They took two other guys who were checked in later than me and my wait time went from zero minutes to 25 minutes. So now I'm scheduled at 4:30 and I'll have sat here for 40 minutes in store watching everyone else go in front of me despite checking in after me. I brought to the stylists attention and she made up some BS excuse that they're running behind. The truth is, she didn't mark me as being in store when I came in and said hi. I followed every instruction and brought it to their attention and still got treated like crap. I can put up with a lot, but I reeeeeeaaaaally hate when businesses waste my time and ignore me when I bring it to their attention.
