My favorite salon. I've tried two other nail salons in Boulder and they all do an OK job, but I find that when I get them here, my nails last longer. I don't get any breakage or chips with my dip nails and I can wear them up to four weeks--basically when they start looking pretty bad with my nail growth . Ricky and his team always have great banter and conversation and even the other guests are having a good time here. Highly recommend !

Stiletto Nails is the place to go if your looking for a quality, covid cautious, nail experience! They are exceptional with their nail designs and not only are they beautiful after my appointment they are quality and do not break or chip. If you want a classic look or a fun nail design they got you! I'm looking forward to my future appointments at stiletto! After a year later I still am going to Stiletto Nails consistently! It is the place to go for quality beautiful nail care that will last. The staff is amazing and makes it a personable experience. I'd still recommend Stiletto to any person looking for a 10/10 nail experience!

I called in for a manicure and they were able to get me in right away. About a two minute wait when I got there but then I was promptly ushered to a seat and a very nice lady began working her magic. The only words she spoke were very brief instructions, besides that we didn't talk. I think she could tell I needed time to think, I appreciated it. Quick manicure, I was cut, filed, massaged, and painted in probably about 20-25 minutes. Overly satisfied with the price, the practice, and the overall ambiance of the salon. read more

I have definitely been around the block in Longmont & Boulder looking for a person who doesn't destroy my nails and does a good job. Nini is fantastic. Don't hesitate. It's been over 2 weeks and not a chip on my dipped nails. She and Richie also offer many choices due to their large stock of product. Haven't had a pedicure there, yet, so no comment on that service. And to the reviewer who was upset because she walked in and didn't get an appointment? The sign doesn't read guaranteed service the minute your foot is in the door. BTW, I've never been in a salon that didn't post "walk ins welcome". read more

They are SO nice here and go out of their way to make your your experience is pleasurable. There prices are very reasonable and the result - even better!!! My nails got chipped a few days after getting them done and they offered to fix them up for no charge. When I came back in for the fix, they were so accommodating and checking in constantly to make sure I was happy. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

I received a pedicure which was pretty good but not exceptional. I'm thinking the interior design is a little tacky. I used the bathroom afterwards and it had a resemblance to a gas station bathroom. They need to clean it up and pay attention. Nail bars need to be very clean otherwise I feel uncomfortable. read more

Got a mani/pedi. Nail tech was very rough and feet and fingers both bled. I cleaned the wound on my finger with soap and water and its fine. Toe is swollen and I'm scared it's infected. Had a bunch of friends recommend this place and have good experiences and the staff was kind but I had a bad experience personally. read more

My friend wanted a regular pedicure, but was handed a book with only gel colors and so there was a mixup where she got gel instead of regular polish. I would suggest this place if you're in the area and want a quick service type of treatment. If you're looking for a more spa like experience, I would recommend going to another spot.

This was my go to place for gel manis and pedis so I've been here 5/6 times. I did a gel mani and the manicure starting peeling not even a week in. I thought, maybe it was due to the humidity in the area I was visiting, because I hadn't experienced this with my gel nails done at Polish before. Then I went back to Polish for a dip mani, after doing a dip elsewhere. The process took 2 hours (not sure if this is normal, but it could be due to my original set being down elsewhere). My nails came out gorgeous and I loved them. The tech had followed the design perfectly. Unfortunately, they chipped less than two weeks in. The dip nails that I had gotten elsewhere didn't chip at all during the 4 weeks I kept them on. They do beautiful nails here, but it seems you'll need to find the right go to person for a consistently lasting mani. Update in response to Anthony: My brown French tips nails were done by the owner, Anthony, in April '22, and my gorgeous pink nails were done by Haley in Aug '22. I've never been to another Polish salon outside of a Boulder :)

