Everything is overpriced for the quality of service you get. staff is kind and friendly however, the pricing of services is often only mentioned when you check out, $55 for a gel pedicure that isn't as thorough as a $35 gel pedicure at other salons. I recommend driving a bit further from campus for higher quality services and more consistent results. Probably wont be back unfortunately. I hope the staff is well paid given the high prices, makes my likelihood to tip well lower. read more

Wow! Just wow! I arrived on Sunday afternoon for a walk in pedicure. It was very busy, so I sat and waited for about 15 minutes before they moved me to a pedicure chair. The chair was not prepped at all and still had stuff floating in the footbath from the previous person. I kept my shoes on until they mitigated this. They did not clean anything, but put a plastic liner in and I stuck my feet into luke warm water, where I sat for the next 30 minutes, feeling forgotten. I finally had someone come to do my feet and she did not ask which pedicure I wanted. Instead, I received the bare minimum service. She basically clipped my toe nails, slapped on some paint and called it good. No massage, no calas removal, etc. Also, she did not clean her tools between the last person, me and then on to the next person. She didn't even change her gloves. I was really grossed out and hope I don't end up with an infection from the experience. Overall, the worst 40 bucks I've spent in years! read more

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I hestitate to leave a bad review because I realize that mistakes happen but my experience was beyond unacceptable. Where do I even start? They are incredibly unsanitary, reusing acetone and powder. Not once did I see a fresh, clean tool being used. Eating while working and not washing hands afterwards. My nails are natural and I always communicate that before we begin. Without soaking or attempting to take off any of the previous dip powder she began to use an acrylic to get underneath three of the nails on my right hand. Before I realized what happened she had completely ripped off months of hard work and my nails were destroyed. When I pointed this out to her, the technician next to her told me that it was actually my fault because my nails were brittle and broken already. I was put in an incredibly uncomfortable position and their reaction was to shame me into believing this was my fault. The final product has left me with misshapen, thick nails and leftover product on my fingers. I will never go back to this salon and you shouldn't either. read more

I told the owner and he refunded me completely, gave me a discount for next time, and redid a complete set for me that looked beautiful. Great gel manicure, attention to detail, and they came out lovely! The only reason for star deduction was because even though I'd made an appointment for 530, there was no one to do my nails when I arrived and I had to wait a while. I would like to update this review. Apparently, this business has come under new management and is now so much better than it used to be! They have expanded their shop and have a whole section of pedicure chairs now. I got a pedicure here with my mom in June and we had a wonderful experience. Kind staff, great pedicures. I will be coming here for my next hard gel set and another pedicure this coming week and will post updated photos of those services then. Overall, would recommend now! read more

I wasn't impressed by this place. The positive is that they were really responsive to appointment requests and kept the appointment time perfectly. Now to the rest of the experience. My lady never even smiled at me. You could tell she just didn't want to be there, which I get sometimes but I'm paying so expect you to pay attention at least. She hurt me a couple of times while cutting cuticles and didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. She hardly worked on my calluses and she shaped my fingernails crooked... $50 would've been spent better elsewhere. I think I need to go somewhere else and get a better pedicure. read more

Overall a pretty nice place. Went during the pandemic and was pleased to see they were actively cleaning as people came and went, but I'm not sure if the same goes for the tools such as nail files and such. They have plastic barriers set up between the artist and the client which I appreciate. Masks are required of course!! Went in for a full set of acrylics. It was a bit pricey, but they look amazing and have held up pretty well so far, my stylist took their time with the set and showed me how they looked along the process to make sure they were up to my standards! read more

The quite man who did my nails did a wonderful job and was very kind. However, the manager, or man who controls the phone and greets customers as they walked in is absolutely terrible. While I was there he asked one lady who was getting a pedicure if she was drinking alcohol. And when I was attempting to check out and use my Class Pass, I was told he had no idea what this was. Which directly contradicts the conversation I had with him a few days prior confirming my appointment. He told me they would not accept it and I said fine and then suggested that they call Class Pass to get their establishment removed so they don't run into this in the future. That conversation went nowhere so I am certain they'll have issues moving forward. He then asked ME if I was drinking alcohol. Then asked everyone around him if they smelt the alcohol on me. I am six weeks pregnant and have drank alcohol one time in my life and that was 7yrs ago. It was outrageously embarrassing and I was mortified. I cannot believe he feels it's appropriate to treat people this way. I left the salon in tears and the man who did my nails was apologizing the entire time. I will not be returning. I made an appointment here a few weeks ago for dip nails with nail art. I brought in a picture and Tess did a really good job! It was pricey but worth it. She did clear dip nails and then used gel polish on top for the design. I got them done 3 weeks ago so that's why my nails are grown out in the photos. The salon is very clean and everyone is nice, but I'm not sure if I'd get a manicure with one of the guys because they're always stopping to answer the phone. When Tess was doing my nails the man next to us was working on two different girls at the same time while also answering the phone repeatedly. Could do better. Fastest pedicure ever, about 10mins or less? Asked for no foot scrub but even then... also the water was cold. Meh. Nails were okay. Honestly though, no nail tech licenses up, makes you wonder if all of them are certified. I know they aren't... my lady wasn't super skillful at using cuticle cutter, my left index finger is in pain because she shaved it too deep. I understand you want to make a fast turn around, but telling people the wrong estimation of time isn't cool... This place also needs to be vented, they had the door closed and ended up lighting up a candle just to attempt to get rid of the chemical smell? Yuck. read more
