If I can give them zero stars, I would When you hear what happened to me during a simple Nail experience if you wanna call it that I called prior to going to make sure they had time for me The guy was iffy about making me an appointment because it was close to closing time I arrived there and the lady was doing my nails. All I wanted was a simple gel manicure. I figured that was easy enough. Well, I was wrong. My nails have been utilized cut so deep into my cuticles where they were bleeding and she continuously sprayed alcohol on them. My nail shapes war, square, and round short and long OK if it only can get worse, the owners tried his best to fix them being very rude and unprofessional. They still are not fixed. I felt bad so I paid full price leaving they're very unhappy. I want to my vehicle and sat there for a minute and went back inside because my nails were terrible. Worse than what they would look like prior to me coming in. I approach them very nicely, explaining like that was bubbles and scratches in my brand new gel nails He asked if I want to refund I said that is not my intent or my reason for coming back in just wanting my nails to be fixed He insisted on giving me a refund but did not let me leave the store. He said that she will takeoff all my nails mind you my fingers have been red, bleeding, burns, sore and very very sensitive. He told me to go back to the woman who did my nails initially She started screaming and yelling and acting unprofessional and got up out of her seat. I was not going to let her touch me again after what she did to my fingers. He then blocked the door not allowing me to leave, screaming and trying to push me out of the way until he took off the gel polish. I made a recording of all of this occurring I'm sure a crime was committed, but I didn't want to deal with any cops over this. Which I probably should of Long story short for your own safety I do not recommend this place not for anything please do not go there Their work is terrible. That attitude is terrible and so much unprofessionalism. I'm making another review because I deleted my first one because I felt like maybe I was being dramatic or it was my fault. But let me start from the beginning. My sister and I came this last weekend to get our toes done and the entire time the nail tech was digging into my toe to cut the nail that has over grown, the ingrown nail (which they're not licensed to do). She kept hurting me and was holding my foot down to not move and would ask if I was "okay". My sister also had this same problem with her nail tech. They were also talking poorly about me which is really unprofessional. Also they didn't pull out sterilized instruments to use. I could tell the nail file has been used on a bunch of people. But I assumed they cleaned their instruments accordingly like a good nail salon. So I'm assuming their instruments are dirty; I can't say for certain. My nail tech also ripped a hole through her glove and her direct finger was on my feet and skin. And that's also not sanitary. I went to my doctors today (which is why I'm posting again after deleting my first one). They told me that I have an infection in my toe nails and have put me on antibiotics. The manager of this establishment told me "you have an infection because you cut your nails at home". Which is the reason I deleted my post because I thought, okay maybe and I felt bad for tearing down a buisness. Well I consulted with my doctor. And this was their response.... I've cut my nails at home for years; but I've never had this type of reaction because my nail tools are cleaned and maintained. I cut my nails 2 weeks before coming to this nail salon; and had no infection, no redness, no itchiness. So my doctor said this "you cut your nails a few weeks before and had no symptoms, but a day after getting your toes done, you have symptoms of infection including itchiness, redness, swelling, and burning. Which puts the nail salon to blame." There was also another customer who came back because their nail tech did her manicure poorly, the male nail tech was working on a customer when the one complaining came in and confronted him. He used THE SAME TOOLS that he was currently using on the new costumer and fixed the complaining costumers nails while she was STANDING. I repeat, he used the same instruments on BOTH COSTUMERS. My sister also has an infection on both set of nails on both feet. Coincidence? I don't think so. So basically I'd just watch out before coming here. I've read other reviews of same issues. They hurt people, then they use dirty instruments, then they charge you and send you away. And when you confront them about the issue, they gas light you into thinking it's your fault. It's unprofessional that the manager suggested it was my fault that I have an infection, even though I didn't come in with an infection (or obviously they wouldn't have provided service to me). It makes sense, why would you work on someone with obviously infected nails; oh wait. You wouldn't.... So that concludes the fact that my nails were not infected before arriving here. I'm going to expose myself with some pictures but this is just the safety of others. If they aren't cleaning their instruments; there's a chance they're passing blood borne diseases (HIV and Hepatitis). I'll never come back here again; but I feel like I should warn people of the unprofessional, unsanitary and unethical practices and behaviors of this place. My toes are red and swollen and the cuticles are bumpy, super itchy, red, and starting to puss. This isn't to bash on the paint (because my nails are small and I know they're hard to paint). The infection is the problem. And I can thank the nail salon for their pore hygiene practices and neglecting behaviors. And again, be careful before coming here. I'll be waiting for the managers reply to gas light me; but I won't be taking this down. Be safe coming here. Who knows what they're exposing you to... read more

