I've been going to Nails 2000 for quite a long time. My usual service is a gel manicure & regular pedicure. I usually make an appt., but sometimes I do a walk-in appt. Nails 2000 is clean & has 7 pedicure chairs & 6 manicure stations. Techs are thorough & meticulous & will chat with you. They offer acrylics, dip, pink & white, pedicures (both regular, gel & deluxe) and much more. Waxing is also available. Kids manis & pedis are available, I have even seen some men come in for services. There is parking right out front. If coffee is your thing Pete's coffee is a few doors down. They take credit cards, but I usually pay with cash or a check. read more

I love this salon. After being temporarily displaced from Louisville to Erie, it was worth it to drive the extra 30 minutes to come back to Nails 2000. I couldn't find anyone who does gel nails as well as Lee. The vibe is relaxed, and the ladies are kind and consistent. I get my nails done regularly and a deluxe pedicure every once in a while. It's always worth it. read more

They do good work. Have a very good selection of colors. Usually have time available when I want it.

LOVE Nails 2000 and my amazing nail angel, Lee!!! Lee takes such good care of her clients, making our nails beautiful and hearts happy! This is the one of my favorite pampering activities and worth every penny!! I highly recommend Lee and Nails 2000 for mani/pedi's, especially gel! I love my #11 light pink gel color! And, they have super comfy brand new chairs as an added bonus!!! read more

Nails 2000 - My favorite everyday color - gel, seashell, #11 - Nail Salons Near Me - Louisville, Colorado

I recently visited Nails 2000. I am a longtime customer and I see a particular individual and have for years. I phoned early in the morning to see if I could get into this particular individual and was given a time to come in which was at first 10 o'clock. However, as I hung up the phone the person on the other end, whose name is Linda, told me to come in at 9:30 and when I questioned the time she said come in at 9:30 . When I arrived the individual whom I see was not there and was told that because I didn't make an appointment she did not know that I was coming in to see her. I explained that I did make an appointment in the early morning, and was told to come in earlier than the original time of 10:00. I was then told that I could wait for her to arrive or reschedule. Another woman working there, who was very helpful and working with another customer left what she was doing to call the individual I see to find out when she was coming in. I was then told that I could have Linda work on me and I said no I am loyal to whom I see and I do not want to have anybody else working on me.. What I didn't understand is why Linda was not helping in this situation at all when she's the one that told me to come in the first place and then acted very aloof toward me after turning down the offer to have her do my nails. She had no customers during this whole interaction and yet was of no help in this situation! The other woman working there who was kind and helpful and tried to explain the situation later to me, appeared very concerned about what had occurred and recognized that I am a long time customer. I also want to say that this woman offered me to sit down to soak my feet and again was very kind and helpful! I found this to be extremely poor customer service by Linda. The person that I see, I absolutely love and she does beautiful work and I will continue to visit your salon. read more

I would be reluctant to return to this salon. I requested a pedicure and felt like it was very rushed and not great quality. I've never had a pedicure take only 20 minutes. I also did not think this salon was very sanitary. They reuse vinyl gloves from one client to the next. They do not use plastic linings in the pedicure tubs and it did not appear that tools were sanitized after each use. Very disappointing! read more

I wanted to take a quick moment in order to give this bussiness a glowing review. I have a really important interview tomorrow so I need to look really good. I came here and recieved a super nice manicure in a lucky red color but one of my nails broke. Even though I didnt have eight dollars to fix the nail, they not only fixed the nail but also added a fresh coat on. I dont think I would have had a chance of qualifying for the job because it is makeup related so appereance matters. They really came through and saved the day for me. Not only is their work really good quality but they also care about their guests. I would definetly recommed this place. read more

I've been coming here for the last five years. I moved to Broomfield and made the drive and now I'm in Golden and still trek up to Louisville to come to the salon. Lee does such an excellent job on my nails and pedicures. I use gel and it lasts for two weeks sometimes longer. I like the atmosphere but mostly I enjoy the community and family-like feel. These women work hard and produce a real quality product. Thank you! read more

Came in for a pink and white rebase. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, so I wandered over to the front desk and signed myself in. After I had already been waiting for around 10 minutes, one of the techs came and asked me if I could come back in 30 minutes because they were busy with appointments. I replied that I didn't mind waiting. I wound up waiting 45 minutes before they began my service. My tech didn't ask any questions about what I wanted, she just got to work. She answer her cell phone at one point, but never looked up to ask how I preferred my nails. Multiple times, the electric file became painfully hot, and I would pull my hand away in pain, but the tech HUNG ONTO IT. I repeatedly pulled my hand away and told her the file was hot, and she hung onto my hand for dear life and continued filing. Anyway, my nails look ridiculous. A "pink and white" is the powder version of a french manicure, meaning the white portion of the nail should be just a thin line at the tip. This tech made it so that the white takes up almost half my nail (which looks absurd). There is dried acrylic all over my fingers. My cuticles are dry and untrimmed. Some of the nails have a very thick layer of acrylic on them, and others have been filed too far. TL;DR: Don't come here for acrylics. Techs are obviously untrained and uncertified. read more

