As of today I've joined the people giving up on what has been my favorite massage place for years…read moreand years. I went there today and couldn't even understand the lady there. Then she shows me on her phone that she is the new boss. Deanna and the rest of the great massage therapists that I've come to appreciate are all gone. Then I requested a 90 minute massage. 45 minutes into a positively unimpressive massage the "new boss" says she's only going to do my massage for 1 hour. Doesn't give me a choice or a reason. Then when I go to leave she takes my temperature as I'm walking out. I asked her why and she says because Your warm???? I asked her what my temp was and she said "98, Kinda warm". I'm not a Dr but 98 seems just right to me. Guess I'm going to have to find a new massage place in Brighton. Yes I moved to Brighton and still only went to my massage place. So sad!!!!!!

Let me start off this is not being wrote with hate or anger…read more We booked a month out for a birthday celebration. (Visiting the area from out of state.) Process of booking was great and easy! Fast forward to our appointment day, two massages for my best friend and I. I called and asked if they could bring us in a little earlier than the original apt time and that wasn't a problem at all, another smooth process. We arrive, two massages, 30 mins, we get on the phone with the manager and she clarifies some questions. The woman who was working with us in the massage room hands the phone to my friend and says, one of you may be pregnant, and the lady looks my friend up and down. She's not pregnant, not a big deal but it was how it was handled it was not professional at all. So after the insult, they have us get ready/undress and such. They come in and leave the room several times with the door open and we both have no tops on and are not covered since they were massaging our backs. This is while they are holding conversations in the hall way. To say kinda uncomfortable is being light. Massage ends they're super nice, language barrier is a thing I understand. Again not a big deal. But having the manager on the phone to translate and not there is a little chaotic, checking out the lady asks before I use my card how much do you want to leave for a tip. I have had many services done and never been asked...I do tip, that just caught me off guard. But again maybe she wasn't sure how to use the credit card machine? A lot of miscommunication but overall odd and uncomfortable experience.
