I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!

They started with a head massage that led to a shoulder and neck massage. Then moved to my arms and finished with my legs. They put a good amount of oil on your legs and feet while massaging it as well. During this half of the massage, there was lots of talking between all the masseuse which was extremely rowdy. At one point, another person walked into our open massage room area in the corner and started a conversation with the masseuse working on me and my boyfriend. After 45 min, they provide you a slipper to move into a private room to take your clothes off for the full body massage. Then they assist in bringing in your belongings when you finish getting undressed and place it in your room. My massage lady had decent pressure but the whole time she was massaging me she kept sighing to her coworker and saying how tired she was. After we finished, my boyfriend was telling me how he did not enjoy the experience at all because when I was getting a scalp massage at the beginning, he received a face massage with the oil as well which he did not like at all. When paying, we had tipped each person $10 so total was $20 and they had demanded we tipped $20 each. That had left a bad taste in our mouth and will not be coming back.

This is the most sketchiest scammy uncomfortable weird place I found myself wandering into. I…read moreusually don't mind the hole in the wall spots but this one gave me the weirdest feeling from the first step into the door. New to the area so I thought I would try it out. I walk in a the environment is super dark , almost as if it is closed I shout a quick hello so I'm not too loud or disruptive if there is others there. The lady comes around the corner to address me an I ask about prices for 1 hour back. She points to a small paper with the amounts written ,$60 one hour body massage. As I repeat what I read, I clearly confirm price. I agree an follow her down the hallway, again dark questionable not being able to verify the cleanliness of the establishment. As she escorts me to the room , she comes in closed the door an demanded me "pay money" I was a bit confused as I usually am not asked to pay upfront an began to look into my wallet for my credit card I hand her over my card and she says $20 tip more. It wasn't the amount I was questioning but I was still uneasy about how i felt , an how she demanded payment before service over an over , personally I would have preferred to make my own decision on amount of tip an not upfront . As I continued to agree along with getting the service I began to decide if I wanted to pay cash , thinking if I did it would not require the $20 tip. As I have my wallet open. The lady notices a $100 bill in my wallet and decided it was okay to reach in and take possession of the bill. I was at the moment very uneasy. I was shook! But thought f it , go ahead an get me change. She walks away but comes back an says no change. I decided no way am I paying $100 up front I already feel uncomfortable about this encounter. I go to ask for my money back , she gets upset and almost doesn't give me back my $. I snatch my money back and began to walk out while she guards the door. I continue to say "no thank you , changed mind no service " she then follows me out the door and to my car in front. I entered my car an she stands at my passenger window an bangs on the glass shouting "okay, $60 , no tip" I was soooo uncomfortable even more after this , as I'm so scared an confused I'm trying to concentrate trying to start my car she is still at my window banging an then goes an opens my car door!!!!!! I start screaming at her ! As funny as all this is writing out , it was sooooo freaking weird . I don't even know how I got into such situation, and was so uncomfortable as I was trying not to be rude. This business is not what I expected it to be. I really don't know how to feel about it. I feel as if they definitely were off for charging up front, maybe for their own reasons but so sketchy a for her to follow me to my car an open my door! I was confused by the reviews being a mix of positive and negative, but figured I'd give it a try in the hopes that it was better than the recent reviews indicated. It was not, and you should not come here for a massage. It was terrible, and I'm glad I opted for only 60 minutes. Paying up front isn't that unusual, and I paid in cash. I was confused when she came in and gave me a squirt of sanitizer for my hands. Within the first few minutes I realized the "masseuse" knew basically nothing about massage. She'd offered "soft" or "medium" and I said medium but that I preferred deeper pressure. Despite repeated requests for more pressure, she couldn't or wouldn't do more than lightly rub oil on my back and legs. When I flipped over, she seemed to ask if I wanted extra services (it was confusing), which I declined. She then was massaging my legs through the sheet with zero pressure, which was even worse than with the oil. I asked if she was going to use oil on my front, and she seemed confused but applied some oil to my stomach and proceeded to lightly rub it around. She then leaned over and whispered something along the lines of "If you want to touch my body, you need to pay more". I declined again, and realized that's what the hand sanitizer was for. When the 60 minute joke-of-a-massage was blessedly over, I was halfway dressed when she came into the room and began cleaning up. As I was leaving she asked about a tip, and I said I only tipped for good massages and this was a very bad one. She told me to never come back, and I will gladly oblige. If you're looking for anything even resembling an actual massage, do not come here.