Tonight I had to pick up some paint brushes from Michaels, I'm usually never on this side of the shopping plaza so I had a look around. I poked my head into this salon that I didn't even know was there yesterday to see if they could do a walk-in. It was the end of the day and everyone looked to be wrapping it up for the night. But one stylist said she could take me, so I gave her a shot. Her name was Wendy, she was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I think we both had a good time while she was doing her thing. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing by techniques that I hadn't seen in years, such as using a straight razor on areas of my hair, etc. Before I knew it I was thinking to myself that this is gonna be a great cut, and it was. Most definitely one of the best cuts I have received in a long time. She explained why she did this & that to control my type of hair and gave me really good tips to take with me. I will be back for more of the same in the future. This is the first review I've wrote on Yelp, it's just something that I'm not into. But during our conversation I was telling her that although our businesses are totally different, they are similar as far as clients and word of mouth are considered. So when I was telling her what a great job she did and that I didn't want to forget to grab her card so that I could return one day, she politely mentioned that if I really liked my hair that she would appreciate a review. And now that I am almost done, I'm glad I took five minutes to say thanks and I hope it helps her with her business. It's not easy to be out there working for yourself, I know how hard it can be. Sometimes a little support goes a long way. And if your looking to try someone new, give her a shot, you won't be sorry. Wendy, thank you for a great job, I'm really happy with it :) -Brian

If they see my caller ID they do not answer the phone, if I turn it off or use my husband's phone to make an appointment, they call back and cancel mee appointment. At first, I wasn't sure why they kept doing this to mee and they confirmed, they do not want to do my nails, due to my disability. I purchased pedicure "Lavender upgrade" for extra $65, noticeably, running thru my quality time, barely placing, my feet into hot paraffin wax, not mere moment's pleasures and loosening up, part of extra(s) paid amenities. The owner felt, it's ok, skip some of actual amenities, like pushing back +cutting cuticles (should be been done earlier) prior to coloring nails, adequately entire coverage, lasting impression. Also, they can fully either push me +/or rid of me, quickly, skipping massage, so they can tend, to all person(s), continues to "walk-in(s) without any appointment(s). There's 2 reason(s), I make appointment(s), prefer not to waste day; and, my request(s) for certain nail tech, knows my preference(s). And, repeatedly, making requests "cuticles" blaze work of my nails; going to nail salon is like "treat" supposed to endure relaxation and for some respite. Last, my "cuticles" I've repeated, multiple times and throughout. Prior to payment, finally cut cuticles and it's strange, they didn't push them back, either. They clip cuticles in less than couple minutes and gets your CC and says, that'll be extra $10. second,I'm 2nd generation Asian American, my husband, also Asian and friendly candor and worst uses all of it, take advantage(s), due my ethnicity want to taken care of within time frame. Yes, I'm Asian, disabled and wear oxygen. However walk-ins without appointments, continues to come in and owner, accepts them, tells them to pick color, drops me, like hot potato. Then, she would ask another person unaware my preferences plus, she's unable to understand/speak English, why make an appointment? I absolutely love Stiletto Nails. After an awful experience at another salon in Boulder, I came here for a dip manicure about 10 months ago and haven't been to another salon since. They are very clean and professional. What sets them apart is the amount of time they spend with each client. They really listen to what you want, and spend plenty of time making sure you are happy with your service. I have lived and gone to nails salons all around the world. Stiletto Nails is by far the best nail salon I've ever received service from. They are perfectionists. Their prices are super reasonable. All three aestheticians (Angie, Ricky, and Nini) are outstanding and are capable of doing literally any design you want. They are all passionate nail artists. I followed Ricky from the nail salon that he previously worked at, because of how amazing he is!! He does a great job every single time, and although I don't take advantage of his full artistic ability, just go check out his instagram @rickynails_ to see for yourself! Ricky is literally the best nail tech I've ever been to in any state ever. Him and nini are so good. I asked for a very elaborate design and they did not fail to meet my expectations. I've been coming here for almost a year now and all of the staff are so sweet and accommodating. Every time I am in there I am greeted kindly and always asked if I'd like water before my appointment.
