Let me start off saying I liked Amber, and she fixed my nails from another nail salon, but when I needed to get a new set, I wanted to get ombre' she started 4 times and had to wipe it off my nails each time, because she didn't know what she was doing, so I just told her to do the regular acrylic powder, because I needed to go. She know I didn't like my nails when she finished and they were so flat, no curve at all, I told her we could fix everything once my nails had grew out, but before than I came in for a pedicure and after I wanted to make an appt. to come back in so she could do them correctly, never did I say that I was not going to pay for my services even though their services was crap!! and the lady that sits in the front next to amber is a B*tch, I will not ever come back to this place again. Customer service was great everyone was extremely nice no complaints there. I came in for a fill/rebase on my toes and a pedicure. We picked the deluxe over the basic specifically for the little cheese grater like tool to remove the callus on the feet. The spots were taken down a little but still very hard and very visible, not smooth and not worth the upgrade to deluxe. I showed a picture of how I wanted the tip of my toes to be , extremely square only thing different from the picture was the color I picked, a reddish orange instead of the traditional white. The toe nails are not straight or squared , one nail is pointed a different directions than straight like the others. The painted tips don't extended to the entire toe nails like the sides are not painted. The painted on tips aren't square off how I asked in my pictures reference shown to the nail tech. A few nails weren't fully filed on the side after drying the shellac so it makes the shape of the nail even less symmetrical. Again nice people but work wasn't up to par in my opinion. read more

It's a huge pet peeve of mine when people watch stuff on their phone with no headphones. It's especially bothersome when it's an employee sitting in a pedicure chair, very close to multiple paying customers, watching a show on her phone with the volume very high. It's been an hour and she's still going strong. I treat myself to pedicures twice a month and it is my me time. It was impossible to relax and it is super unprofessional. As for their pedicures, I've been coming here out of convenience as they are the closest nail salon to me. But the pedicures are not great so I've decided that it's time to start driving a little further for quality. Because this place ain't it. read more

She was able to correct it and completely remove all of the acrylic I realize I quickly hated because it was so thick. This is just terrible. The women did my nails very badly. Didn't have right colors. I said I'm not gonna pay $50 for plain brown nails the best I can do is $40. The women said ok but charged my card for $50. I told her to give me $10 back but she argued with me. I spent 3 hours there and still wasn't happy. Worst place ever!!! read more

I have been here a few times in the past, I came in for a basic gel manicure. A few times during the service I had to point some things out which were not necessarily done correctly. The lady that was doing my service seemed to get an attitude when I asked her if she could cut my nails shorter. When the service was over she had told me a price that seemed insanely expensive for the service I got done. I proceeded to pay her and leave her a tip. I had the money out and ready when she bumped up the price even more. 2 days later my nail chipped and I went back in to see if they could fix it. When I went in the same lady was very rude and the customer service was terrible! That will be the last time I go to this nail salon! read more

It was incredible, we all went for a mani pedi, all for a french manicure and I was the only one who had a regular pedicure; my two daughters and two granddaughters had everything done with a yell as well as myself, for my manicure, which came out very beautiful. we all had a dip with french manicure. I was lucky to get mrs. Kim to do my mani pedi and she was very very patient with me. I am 82 years old and slightly handicapped but she took her time with me and helped me getting in and out of the chairs as well as carrying my stuff around, it was an amazing experience especially when she did a major overhaul on my toenails which were messed up by another nail salon. THIS PLACE SUCKS! DON'T GO HERE!!! I went here with my friend today and we each got a mani/pedi. Everything about this place is awful! The service, the products... everything. First, the water for my pedicure was so hot I couldn't even put my feet in the water. The guy started the pedicure without soaking my feet and by the time he finally go the water to a reasonable temp, the pedicure was 1/2 over. He also actually stopped mid pedicure to text and even said "Excuse me for a second, I need to see who called me" and walked away and then came back a few minutes later. During the very short massage part of the pedi he stopped again to text. Moving on to the mani, he had me soak my fingers in a bowl of cold water, nipped and did a little filing, texted some more, totally forgot to do the hand and forearm massage and then polished my nails. My friend and I sat in the salon for about 20 minutes to make sure our nails were dry. Now for the worst part: We left and went to finish our shopping. We noticed that our nails (fingers and toes) were not drying when I bumped my nails on an table. The polish was also full of air bubbles. After 30 minutes polish should be dry and not smudge. We went back and they offered to re polish but we had somewhere to be within 15 minutes so we asked for a refund. They refused and got very mean and rude. We even paid in cash and they still refused. They said they couldn't without the owners permission so I asked them to make a phone call and they refused to do that. I told them that if they don't give us our money back I would be writing them a bad review on every review site. They didn't seem to care. So here it is. They would rather keep our $85 and have a bad review then do the right thing and give us a refund. read more

