I had a great experience here! Everyone was so kind and attentive to the services done.

My 11 year old daughter and I came in for pedicures. We each received not even a 5 minute massage, and the nails look decent. My daughter's "massage" was so short that she forgot she received one. And since when do they give a massage after they paint the nails? She didn't get a foot massage since her nails were wet. Basically, she rubbed lotion on my feet and our legs. We were charged $90.00 for my gel pedicure and my daughter's regular basic pedicure. The girl who did most of the work was very short with any customer she talked to. The guy was nice and told her to take $5.00 off our bill. There was nothing special about the pedicures that should be worth $90.00. When I got up from my chair, I looked down in the basin and the drain was open, but wouldn't drain because the drain was clogged. I hate to think that I had my feet in that water. We left feeling ripped off. DO NOT waste your money. Overall, the vibe was not good. read more

I usually don't post ever, but looking at my toes all day has made me so upset. it's the first time i've been to this salon. when i walked in everything looked fine and during the treatment everything was normal. i let my nails dry for 30/45 minutes before getting up. i look down at my toes and this is possibly the worst polish treatment i ever had. you not only see that the two layers of polish are not aligned, but my nails weren't even filed to be leveled. I am not the most picky person when it comes to these things, but this job is so sloppy it's hard to not acknowledge it. I would be willing to try it again but with a different person as everything else seemed fine upon coming in. Terrible service, and most importantly, be careful coming here bc it was filthy. I should have trusted my instincts and left right away. I came in for a soak off and a new dip set. Waited 30 minutes after which I got shuffled around. They used the metal drill directly on my nail beds to remove the dip. They refused to put a new set of tips on. Then they had me pick three different colors, and refused to move forward and told me to pick a different color. Finally I said I'm leaving. One hour+ later I had to leave with my bare nails that had been filed with a drill. The icing on the cake was to get charged $10 over the soak off price they had on their wall and told me they had to spend 45 minutes on me when 30 of it was me waiting for them to start. It's honestly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had and I've had a few bad ones. One star is too high. read more

I liked the salon way better under the old ownership. In the last few times I've been there, the staff was half a sleep, the deluxe pedicure was not good, it was all masked with a lot of lotion. I've come here a couple of times and generally a good experience which is why I'm still giving two stars. However, my friend and I were told they could get us in for both a mani and pedi at 4:30pm. We arrived and had our pedicures done but no one wrapped my friends nails to prep her for her manicure until we asked after 45 minutes of waiting. Finally, they got wrapped and we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to start on her nails. There was no communication that we may have to wait a bit because they were short staffed and only one nail tech could do the nexgen dip. Needless to say, we were at the nail salon from 4:30-8:00. More than THREE hours and no communication at all until I started mentioning how much time had passed. Sadly, I won't be coming back here. read more

Really strange salon experience. Even though they were nearly empty, I have never been so rushed through a mani/pedi. While I was getting my pedi, they insisted that I receive my mani at the same time. Not relaxing at all. Also, the entire time all three of girls just gossiped away, frequently stopping what they were doing to laugh and chat. They were so distracted by their conversation that my shellac mani pedi looks like garbage, and I still have calluses on my feet. Wtf did I just pay $90 (with tip) for?! Overall, I was rushed, felt uncomfortable and ripped off. Definitely won't be returning. Bummer because it's close to my house. Also, never was offered or received the "complimentary beverage " they advertise either. read more

I am not one to write bad reviews...but honestly, this salon deserves it. I have gone here before and have gotten mediocre service. I decided to give them one more chance today. I usually get rebases, or pedicures. For some reason the pedicures are ALWAYS rushed. Even when I got a royal pedicure (the most expensive) once (because I thought the service would be better) I was wrong. I always feel rushed and the massage is especially rushed. When I get a pedicure I expect the massage to be one of the best parts. At this salon it is always rushed and when it is happening, it is not relaxing. Today I went with my boyfriend and his service was terrible. He gets his nails done atleast 1-2 times a month and is no stranger to a nail salon. When he sat down he asked for a "basic mani/pedi for $35, and specifically said no hot stones, massages, or any extras, and asked them for a clear coat on both his toes and fingers". Well none of that happened. He was doing some work on his IPAD while trying to relax and she totally thought she could took advantage of him and gave him the worst service. She rushed and just quite frankly sucked at her Job. The extent of anything she did was rub lotion on his legs. She cut 2 toe nails total and didn't even file. She briefly filed his fingernails and the only fingernail she did cut is hacked up and going to become ingrown while already becoming painful. His cuticles, dead and hanging skin and nails are worse than they were before he walked in. After it was all said and done I am pretty sure she ended up charging him to rub a callous stone on his feet in which is always a common service amongst Mani/Pedis and he didn't even have callous's bc she charged him $50 instead of $35 and he had zero add ons. The most mind boggling part of it all was she refused to put a clear coat on and she never even removed his previous clear coat before, during, or after....Sadly, he still left her a $15 dollar tip bc he is that type of person, she obviously needs it way more than he does!!! I on the other hand had to get my nails rebased with a gel coat on top. The end result was thick and lumpy and anything but cute, and definitely not worth $48.00! The girls were lazy today and we both felt very rushed... I am highly disappointed with this salon and I would definitely not recommend it to anybody. Don't waste your time or your money here because you will definitely leave spending more than you hoped for. read more