This is my absolute favorite spot for a mani or a pedi. The ladies are kind and gentle, the salon is immaculately clean, and the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. Plus, my nails always look fantastic! read more

Quality of service is average. Not bad, but nothing special. However, the prices have practically doubled in the last few years. A French gel mani now costs $50. It looks pretty good, but there are some bubbles and rough edges... Definitely not worth $50. It was also awkwardly quiet. Idk if something is broken, but there was no music or TV... just silence. read more

Came in for a pedicure for me and my daughter. We made an appointment the day before. They rushed through our pedicures and only spent a total of 10 minutes on my daughter and 15 on mine... for a $35 pedicure. Terrible service. I still had to tip them to be fair but I should not have. They had another appointment after us for two pedicures so they rushed through ours so they could do the next appointment. Never coming back! read more

Jenny was amazing! Very thorough but also fast. She removed my old dip nails and applied new in less than an hour. 5-10 minute wait with no appointment. I highly recommend. read more

We walk in and get "greeted" with the crabbiest lady ever. During the pedi she was rough and abrupt with the tools. The tools by the way, came out of a drawer and when she was done she wiped them with a towel and put them right back. Zero sanitation!!!Gross!!! When it came to the "massage" part, the woman never even touched my feet! She rubbed my legs. Yeah. Just my legs. And it wasn't even a massage. It was her literally putting lotion on my legs with no pressure whatsoever. She balked at me when I went to pay with my credit card and straight up asked me how I was going to pay her a tip. I was really not even going to leave her one but she stood right in front of me and so I ended asking my friend for a few bucks. I get lots of pedicures so I know the deal. And these people are NOT the real deal. I'll never return. read more

I walked in and was seated right away. They did an excellent job on my gel polish change. It was $25 which is a little pricy for just a polish change but they did a good job so it was worth it. The nail tech also told me I had beautiful nail beds and should be a hand model which was very sweet of her. They were all very friendly. They take credit cards but prefer cash so keep that in mind. I would definitely come back here. read more

Great standard pedicure job for a really good price of $25. They take credit card but definitely prefer cash. The space is large. There are plenty of stations for pedicures and manicures. The selection of nail polish is well organized by color. Great place and would go again! read more

Been getting my acrylics done for over 20 years now in multiple states and never loved a salon more than Nails2000. When I moved her 4 years ago, I must have tried 6-7 places till I found these folks. I love everyone here but I always go to Lee as she is an acrylic artist and also just a pleasure to work with. When I want, she creates amazing nail art for me to enjoy as well. You can't go wrong visiting Lee at Nails 2000. Also, if you have an interest in having your eyebrows done - Jenny is an expert in microblading. Check these folks out!! read more

I've been here quite a few times but today I waited over 30 minutes to then be told another 15. I get appointments but how about set expectations when someone walks in! I just wasted 30+ minutes or my precious lunch hour. I unfortunately will not be going to this salon anymore. I highly suggest going to Lucky Nails across the street. Lots of color options and it's really pretty inside! read more

Great pedicure chairs - the best I've seen! Spa pedicure and art work - $30 plus tip. We were both walk-ins on a Saturday and they sat us together so we could chat. They has this groovy thing that I swear was a cheese grater that they used for the callus on my heels. Tada - pretty feet and toes with gracious smiles. I'd go again in a heart beat if in the area. read more

This place is amazing! I looked for six months for the right place when I first moved to Colorado and finally landed here. Very clean, everyone friendly, great prices. I go to Lee and she is excellent in acrylics and just a wonderful woman to work with. I've NEVER seen anyone impolite or anything unclean - I'm not sure where people come up with that stuff sometimes.....it's weird. Give them a try, you will be very pleased :-) read more

First experience at a nail salon in Colorado .. it was wonderful:-) big place, nice people, good work