So so so bad! I dont know if I literally have ever had this bad of an experience before. I went in for a pedicure and brought my 2 year old to get her nails Painted. They took my daughter and painted her nails did a quick pedicure rushing the whole time to get to the next guests after I told her I didn't want a 40 dollar deluxe pedicure. She finished me and I literally had to ask for her to put on a top coat before leaving cause she forgot. The paint is filled with bubbles and looks terrible! Got the deluxe pedicure ($45). The stuff they use to exfoliate and the lotion smelled like lavender and was nice but the massage was subpar. My nails look good but she missed a few spots that you can't tell unless you're up close. Lady was really nice so she made up for it but idk if I'll come back. Got a full-set done about a week ago at this location. The woman who was doing my nails was acting 'put out' by any request that I had. She painted my nails a light pink color that turned brownish and got little air holes in it within 2 days. Since I was going out of town the next day, I removed the polish and had to repaint them at home, which defeated the whole purpose of getting my nails done to begin with. On the second day of my trip, my nails started feeling loose and wiggly, then one broke right in the middle and I was forced to walk around without a nail for a week. Keep in mind that my full-sets usually last me 3.5 to 4 weeks, so I don't know what the heck happened, but I would NOT recommend. read more

My nails came out nice I can't complain about that too much. There is one nail she forgot to shape. The place wasn't the cleanest I've seen. When I entered I was told to sit at a table that still had dust and debris from the previous customer. She just took the towel that was already there and dusted it off to place it under my hands. They do not have a frequent customer punch card so there really is no incentive to go back there since the prices aren't amazing either. She explained that the next time I go in I need to get a new acrylic set. They also charge 5$ extra for shaping into anything other then square. For fills and gel nail polish I paid 37 not including tip. I always tip at least 20%. I will not be going back there though it wasn't the worst experience in the world. read more

It was the quickest mani ever. I was in & out within 20 mins. The color was messy and all over my fingers. After I got home my shellac color became multi colored on multiple fingers! Moved to the area. And been looking for a new nail salon. So i really dislike pushiness, dont we all. Not sure if this is a thing among all nail salons, but the fact that I feel like the pedi service i requested wasn't given to me in its entirety because i said no to the "extras" is bs. All i got was the typical "nail part" which is the polish, the removal of the cuticle, a scrub of my feet and all was done very mediocrely, and that was it. Been to other salons and the basic pedi includes callus removal. She said "with the regular you dont get a lot of this taken off" while she pointed at my heels. Well I didn't get any of it done. I thought if they do some today i will be back in two weeks and they can do it again and by then we should be good.. but she didn't even bother dealing with my heels, when at other salons they do. All i got was Just some lotion on them. I might've been a new face to the salon and I don't know if that is why they might wanna take advantage. But it really sucks that they lost a future customer And other customers because now I will not recommend my close friends who are also new to the area. What a joke. Hopefully thats not the way they run their business and other nail techs are not like that. But still... they need some sort of accountability to all work evenly well. read more

I am so glad that was the case because I have found my new favorite nail salon!! When I walked in I was greeted immediately and was happy to see the person who came in before me was a regular and they recognized her. That meant repeat customers which means they are doing something right. All the tools appeared to be sterilized as they were taken out of a sealed bag. The place was clean and the associates seemed happy to be helping customers. Jason took care of me and was by far the best I have experienced ever. He was thorough and extremely detailed but still moved quickly. My nails both hands and feet look amazing. Not the worst and not the best pedi. I found all the techs to be very friendly, they work fast. . . Which is good and bad. I was able to get in immediately and my feet and nails feels and look great. Like others have said, the price was high and I wanted just a basic pedicure, but was given the paraffin wax treatment, without being asked, which jacked the price up and there was no exfoliation or massage.
