Not clean, dust on plants, furniture, products and tools laying all over dirty stations, Glue sitting inside plants dirt. I wanted gel manicure and they talked me into dip. They are a pretty color but way too thick and wide. They are nice when you arrive and pay. They scowl at you when they are working on you. I've gone to this salon twice. I wasn't real happy the first time as the tech proceeded to add sparkle to my gel manicure when I said I didn't want any. She "tested" it on one nail as I repeatedly had to tell her I was not interested. I left with one nail have sparkles and the others without. The most recent experience though left me with bleeding and swollen cuticles. The tech was very aggressive and kept peeling off skin to where my nail beds and cuticles are still sore over 24 hours after I went in. I did have the same tech both times, so perhaps the spa as a whole is not bad, but I will not be returning. read more

Do not go here. I went for a full set and she destroyed my nails. She tore apart my cuticles and didn't do what I asked for on my design. I couldn't take the pain anymore. I was bleeding from 7 of my cuticles and just wanted out of there. Save your hands go somewhere else. read more

I got my nails done for my birthday and we came back three weeks later and they said that my nails have been on for too long which typically I'll leave them on for about three weeks and they started taking off my nails and then i spoke up about it and the lady was like well. I was a little disappointed that the dip manicure didn't have the elements of a classic manicure, such as a hand/wrist massage. i have been to this location several times over the last few months. I had overall good service today I had to have my acrylics removed since two broke off since they put them on three weeks ago. One broke off within the first three days I went in to have them removed to give my nails a break and have a pedicure. They did a terrible job on the pedicure. They had to redo it a second time, my toes still have polish all over the skin, and look terrible! Well, doing my relaxing pedicure, the manager came over and started grinding off my nails, sending debris all over my clothing into my eye, and then wrapping my nails in foil and coming back and grinding my nails again a while, trying to have a pedicure they continued doing the manicure in the pedicure seat and it wasn't even a full manicure. My nails look terrible nails, and toenails look awful.. read more

I had a good reception for scheduling my gel nails! So far so good.. but I confess that these nails were the worst and most horrible I've ever had in my life! Disappointed after warning that my nails looked more like bubbles than the gel nails were far from natural in the finish and terrible French design! After I requested a change to the design and type of gel that was used they still charged me $30.00 more after I had already paid for the terrible job! Even after they "change" my nails, the quality still bad, disappointing as they try to do something they don't know how to do! If you are looking for someone qualified to do a good design and something beautiful this is definitely not the right place! not once but twice this salon has harmed me. the cut from the razor on my toe sent me to urgent care in June. lily, the owner was nice enough promising discounts on future services. months later I returned . I was seated at a truly nasty dirty station where drill bits and nail shavings abound. Abby was rushing rushing rushing, and every time the drill cut the skin around my fingernail she'd grab my hand and giggle. I walked out with stinging cuts on4 fingers. fool me once shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me. I'm will never return to Elite Nails. read more

My manicure was $68. Really expensive for not a great product. No one had told me what the price would be for a mani. I got dip and they were on my own nails. This mani was not $68 worth. My pedi was $40 which is what I expected for my mani. Buyer beware! To note the pedi had a price sheet but I was not offered one for the manicure. read more

This was my first and last time at Elite Nails. My pedicure was fine, but the gel manicure? OMG. Not only did the nail tech use the electric file, but she also used the buffer AND nail file on my natural nails, filing them SO THIN. The picture shows three coats of gel polish and two coats of clear polish, and they are still soooooo thin. I guarantee they will chip within two days because of the wreckage. The shop is DIRTY. I should have trusted my gut, and walked out when selecting a color from the wall of polishes. They were so disgusting, after looking at two colors, I wouldn't touch any more. The worst part of my experience was how many times she told me (or shook my hand) to relax!!!!! It took all my energy not to scream and walk out!!! I couldn't relax my fingers any more, unless I was a contortionist!!!! I hated every minute of this. You've been warned. read more

I come once a year for a pedicure but my wife comes almost weekly. Their busy as you might expect because the price isn't going break you. We always tip well. I saw somebody wrote the place is dirty. Huh? Is all I got to say. New and modern look, the place is pretty relaxing. I also saw they talk to each other while doing your nails. I noticed this as well. They really should try to keep the chatter to minimum and chat with you (if you want that) rather than each other. Regardless, good service, attention to detail on my toes at a very reasonable price. Mistakenly made an appointment at this Elite nails location not realizing there are a couple of them in the area and Im so glad I did! The ladies were welcoming AND stayed that way even when I asked for her to change a little something! We all know usually you get a little tude and it can become uncomfy. I got dip nails (which they pushed on me to make more money I'm sure) and they turned out uneven, patchy and each nail is shaped differently. I come here regularly but this was the first time I got the deluxe. I felt like the only differences was the lotion and soak they put in the foot bath. My pedicure turned out the same and the massage was just ok. I like this place well enough but won't be upgrading again. The $40 price point on the deluxe just isn't worth it. Meh. I've been here twice now and won't be returning. The first visit was unimpressive and the second was even worse. The first time, I went with a friend. They started her pedi and then had me start soaking but took a guy who walked in after us before they started me even though there were available technicians. I soaked for so long that I was actually getting hot and uncomfortable, so I took my feet out, and twice they told me to put them back in even though I said I was hot and wanted to wait until they were ready for me. The massage chair didn't work either which was a bummer. Most recently, they were out of literally every color I liked. I like a neutral/natural light color and couldn't find a single one I liked. They finally dug one out of the bottom of the box, and it must've been old or near empty cause it was a struggle to even use that one. When she removed my old gel, instead of soaking it she filed it off. I've never had that done before, and she went so far down I'm pretty sure she filed in to my nail bed. My nail beds were sore for days after, and when the gel started chipping off my nails looked awful underneath, and this was only the second times in months of had them done, so it's not like I do it often and they're unhealthy. I don't know if my technician was training or something, but another girl watched over her shoulder the whole time she painted. I also told her the way my arms were resting was uncomfortable and she didn't do anything about it. Not to mention it wasn't very clean. The wrist rest was dirty which makes it hard to relax, and one lady was lounging in a pedi chair watching something on an I pad eating Doritos. They all just talked amongst themselves in a different language the whole time and made zero effort to converse with me. Lastly, my nails sucked. They were chipping in just a few days and the tips of a couple were like cracked/shattered. Never seen that before? My friend had her toes done at the same time and said when she asked that they be cut shorter her technician replied "They're not too long." I work hard for my money and have a hard time justifying the expense of getting my nails done, so when I do it I not only want them done well, but I want to enjoy the experience as well. Both quality and overall experience were seriously lacking here. read more

I am visiting from another state. Took my 10 year old niece as a treat. Two simple manicures and one basic pedicure for the 10 year old cost $100. Technicians talk to each other in another language, not English, making us feel uncomfortable. We did walk in without appointment and were given a place and technician quickly which is a benefit but can't help but feel cheated with the extraordinary cost.
