Nails did not look good at all. It took the tech 45 minutes just to lay the acrylic (should take 10). Acrylic was not smooth and shape was not perfect. I asked for a squiggly design and he said he could do it. After telling me it would be $70 (for a fill) he couldn't do the design at all so I ended up with regular French tips which I didn't want. The technique was sloppy and nails were extremely thick and lumpy. I told them it didn't look good and asked to only pay $40 instead of $60 since it was obviously bad and they finally let me pay $50. I understand things happen but the customer service was not there at all. The offered to redo it but after an hour and 45 minutes I needed to go home, they should have compensated me up front instead of me negotiating for 5 minutes. There are no prices posted anywhere, they make their own prices as they go and take advantage of nice people and charge them more. Definitely don't go here if you don't want a $70 lumpy fill that takes an hour and 45 minutes. read more

Ok, this place is TOP NOTCH. I drive all the way from Denver just to come here. I have pretty severe eczema and nail damage and haven't had my nails done in a couple of years. So thankful my good friend referred me here because everyone here has always made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere is fun and I love the conversations I've had with all the technicians. but best of all? THESE NAILS STAY ON! And I'm rough on them for sure. I love this nail salon - scheduling an appointment is super easy on their site, but they get booked up fairly quickly so lock in your time and date when you know it! Kathy and Kevin performed my gel mani and pedicure, and they were great and performed both services so well. I came in at around 6pm, which is close to closing time, but even though they were closing soon, they didn't waver in the service they provided. I will not be frequenting any nail salon other than this one moving forward. read more

There are no prices listed anywhere in the salon. This last time I was charged $61 for a shellac pedicure. I think if you are going to charge these kind of prices you should at least notify your customers. I like this place. It's got a nice vibe, the staff is friendly and the service good. I've had Tom twice now for a gel manicure and he is fast, efficient, and detailed. Needed last-minute nails done for my sister's wedding after the place she was getting hers done booked up really fast. Everyone here was kind, efficient and the prices were very affordable especially for Boulder. After going to almost 6 different nail places this is by far my favorite! I always get acrylic and so comparing my acrylics from them to other places they are so much stronger, better shaped, and last longer. They are so sweet and will do anything you ask, no judgment on designs or if you are taking a while. I came in with a few nails missing from a different place and they fixed them up no problem and gave me a discount because the old ones were so bad from the other place. I came to Tiffany's because I had heard of its good nails at a decent price. A little backstory, I was in Boulder on a week visit single-handedly dealing with a death in the immediete family and cleaning out their whole apartment. Its my first rodeo with close death and it was hard. I saw getting my nails done as a single "treat yourself" mentality. I live in Oakland and a fill for gel nails is usually $25, with a simple pedicure being $10-15. First off, I called ahead and they quoted me $25 for a gel fill and didnt tell me the price for toes. I got there at 4 they told me to come back at 5. I left my number, drove home and they called me to come back at 4:15.... so I drove back. I had my nails done by Tina. My galpal with me asked how much a full set with tips was and the lady asked Tina in Vietnamese- you dont know the prices of the shop??? There was also no price board... While I was getting my toes done the lady commented on my tattoos and how they are expensive. I tried to explain that i'm a art school student who works at a tattoo shop (free/cheaper prices) AND that I have to save all my tips for them- in a nutshell that I'm NOT rich- even though this lady was trying to talk to me like I was. After all this, I was spotting my galpal for her nails. When the time came to pay- my gel FILL (no tips), was $35, plus $25 for simple toe polish. My homegirl's tips were $75 FREAKIN DOLLARS. $75. Even in San Francisco the most expensive places are $60. So to be somewhere so budget with that price was appaling. My total came out to $103. I was speechless and too surprised to even say anything. I'm not used to getting hustled and this totally threw me. THEN the lady goes "$130, ok?" and before I could protest, ran my card. Adding your own tip? What the hell? I was so surprised and upset I didnt say anything- which is MY fault- but seriously what the hell? I should have been honest that I had just lost the woman who raised me singlehandedly. I had to pay for that with the youcaring fund I started for her. Not cool at all and I will never recommend, y'all are straight evil. read more

Went in pretty like (5:20PM) on a Friday and was welcomed warmly. The two girls doing our nails were GREAT. They chatted with us and we laughed. Our nails (mani/pedi) weren't finished until 6:40 since we did them separately and they close at 6PM. When we realized we apologized and they were so sweet. The work itself was a bit disappointing. The shellac was very thin and my nails are very jagged at the end causing them to catch on things and break. I got a matte finish and was not aware this cost more until I was paying. After two days, two of my nails look pretty awful. I loved the customer service but don't think I'll return for the product. read more