I don't recommend spending your money here for nails, not because the nails are mediocre but because of how honestly mean the manager or owner is here... worst nail salon I've ever been to and I've traveled all over the world. Honestly such a bad experience, it left me wanting to cry. I had been looking forward to getting my nails done because things have been stressful. One of my nails was a more yellowish color because of incident that happened to me that damaged it.. the nail salon I went to before this one made my nails perfect so I know it's possible to hide the yellowish tint. I came to get a full set here and they used a powder that didn't mask the tint of my nail, I had asked if they could redo it with a different powder to mask it better. The manicurist had a meltdown and I was so shocked, so embarrassed and so stressed out. He was raising his voice, he was yelling about how my nail is yellow and I should have told him to use a different powder to hide it. In my defense, I was so calm. I told him it was okay, it's not a big deal. If he could just try a different powder because the one they used had almost no color to it... he made a huge scene and spoke about me to other customers in front of me.. I had to politely ask him not involve other people. I am completely mind blown how unprofessional this was and all I asked was to fix one nail that they should have used their expertise to make match the others... I didn't make a big deal at all. When removing the nail, my whole nail was practically gone!! I can't help to think he did it on purpose because he was so upset with me. He stood over me while I paid for the nails before he would redo my nail.. After being there for almost 2 hours if not longer... he redid my nail and after was so rude to me. I left with anxiety because of how terribly I was treated and all I wanted was my nails to look nice. I wish people could see the behavior of this man because it was so insane, I cannot believe I experienced what I did today. read more

First time to this shop. It's been a few years so was looking for somewhere good & reliable. Decided to go here after reviewing several local places. Had made an appt. with Danny, but when arrived was taken to Yen's table. Explained what I wanted & showed a picture of the pink & white ombre nails. Yen was pleasant, quick & took great care. They were all very good following the rules due to Covid right now. I made an appointment on NYE and I got short white matte acrylics. They charged me $55. They came out okay, I felt like they weren't all the same length but nothing too bad. I will say that they cut me with the drill on 2 fingers and it hurts so bad. read more

Sorry but first and last time I will be going here. Got a mani & pedi and both were horribly done. During my pedicure the lady doing it cut deep into my toes, she wasn't just trimming off cuticles, I'm talking about cutting chunks of skin and pulling, making them bleed. I wish I would've looked on Yelp before coming here, but we'll blame Google reviews for this crappy experience. First, everyone was very kind to me and I appreciate kindness everywhere. Second, despite assuring my dude I only wanted the standard pedicure, I somehow ended up getting the deluxe, which is about $15 more. And this is after repeatedly turning down the damn gel polish. Anyway, next thing I know, dude is slathering my legs with honey and squeezing fresh lime juice on my toes. I'm down with natural, but I wasn't sure if he was getting a snack or what. He also swapped out the color I chose for another that he apparently thought was a match, but I know Lincoln Park After Dark and these black ass toes ain't it. It should also be acknowledged that nothing came from a package or a sterilized container. I'm not someone who gets grossed out by that stuff, I'll share my toe germs with anyone, but some of you might like to know they riding dirty out here. We started with the pedi and time was dwindling quickly and he kept reassuring me that he could do it. When the pedi was done, he said he won't have time. Im so upset! Let me just put this out there. I left my review yesterday on google to show how I experienced this location. The owner blew me up yesterday to remove the negative review. Mind you, my experience was just not good and it's my last going there. My review was to be more organized and professional. Our toes and nails came out good but was done in half-fast. We made an appointment and I had to call and confirm myself to make sure it was confirmed. When there we didn't get attended to until 30-45 mins later. They did good, no shame in how it all came out. However I would only think they would focus more on the person in front of them rather then switching back and forth from person to person. Not ideal! I'd like for someone's full attention on me. Later that evening, the owner called me from 2 different phone numbers. I finally answered because I wasn't sure on who it was. So must be Important..right! It was the owner and I was told he was giving me a refund and to come back the next day for it. I went and was advise to change or delete the review. I physically showed the gentleman what I did. I updated the review again, and it wasn't enough of proof of me Giving 4 stars and "thanks for your business!" And again on "his end" showed the review I left the first time. This man took me outside and argued with me over it. Then come to find out that all of sudden the card machine was "not working!". Asking me to take my card number down and I'll get refunded the next day once the machine was working again. At this point I was done with the BS after 30 minutes and told him I don't want my money back. I didn't want it back in the first place. He Literally wasted his breathe and my time by telling me so. He told me to never come back and that he wants to call me again to make sure the post was deleted. He wants to harass me again later for the review. So I'll give this review and call it good. That was the first experience I've ever had after leaving a review. I HATE to leave any bad review but I know I have every right to do so. And being harass afterwards for it, is way more of an issue. No business wants a bad review but after today. I'm leaving this one and will NOT remove. Keep the money and don't call my number. read more

