to focus. I'm sure I fell asleep as usual... but felt amazing afterwards. Everything felt super efficient and calm. I'll definitely be back! read more

Excellent massage in a peaceful setting. Good off street parking and easy to schedule an appointment. I will be returning.

I had my first massage with Renew today and I WILL be back!! Jenny was AMAZING, hands down the best massage I've ever had. She was friendly, professional, and her massage technique was so therapeutic! She hit all of my areas of concern and found trigger points I didn't know existed. My husband had a massage scheduled at the same time as I, his therapist was Mason and also had nothing but amazing things to say about his experience. We will for sure be back and are even considering signing up for Renew's monthly membership! read more

Such a great massage! A very soothing atmosphere, clean , quiet, and a thorough massage. Will be back!

I am so grateful I found this place for a prenatal massage. Thank you so much to the nice guy at the front desk Jason, and to the masseuse JJ for fitting me in... JJ was amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. I could cry I am so happy to have hip pain relief, he did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I have been here 4 times now- every couple of weeks for soft tissue injuries. The staff is great, the environment is very relaxing, and I have yet to have a massage that didn't meet my needs. I enjoy deep tissue/firm pressure massages and often incorporate hot stones. Carena is excellent at what she does ! read more

Super comfortable and inviting space, friendly staff, easy parking. Mason was fantastic, listened to what I wanted to focus on and really packed a lot into a 45 minute session. Have been in search of a great massage in Denver and I have found the place! read more

Immediately after I wrote my review for Renew, I booked another appointment. Whatever it takes to keep up with self care, right? Aleeta helped to work out some serious kinks in my neck and shoulders. She is NOT messing around and that's how I like massages. I felt so much looser and more relaxed after the 60 minute session. read more

Jenny did such an awesome job helping me out with back pain today. I have had massages before; however, this was the only one that has ever really felt like massage therapy. I feel so much less tense now. Thank you so much!!! read more

Heather was great! She listened to what I needed and checked in with me about pressure levels. The massage was awesome and really helped with some ongoing back pain I've been having. Highly recommend! read more

I have been coming here for years and the service is always outstanding. The studio is clean, quiet and relaxing. Alleta had been my massage therapist at a different business and when she changed to Renew so did I. She is terrific. read more

I went here with my mom today and I had the BEST massage ever with Lexye! She was very attentive to my problem areas and checked in with me regarding pressure which I always appreciate during a massage. Highly recommend seeing Lexye! I got to experience a wonderful massage done by Jenny! She was patient, kind, professional, gentle when needed and listened to all of my questions and request. She provided excellent customer service due to her many years of experience, I recommend her highly she has magical hands !!! read more

This place is amazing. Kat is the best masseuse I've ever had. I'll start by saying I've gotten a lot of massages in the Denver area and stretching as far away as China. Kat gave me the best massage I have ever had. Her awareness of my muscles was incredible. She would bring the intensity right up to the max without ever crossing it. She was able to release tension/back pain that honestly, I was beginning to think would never be released. I highly recommend getting a massage from Kat. It was like she scratched an itch that I've been trying to scratch for years. Seriously amazing. This place has an infrared sauna which is really good. If you're used to the heat I would ask them to crank it up before you come in. If you don't ask them they'll set it to 115 which isn't very warm. Also note they don't have to a shower. read more

I just had my third massage with Opal and I wish I would've found her sooner! She is the best massage therapist that I've had. I am an aesthetician and my back and neck are constantly on fire from doing eyelash extensions. I needed someone knowledgeable with strong hands. I have been looking for a good massage therapist for a long time and am very happy to have found Opal. She is very attentive and professional. I leave every time feeling so relaxed and my body feels instantly better. read more

The massage experience here is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, and the massage services outstanding. The Renew studio is quiet and comfortable, the music relaxing. When scheduling a massage, ask for Ana Maria. She is a superb massage therapist. Highly recommended! read more

I had a deep tissue massage with Jason and he was amazing! One of the best massages I've had!The pressure was great and he really worked through my knots. I felt a lot less tight upon leaving. I wish I lived here so I could go to him more often. I would highly recommend read more

My therapist told me I didn't need to wear a mask if I was vaccinated (which I am). I asked her if she was vaccinated because I wanted to protect her. She said no. I wore my mask. As an ICU nurse who comes to renew for relief and relaxation, I am upset that this business is allowing their therapists to spend an hour+ with individuals while they are not vaccinated. I will look for services that aim to support and protect the great community for my next massage. read more

I absolutely cannot say enough about Renew and especially Em, my therapist. I have had recurring back spasms for years and I try to get the occasional massage to help. I decided to make this a regularly recurring thing and went to see Em at Renew. I have never had such a thorough and attentive service. Em really listens to me and my concerns and I always leave feeling literally like I could run a marathon. I'm very grateful that I found her and I am already looking forward to my next visit! read more

Absolutely excellent experience. I got a 3 pack or 60 minute massages and just got to use my first. The facility is clean and pretty. The relaxation music was actually a pretty nice playlist of ocean sounds. Mariel did a phenomenal job and really helped work out some knots that I didn't even know I had. I'm excited for my next massage! read more

Had a massage today with Rae and let me just say, she has the perfect touch. Can't remember the last time I felt so refreshed after a massage. The entire experience was great and I can't wait to come back. The staff seems like incredible people and the ambience just makes it that much better of an experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Have been to the Bonnie Brae location and the Appleton location. Both times received really lovely massages! Don't love the parking for BB, but the people are friendly and the masseuses are talented. Will come back for sure. read more

I booked my appt here based on the reviews. It was an okay massage, but I specifically told my massage therapist I wanted deep tissue and what my target areas were. I got a lot of back rubbing, which didn't do anything and didn't help me relax. I had to keep telling her to go deeper, which after saying it once should've been understood. I also explained the areas I wanted worked on and got a very basic all over massage, which isn't what i wanted or needed. I felt it wasn't really worth the money on this massage, but my therapist was super sweet. She did make me feel very comfortable. I would try Renew again, just a different person next time. read more

Rae gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. Communication was great, not too much and not too little. I normally find communication during massages awkward but she was receptive and accommodating. The room was nice and cozy, the table was warm, and the ambient music was enjoyable. I will definitely re-book. read more

Renew has such a great setup for booking and payment. Super convenient location right on University. The setup streamlines all of the things you don't want to distract from the relaxation you get from your massage. I started seeing Ana for Prenatal Massages at the beginning of my second trimester. She has been a godsend during a time where I physically feel taxed by my ligaments and body learning to accommodate a human. She always is attentive to the right amount of pressure to work the stress out without it ever feeling like too much for a prenatal massage. I will continue to see her throughout my pregnancy and beyond because she has excellent technique, is kind, and pays attention to what you need treated most. read more

Excellent massage and very friendly staff. I have been 5 or so times and leave feeling great. Deep tissue gets the knots broken down and muscles relaxed. Highly recommend. read more

Hadn't had a massage in years, so I figured it was time for some well deserved self care. I'm sure all are great, but I booked first available and JJ did not disappoint! I asked for firm along with integrated cupping, and whew wee, that's exactly what I got (In the best way)! Will definitely be back. I feel like a whole new person! read more

Had an incredible session with Lauren today. The perfect mixture of relaxing and therapeutic. I regularly get massage and body work in the Fort Collins area-- and I can honesyly say this is one of the best massages I have received. The front desk was wonderful and accommodating for us fitting 6 in for our girls' birthday weekend. Thank you! read more
