I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!