I am usually very organized, but this year I missed the clue boat for holiday manicure appointments and my party is tomorrow. Nails 2000 is near my work, so I decided to take my chances as a walk-in. Today, I walked in around lunch, during holiday season. I fully expected to be turned away, or have a ridiculous wait because all the pedi chairs were full, and all the techs were busy. However, I didn't see anyone else waiting, and I asked if a walk-in was okay (if it's my own dumb-@$$ fault, I always ask, and never get mad if I'm turned away - lack of planning on my part does not constitute an emergency on someone else's!). Happily, I was told to sign in, and did. After a few minutes' wait, had a tech take me to her station for a shellac manicure. A quick look around showed a modern, very clean, very quiet salon. Everything looked spotless. I did not see the tools come out of an autoclave but they were boxed, and when the mani was done, they were carried to the back room (presumably to be autoclaved). My regular salon brings out tools sealed in the autoclave pack, but I wasn't really bothered. If you are squeamish or have concerns, keep this in mind. I thought it was interesting that I didn't get to pick the nail polish bottle myself - the tech asked what color I was looking for and when I told her blue, she handed me a color ring of blues. Interesting way to do it. I noticed all the rings were arranged by color. They were out of the color I wanted (the tech searched high and low for the bottle) but they informed me of before beginning, so I could pick another if I wanted. First though, the tech showed a mix of two polishes, which was almost dead on to what I wanted, which was nice. SPOILER WARNING (lol) the "custom mix" actually turned out prettier than my original choice. I noticed that all the bottles were very clean -- some places I've been the bottles, especially around the openings, start to look a little raggedy and I've seen more than a few that should have either been thoroughly wiped and some that should been tossed outright. The bottles of various polished all looked very new and fresh. The technician was very kind and sweet. All my life I have had issues with horrifically dry hands and gawd-awful cuticles. Moving to Colorado AND being a compulsive hand-washer doesn't help, either! She was very careful and kind, ensuring that nothing in the cleanup process was painful. She was very, very thorough. VERY. Didn't hurt me once, and unlike some other places, managed to get my cuticles whipped into shape without any bloodshed. She also offered some helpful advice on how to keep my cuticles soft (almond or cuticle oil on all the fingers, overnight. Wear gloves!). I am also recovering from a bad shellac job, so my nails were clipped very short to get rid the unhealthy nails, so she also made sure that when she was filing them for shape, it wasn't uncomfortable. All in all, very thoughtful. And cute "They are so short! But that is ok! Short is beautiful!" Got a chuckle out of me, because I am also not very tall, either. Careful application of shellac, one base coat, two coats of the main color, two coats of shimmer and one coat of clear. My cuticles and nailbeds look so much better, and the polish job is first-class. Very nice job for 35 bucks. Five stars because of the tech taking the time to custom mix polishes for me to get me what I wanted, five for the price, too. Otherwise, it would have been 4 stars because I couldn't be certain the tools were sterilized. read more

I have always had a positive experience here. They always seem to have plenty of technicians working, for when everyone wants pedicures, and they are all very friendly. The owners are especially nice, and have always tried to get me in without a wait, as a walk in. Definitely worth it to try it out! read more

Quick drop in for a manicure- great service, quick and efficient, polish looks great! I'll be back for sure

Just had my nails done by Nicky. Worst gel polish I've had in years. Only two days in everything is chipping!

Got a full set here. The nails themselves look great, but I left with a grand total of 8 cuts around my cuticles from her filing my SKIN. Most painful mani I've ever had. She was an older lady so I thought maybe she would be really good and experienced. She had no mercy! read more

Rude! I came in and felt like a huge inconvenience. She rushed through it leaving my heels dry and rough. It took a total of 15 minutes. I spent more time drying. She cut me twice. I handed her my card and she requested cash instead. I will not be back, read more

Went in for a French gel manicure. It took a little longer than usual because the different polishes had a strange chemical reaction. Luckily the tech worked through it with the eye of a perfectionist and I walked out with at beautiful $40 manicure! read more

Was in town from Chicago for a wedding. Walked over from our hotel. The place was packed. Not only were the technicians friendly and nice, but so were the locals waiting for their nails. I've been going here for over a year now and am very pleased. I get pink and white and the occasional pedicure. I went to three other salons in the area for p +W and the work was truly terrible in comparison. The caveat is that I LOVE my lady, Linda. It is really HER that I go see. My nails usually last me as long as I can stand it before going in for a rebase (3-6 weeks!). They rarely chip and only if I smash my finger on something silly. She doesn't speak a whole lot of English, but she really knows what she is doing with my nails and is always nice. Once I had to have someone else and she was fine, really, but not quite Linda skills. Her artwork she has displayed so you can decide if you like it or not. I am not really impressed by the art and I wouldn't go here for that specific reason. Their pedicure chairs are the best I've seen anywhere as they are all new of the last 6 months or so. They tend to chat with each other or are just quiet, but I think it is franky b/c they don't speak a lot of English, but that works for me b/c I'm usually wanting to read anyway. I have had her in a rush before as well and she works faster, but not shoddier. The place is clean and has a good atmosphere. They also offer waxing and whatnot, but as I never see anyone doing it and the rooms they have for it are not really attractive, I don't think they get a lot of practice with it. I don't think I would go here for that. Also! it says they open at 9:30 but they NEVER do. They really open at like 9:50. They move very slow in the mornings. I always get a morning appointment so I don't care anymore and schedule accordingly, but I was mad the first time. They don't have a strong scent at all (don't know how they do this, but they do) and the pricing is VERY reasonable. I always leave 20-25% These women are NOT making any money. I think they basically work off the tips. I love their space and I love my lady. I would never go anywhere else if I could help it. read more