I literally never write bad reviews but this place was not great. We were made to wait for over 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment, while several workers simply sat around on their phones. Like other reviews state, the service was frantic and rushed. There were several times the filing was aggressive, rough, and painful-- I left with abrasions on my fingers. My nails are bumpy, bubbled, and uneven, the shape is inconsistent and lumpy. I do not recommend. Pretty disappointed, especially for the price. read more

They recently opened a beautiful new facility and yet every time I've been since the service has gone down. They rush through and stop frequently to answer the phone or check on other customers. Don't go here - it's terrible! I've been going to Deluxe Nails for years- unfortunately the good employees left. For the past several appointments Vivian has either run 30-45 minutes late, has not even been at the salon for the appointment then shows up 30 minutes later, I made an appt, she texts that she can't make that time but rescheduled for 2 hours later only when I show up she says she has to leave and she forgot to call me. Also, she said no one else in the salon can do acrylic rebase except her??? How can you run a nail salon like this?? read more

Tao is amazing! I only have to get my nails done every 3-3.5 weeks because Tao has a strategy that makes the Shellac gel last that long! I have never been more happy with a manicurist and have always regretted going every 2 weeks to get my nails done. I could even stretch it out to 4-4.5 weeks but my nails grow to fast. The atmosphere is great too - the people that work there are very friendly. When I call to make my appointment, I don't even need to tell them my name - they know who I am ( and it's certainly not because of a shortage of customers - they are always busy! ). I'm moving about 30 minutes away next month but you better believe I will continue to drive to Superior every 3-4 weeks to visit Tao. Keep up the good work!! read more

I went in here for the first time with my daughter and was not impressed. First, the decor was shabby. The man who did my daughters nails did a sloppy job. I got a no-polish manicure and the person was very fast and rough with the job. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for the manicure -- charged $18 when the sign on the wall says a regular manicure is $15. I will not return. read more

I was a loyal customer and will never go back. I got a shellac manicure (that should last at least 2 weeks). It started chipping on Day One and it wrecked my nails. I returned to explain what happened and they treated me like a criminal, clearly talking about me in their native language and casting me dirty looks. The woman I spoke to said I was trying to rip them off by getting a free manicure. My nails were short and wrecked and asked to come back for a redo in a couple weeks. They finally agreed, reluctantly. "But only for polish, not for full manicure, and if you complain again we won't redo it". So here is the truth, Deluxe Nails: If people have a bad experience OR a good experience, they will tell their friends. Treat a loyal customer like scum and that is a very bad mistake. I went here last week for a basic manicure and pedicure. The positives: it was very clean, sanitary, and I only had to wait a couple minutes even though I didn't have an appointment. The negatives: very sloppy!! She cut my toenails for the pedicure and clearly left a hang nail/uneven nail and then PAINTED the hang nail! (Picture provided). The manicure was sloppy also- the top coat wasn't at all even with the first coat so the paint was messy and looked strange. She also made THREE fingers bleed around my cuticles so I was left with ugly scabs. I should have done a thorough check before I left, but I also shouldn't have to check! They did an OK job on my French tip pedicure and kind of rushed through the manicure. Not bad but not great.

They must have read reviews about problems removing shellac. I just tried them out and now I don't want to get my polish taken off by anyone else. They used a file on the polish before soaking and it worked amazingly! I got new polish in and it actually turned out to be the nicest looking shellac manicure I've had yet. I have been trying out a bunch of different places and this one is the best so far. read more

Okay everyone! This place is amazing. Not only is it extremely clean and professional, but has the hands down best nail artist I have ever seen. Her name is LYNNIE! I have traveled coast to coast and have gotten my nails done literally hundreds of times, and Lynnie is by far the best. She can do the most intricate and detailed designs on gel, that they literally look like stickers. I would never go anywhere else. read more

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it is a bit pricey, but IMHO worth it! I recently moved to Centennial and have yet to find a nail salon that is as good. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They take great pride in their work and they are all very talented. I am so spoiled, Nina picks my nail color, design, etc. She knows what I like and I always leave the shop with beautiful nails. I will continue to drive the 40+ miles to get my nails done, it really is worth it in my book. read more

Cathy and Tina are the best there is! This place is always packed, so definitely try to make an appointment. They just recently redecorated and it's more beautiful than ever! I love going here and being able to show my nail tech pictures that I found on Pinterest and then watching her expertly recreate them on my nails. First time having my nails done here. Had the shellac removed from my fingernails and it was the worst experience I've ever had. That being said, do not go here to get shellac removed. They made me pay full price and the polish wasn't even fully removed from my fingernails. She kept peeling off my nail every time she tried to peel off the shellac and was very rough causing my nails to . Very disappointed with the service. The only good thing about my trip was my pedicure which was done by A very nice gentleman. still would recommend not going here. read more

Called for an appointment and couldn't understand anything the person I was speaking to was saying, it seems he didn't understand what I was asking for either. But I had a gift certificate so went for a manicure. While the polish on the manicure looks good, the rest of the experience was lacking. The person doing my manicure nicked my cuticles causing them to bleed on several fingers. One of them was bleeding during the entire manicure, including when he was painting that nail. Gross. Also the salon itself and bathroom were not very clean. I would never pay to go back there again! read more
