Super impressed with this place! I'm so picky about my nails and they crush it every time. Last time I showed them an inspiration pic and they didn't have the exact color gel so they tried 4 different ways on fake nails and let me choose which was best. I just left mid-service. I had an appointment for a pedicure. They were 25 minutes late so I had a manicure. Once the service was established the tech was turned to speak with her coworkers the entire time. I agreed to a regular manicure and declined the gel. She tried to do the gel anyway and I had to say no again. Next up, the pedicure. The water was very hot, I told her, removed my feet and she didn't bother to add any cold water. She cut my nails with a cuticle trimmer as they were too long, I asked for them to be shorter. She said she would use a file. No way that was working so she used the dremel and burned my toe. Silly me, I kept going. She filed my toenails, never bothering with the sides. She then used the callous tool, but never bothered using the gel first. When she indicated I should put my foot back in the water, I got up to leave. Very unprofessional and untrained. I will NEVER go back and would not recommend. read more

The staff was nice but they rushed my service. They used no lotion on my hands and arms after my manicure and did not give me a massage as described in the package that I paid for. I also got zero lotion or massage in my pedicure. It was a rushed service that skipped steps that I paid for. Do they think customers won't notice??? I didn't like how much they filed me and my moms nails, i took my mom to get her nails done as a treat and the worker was nice but my mom had barely any nail after, the worker I was with was super nice and made great conversation! So...I got my shellac polish change done by Julie who of course is AMAZING and perfect. Then a chic named Cammie insists on doing my pedicure which was a shocker because I ALWAYS go to Julie...I was pissed and told her that I preferred to see Julie but she insisted so I said fine go ahead. She was so RUDE talking shit about me to another nail tech named Ann...they are so stupid they think I didn't hear them but I did...I understand Vietnamese. Then this Cammie chic cuts me and says nothing, not even "sorry" I almost slapped her she's lucky I didn't lose my shit right there!! My daughter and I found this place and they were able to take us in for two pedicure. Everything was going well until the end. They insisted on getting my daughter do her nails, but she already had her nails done. The lady, service desk, not sure if she was the owner, tells my daughter that she could use a rebase. She said they would do a rebase and nail polish. They gave us the card with the price for the pedicure, and so I told them we'd take the Deluxe $45, for both of us. She asked if it was the special? I pointed to the Deluxe and said no the Deluxe for $45. She told the tech $45 and they proceeded and then my daughter finished her pedicure and went to finish her nails. While I was waiting for my daughter to get her nails done, the one lady who did my daughters pedicure was rushing us to pay. I told her I was paying for both of us. She then told me to pay right then. I told her I was still waiting for my daughter and would pay together. She insisted for me to pay, even though I was concerned if there was a price change incase she wanted to add more to her nails, I went ahead and paid. I was talking to my sister on the phone about Easter, so I wasn't paying attention to the individual charges. I gave them a generous tip for all three techs. I then looked at my receipt afterwards, and was surprised to see that she had charged me for upgraded packages. She charged me the $60 special each for both my daughter and I, and then on top of that she charged my daughter $50 for a rebase and color. Although the techs were nice, being screwed over with the prices without asking me to approve the upgrade, which we didn't receive, is something that I can not forgive. I usually do not write bad reviews, but I had to, just to warn others, and make sure they do not get ripped off like me. I will never return to this place. That's probably why you can't find their pricing on their website. Beware everyone, check your pricing and asking for the charges before paying. read more

I have been going to this salon for a while...my go to place for a pedicure because I love Ann. But this salon has now given me fungus. I am not sure if they clean their spa chairs enough or if it's because of the product they used. My toe nail broke a few months ago and the owner, Cammy told me she can put an acrylic overlay so my toes don't split. 3 months this is what my toes looks like now. I noticed some browning in the toe nail but Cammy said it's not concerning. And now I went to check with my doctor and he said I have fungus in my toenails now. I will not be coming back. I hope this is a lesson for them to have a more sanitary salon. read more

I've been looking for a nail salon in the neighborhood so I stopped by Sunshine Nails for a shellac manicure. I didn't have an appointment and they were a little busy but I only waited 10 min. Kelly was lovely and did a wonderful job on my nails. She was careful and thorough but still got the job done in about 45 min. I will definitely be back!! =) read more

Very very sweet here, I love coming here to get my mani and pedis and they have saved my heels. They're very gentle and sweet and if you tell them it hurts they'll go easier unlike other places! My manicure was OK but my pedicure was the worst pedicure I've ever received. I had to tell her three times to keep scrubbing and she still barely scrubbed and me feet are not smooth as they should be after a pedicure. The gal that did it was shaking and talked in Vietnamese the entire time to another worker, rude. I'll never return based on on the pedicure alone. The gal that did my pedicure didn't do the Polish just the terrible job of the pedicure itself. So many other places don't waste your time here. read more

This was our second trip here after eating at Tokyo Teryaki next door. We will never be back. I brought my mom who is 88 years old. The male technician was extremely rude and unfriendly to her. He kept saying repeatedly that her toes were too much work. Finally, the owner or Manager stepped in and asked him to leave. My mom was stressed out and upset. He care back in after a few minutes and starting whispering to the girl doing my nails....not speaking English. I said that I didn't like what was happening and he started speaking loudly in Vietnamese. We tried to get up to leave after our feet were already soaking, but the mgr convinced us to stay. It was horrible. She said she was very sorry and that he had a bad morning. I truly don't care if he did. An 88 year old should never be treated that way. We will never be back. I have had a really hard time finding a nail place that I love. My first visit to this salon i was absolutely impressed. Cahn is so sweet and really gets involved in converstation with you. The next time that I went back she knew exactly who I was and remembered what we talked about. I usually get a full set with shellac on top. My nails have never lifted and my polish stays on for atleast two weeks. The pedicures are amazing. They also have SNS, which many salons haven't had yet.
