I can't tell you how much I love and appreciate Ashley Bee! She is the most amazing nail artist I…read morehave ever encountered, from designs to professionalism. She has fun conversations with me while we sit there and she also always openly communicates with me about designs and scheduling. For those who complain about price, you get what you pay for. She doesn't just "paint" my nails it's about a proper nail care as well. I've had nails done since February and they're the healthiest they've ever been. Worth the drive and the $$ every time!! All pictures attached are my nails by Ashley Bee!

"I'm running a little late my client had a language barrier"…read moreCaytie accidentally sent this text to me instead of her next client. We are from India and we have been speaking English since long before she was born. We were not told at the time of the appointment that the salon is closed and we have to go an antique store to get their services. I figured that out after we reached the salon's original location. Even after arriving at the new location, Caytie was not there. We waited for her for a few minutes before she arrived and opened the store. Caytie was running late, my mother's manicure did not begin till almost 15 minutes after her scheduled time. Considering that she was the one who arrived late and started working on my mother late, it is very interesting that we were being blamed for her tardiness. We talked to her the entire time and just chit chatted about general stuff. It is worth noting that she used this as her excuse. It is no coincidence that we are brown, we are Indians, and we are being blamed for nothing. In a rush to get to her next client, for my mother's pedicure, all she did was file the nails and put on nail polish. We could have done that at home. Why would we pay them for that? Our total appointment time was for one hour & 15 minutes. We were out of there in one hour. So please, accept the fact that you were running late and don't blame your clients. Even though she realised her error, she never apologised to us. I paid her for the service, left her a good tip and exited the shop. The salon has disconnected their phone number, their salon is closed, and there is no information on their website about the temporary relocation. This salon may have come highly recommended, but I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Show some respect, be honourable, be professional, have integrity, and accept responsibility.

Let me start off saying I liked Amber, and she fixed my nails from another nail salon, but when I…read moreneeded to get a new set, I wanted to get ombre' she started 4 times and had to wipe it off my nails each time, because she didn't know what she was doing, so I just told her to do the regular acrylic powder, because I needed to go. She know I didn't like my nails when she finished and they were so flat, no curve at all, I told her we could fix everything once my nails had grew out, but before than I came in for a pedicure and after I wanted to make an appt. to come back in so she could do them correctly, never did I say that I was not going to pay for my services even though their services was crap!! and the lady that sits in the front next to amber is a B*tch, I will not ever come back to this place again. If I could give a 0 star that's what it would be, GO AT YOUR ON RISK!!

Customer service was great everyone was extremely nice no complaints there. I came in for a…read morefill/rebase on my toes and a pedicure. We picked the deluxe over the basic specifically for the little cheese grater like tool to remove the callus on the feet. The spots were taken down a little but still very hard and very visible, not smooth and not worth the upgrade to deluxe. I showed a picture of how I wanted the tip of my toes to be , extremely square only thing different from the picture was the color I picked, a reddish orange instead of the traditional white. The toe nails are not straight or squared , one nail is pointed a different directions than straight like the others. The painted tips don't extended to the entire toe nails like the sides are not painted. The painted on tips aren't square off how I asked in my pictures reference shown to the nail tech. A few nails weren't fully filed on the side after drying the shellac so it makes the shape of the nail even less symmetrical. Again nice people but work wasn't up to par in my opinion.

The guy at the front is the son of the new owner from what I understood from my conversation with him. I think he might be the only one to speak English fluently enough to relay finer details of what you want done. I asked for oval shaped nails, not squares, he needed to translate it. She did a fine job on the pedi. Not much to complain about or to be marvel at regarding the pedi. The mani. Oh, the mani. She pinched and cut too deep several times. I'm usually not too squeamish and I normally don't jerk my hand back. I don't want to startle the nail technician with sudden movements, you know, while she or he is holding sharp tools to my fingers. This mani, however, I found myself jerking my hand back several times. The worst part, after all the pain I endured, the mani was very uneven. It had that uneven too thick surface. Even worse? It's now chipping after less than a week has gone by. Would have given two stars but the pedi is still holding up, for now. "Grumbles off into the distance* *grumble grumble*

Everything is clean, they're not rushed, it's quiet...I recommend it. Anyway, this place is awesome. It is a pretty big salon so it kind of feels homey and it is SO clean. It is well put together too. There are nice couches for sitting while you wait, the pedicure chairs are huge and comfy and look brand new, and the nail stations are clean and organized. There were some rooms in front of the pedicure chairs, I'm assuming were for the waxing services. I'm assuming I met the owner when I went in, he certainly gave off the impression. He was very nice and friendly, even remembered my name when I left. This is definitely my go to salon now.