I came here to get my nails done for formal and I found it on yelp. I am so glad I found them because they are extremely nice and did a great job. My nails shape on both my toes and fingers is great and they didn't take long time either. The price was also reasonable. My technician was Tom and he was great. Went in at 615 with a gf and didn't realize they closed at 6 when their website stated 7, we only wanted a polish change mine on my hands &feet and my friends was a shellac polish change, 1st of all wish they would of said no since they were already "closed". I get they wanted to take us but really they just wanted the money and kicked us out. Shellac polish change was $30 which I've never heard of n mine was 22 which ok ill pay but only a couple days later they have all chipped..wouldn't of wrote a review otherwise. I wouldn't classify this place as a "spa" since it's in a strip mall and the inside is less than luxurious. They do have the nice massaging chairs with the tub attached for soaking your feet, but that's about as "spa like" it gets. They also have a great supply of trashy magazines to keep you entertained while getting your nails done. Even though it doesn't look like the nicest of places, they do an AMAZING job on nails. I like to get a french manicure on my natural nails, and they always look so good. I actually get complimented on my nails after I go here. I haven't found another place at this price point (I think they still have a $30 mani/pedi special) that does such a great job. My manicures last over a week without the polish chipping, and my pedicures last 2-3 weeks. When I have a little extra cash to splurge on getting my nails done, I will travel from Denver to Boulder to go here. read more

Dis. A. pointing. I needed to get my nails done today and I am BURNT OUT on strip mall shops with Asian ladies who talk crap about you in another language while doing your nails. A factory to get you in and out as fast as possible without caring about quality. I found this place on Yelp, the one review was pretty good and I thought with a name like Tiffany's, maybe it would be different. NOPE. I think they spoke 10 words to me in English the whole time. Chatted in another language and clearly were referring to me. You know the Anjela Johnson bit about nail salons on YouTube (if you don't go google it RIGHT NOW!), yup, this was that place. (they say) Do you want salt scrub? So good for your legs? (I say) okay, sure. (they say) okay, 5 dolla more. UGH! Fine, not what I was looking for but I gave it a shot. They worked hard on the up-sell to the shelac but it only comes in like 6 colors so I said no. The pedi was alright, massage was short and she didn't do much pumice. The mani was alright too... only a very short hand massage, not arms at all. But I give them two stars for this, the woman listened to me and shaped my nails very well. Then the polish came out well too. Otherwise, this was a waste. Very disappointing. And as soon as she was done with me, she cleaned up got a banana to eat in front of me and told me I was done. I was terrified I was going to ruin my fingers. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff came back and they spent the entire time working on a line of people talking crap about something that happened to one of them and how they wanted to punch some guy in the face English, then their language (not sure if it was Vietnamese or Korean), back and forth. i had the worst experience at a nail salon to date. I am a regular pedicure person and i like to try out different salons in the area. I got to tiffany's and did not feel welcome. tools were not clean. there's was minimal massage and cuticle removal. my nails are far too short and are crooked. the man and woman in the salon were yelling to eachother the entire time. there is no place to dry nails. and the pedicure was $30 which is unheard of to me. to top it off there is no sheet with prices on it so i had no idea if that was the actual case. especially because i was the only person in th salon. extremely bad experience. will not be coming back. read more

My roommate and I wanted to get our nails done today to treat ourselves out.... we wanted something quick and nice... total opposite. I was told a pedi and shellac would be $45 but it was actually $50... my roommates acrylics were $35 instead of $30... it makes absolutely no sense. They were talking shit about my roommate and I the whole time. It was so obvious they were talking about us and it was just so awkward because they would look at us and then laugh... i don't get how these women are in the service industry. Tiffany and her group of professionals are the best in Boulder. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent and the atmosphere is cute, fun and clean. The quality of shellac, gel and nail polish is great so they stay on for a long time without chipping right away like at so many other places around Boulder! They take appointments and take walk in as efficiently as they can! Tiffany truly cares about her clients and you can feel that the whole business runs efficiently with an emphasis on fantastic customer service. Love this place. The place is clean and my mani/pedi was fine. The knock in stars has to do with the owner/manager. I was there with my daughter enjoying rare time out together. I paid via Venmo as I know credit card companies charge small businesses a hefty fee. The owner watched me find her name and confirmed it was her and I pressed Pay with a generous tip. My husband was waiting at store nearby and my daughter was finishing up so we agreed she would meet us at nearby store. When my daughter was leaving, the owner told her she could not leave as my Venmo didn't go through. My daughter tried to call me but it went to voicemail. She panicked and agreed to pay the woman from her Venmo. When I got my daughter's message, I looked at my Venmo and see that when you pay someone new and you have no friends in common and maybe being out-of-state, it asks you to verify you chose the right person by entering last 4 digits of their phone or you can bypass that if you are sure you have the right person. Since I was sure it was her, I pressed the second "Pay" button and the payment went through. I was livid to learn my daughter paid her as well after the woman said she could not leave without paying. Why didn't the woman call me directly? Did she really think after spending an hour there and talking with her that we were trying to scam her and leave without paying? I just felt the treatment of my daughter and the manager's way of handling that situation made it clear we have different values. I would choose one of the many other nail places rather than support a business that would treat people like that. Ultimately I told my daughter to go back and get a refund since now we both paid her...what a hassle and a stressful end to the one moment of self-care we did in months. read more