The only reason they get one star is that I had to do it to write a review. The owner's kids were running around the salon screaming. The place was dirty. The technician stopped mid polish removal to fold towels without excusing herself. It was obvious from the beginning that the technician didn't want to do the pedicure. Everyone there could speak English. Nobody cared to speak to us until I was paying and the owner berated me for telling my daughter that I'd just go home and trim my nails myself because I didn't want to ask the technician to shorten them a second time. Shouldn't a nail technician be concerned about the aesthetic look of the nails and try to match the shape and size? I tipped 20% which was way more than deserved considering the poor quality of both pedicures. read more

My fiancé went in for pedicures the other day. We just moved to brighton from Northglenn and my pedicure lady in Westminster is just too far away now. We had an okay experience at Image Nails. We both received the Honey/Lime pedicure. They actually use real honey and lime wedges. I needed to wash my legs when I got home. My fiancé didn't notice that his legs needed to be rinsed. The tech went a bit heavy on scrubbing my fiancé's big toe, and he now has a spot of raw flesh that didn't feel so great when she introduced the lime wedge. Overall it wasn't terrible and it's really really close to our house. We will probably go back at some point but I'm still planning to try out the other local salons first. read more

Nice people but poor quality of nail service. Went in for a gel polish manicure. I have had gel manicures for 3 years now, and my regular shop was booked. I came to this shop hoping for quality but not so much. After one week three of my nails had the polish peeling off at the cuticle. This has never happened to me before especially after one week. So i went back in waited 20 minutes and advised them of what happened, they stated this can occur if they paint the gel polish on the cuticle. They repainted all three nails then charged me for doing it! it was there poor paint job yet i had to pay to get it fix. Never will return to this salon again. read more

This place is quick and fairly good with their techniques. I've never had an issue with the nails themselves. The issue is the shop. It is not kept up, walls have nail polish on them and the paint is coming off the walls in places. The employees also bring their children to work and their children will be interrupting the middle on manicures or running around screaming in the middle of the store. They also always have flies in the store and I sometimes question the sterilization of the tools. These are things I question in the place and notice but I go back because of the good prices and decent quality when I leave. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I went in exactly a week ago. I got a full set with gel polish, as I had broke one of my nails earlier that day. The gentleman that greeted me was extremely friendly, and professional! I thought he was a delight. The gentleman that did my nails though, was not so nice. I think I got the only rude technician. He complained about how much work I was asking him to do by doing the acrylics and the gel. He told me he didn't have that kind of Patience. He then messed up on one of the nails, leaving a large lump of acrylic on it. It has been exactly a week, and the gel polish is already discolored. I would go back, but I did not feel very welcome the first time. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. But buyer beware regardless. read more

I had to get them fixed twice due to them chipping and peeling just after a day or two . I called ahead I get off of work at 6 and they are open til 7 so it was nice they made time for my co worker and I. We had gift certificates. I specified on the phone that I just wanted my nails painted and my co worker wanted a full set. I said the same thing when I got there. It took like 20 minutes before I got to sit in a chair and I thought she was just trimming my nails but she started cutting them way to short and I could stop her because she went to fast and she started doing acrylics! I've never had those before and didn't want them but I said I guess I'll try it. It felt like she was sawing the sides of my nails. She asked what shape I wanted and I said I wasn't sure and she said she would show me and never did. My thumbs look like they are two different sizes as I'm typing my right thumb keeps hitting the screen. My pinky nail has a blob of acrylic stuff and I just noticed my middle finger is crooked. I just want them removed. I gave it two stars because they were nice and made time for us. read more
