Honestly I keep coming back here and I don't know why. I always leave in a bad mood and regret spending the money just to be disappointed or have to go home to fix my nails myself. I got a fill today (which I think I was improperly charged for since the register just said "nail service") and it was $55! For a fill! That's how much I paid to have the tips put on there to begin with. It's outrageous. And then they are always rushing and doing horrible service because they want to pack as many people in as they can. She didn't even use a base coat on my nails so you can see where the old acrylic was and the line from where the new acrylic was placed. For 55? Yeah I need to just start doing my nails myself

An infection!!

I have been going to NV Nails for years, I've always had a great experience there until I took a friend the last 2 times. The first time, my friend had Kevin give her a dip manicure. She left with all her fingers bleeding. She is way too sweet to complain. She decided to give NV Nail a second chance yesterday. This time she had "Hung Tran" give her a pedicure. He proceeded to dig down deep saying she had ingrown skin and this is normal and she needed to google it. Both of her big toes were bleeding really bad. She woke up this morning with discharge coming out of both toes which were extremely painful. She will never go with me again and I honestly don't blame her!! I pray she doesn't lose her toes. This pedicure cost $71 plus tip.

Very rude. I had Michael this time I believe he's a manager if not an owner he needs to go. You're ruining your business your horrific customer service you're dirty salon and your overall rudeness is extremely offputting. So I've been here a few times every time I come in I get overpriced. My nails are done poorly. In fact, I just went last week and two of my nails are already showing damage. I can't afford to get them done again when I just did them I definitely will not be coming back here. Shame on you for having such poor quality, poor service, Poor communication and this overall poor experience. Just Don't go here fab nails is in the same area. They are better...

Michelle really outdid herself! My picture doesn't do the nails any justice. But yeah it was the perfect set for my Birthday weekend. Michelle's always super nice and does my nails perfect

Envy Nail Salon, almond dip set results

I have recently moved to this area and have been looking around for a good salon. Upon entering, the salon appears to be very clean and modern, I had high hopes! I went ahead and asked for a pedi and mani, and that's when the disappointment started. The pedicure seemed halfway done, all I got was a cleaning and then lotion, at other salons, a pedicure also includes a scrub but I didn't receive that here. Then, it was time for my manicure and that's when my hopes started to plumment. I asked for an almond shape in a natural shade and the lady was very nice about accommodating my request, however her skill set was not up to par. I wish she would have referred me to someone else who is more seasoned in that field. I ended up walking away with chunky, uneven, lopsided, and bumpy nails-- I wanted to cry. They were already close to closing so everytime I would ask her to adjust something, she would hastily do it to get me out of there. I ended up paying $111.00 for half a pedicure and an awful nail service, I don't know if I will be returning.

Not impressed at all. I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and 45 minutes later I was finally taken back. I got acrylics and they are super uneven and slanted to one side more. I let the nail technician know and he said it looks straight from his angle, so I couldn't really do anything more to try to get them fixed. My fingers are cut up from the file and the nails weren't even fully polished, they look like they are due to be done already. I don't recommend this location at all, especially for the price.

I requested a very very simple design and they talked me out of it. And then he proceeded to super glue my finger tips to the nail, which caused my skin to break and bleed. I normally don't go out of my way to make a review but I am extremely dissatisfied with what I received for a whole 50 dollars. My finger tips are in pain and the nails I got were nothing like what I had asked. How can a nail salon not do almond shaped nails? With a simple painted French. I had to go buy a file and fix them myself at home. Not going back.

The absolute WORST nail experience of my whole life. Do NOT go here. This was a rebase. The picture doesn't even fully show how bad it truly is. Rude and unprofessional.

First time here! My friend brought me for my birthday, what a treat! Amazing massage chairs that worked my entire back and neck, relaxing pedicure. Instruments and water tub thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. Variety of moisturizers used in Deluxe Pedi. Very gentle in nail trim, filing etc. Staff seems very nice, talkative if you want or willing to let you sit back and close your eyes and relax.

Cut on cuticle and minor infection the day after I had toes done at Envy Nails

I will never go back. First we made an appointment - they didn't have record of it. Not unusual it seems for nail places these days. See photo the gal I had scraped into my skin at the top of my toe. I jerked away - it bled. Here is what my toe looks like the next day.

Price is quite high. They do well and are very convenient location. Very clean but always busy. It is best to make an appointment.

I've been here a few times now. When it comes to nails it's pretty hit or miss. Some people there do amazing but others, not so much.

She took great care to remove the old polish and clean up my nails. I've never had my nails shaped as perfectly as Kristin did today. And she painted the polish perfectly as well! It is, by far, the best manicure I've had. Kristen is so pleasant to chat with and the quietness of her individual nail spa was calming. She also uses Venmo, which was so easy and convenient! I can't wait to go back for a pedicure!

She even asks that you sanitize when you walk in the door which I can appreciate. I also love that she truly is about the health of your nails. She isn't into all the acrylic and tips as it damages your nails. Her skills are unmatched and she doesn't use all of those insane gadgets to damage your nails even further. She is hands down the best and am so grateful I was able to stumble upon her. So shoutout to all of the great reviews here on yelp as they did not disappoint. Kristen will be my go to from here on out. Please note that she is by appointment only which I can appreciate. And when you make an appointment, just know she will be there before you and not at the time you set or after. Thank goodness she is on time and punctual.

I've been coming to this nail salon, even induration of changes name(s), owner(s), etc., quite…read morefriendly and initially, they did everything expected and little add ons, which was great! Nowadays, it's difficult, to get same day appts and watching them take walk-ins is little frustrating. My daughter and I made appts to come in for mom+daughter time, we were separated almost entire time. And, even at end; she's made attempts; let me know she's done. Beware, price gouging; a) pedicure is set price, being advertised (false advertising?) anyhow, I came in to have pedicure and/or part of any offers (i.e., mani-pedi price, shellac-pedi price) are all set amounts. For my first experience, pedicure was exactly advertised with shellac at set price. I've found, it depends upon "nail tech" taking care of you. However my last nail tech, lazy, she did not follow details, as listed/advertised, scrub bottoms of my feet and repeatedly, reminding her to do, specific details (+unaware, an extra charge $5) cuticles are to be pushed back (use wooden sticks), it should not be painful, as customer never hurt/bleed with use of specific oil to soften, cut ok sorry, meant clear extra skin the cuticles. It then allows, lacquer and/or nail polishes or whatever being used and closer at your natural areas. It can be as soon, as after pushing back, usually later while doing whatever you need, hours later and washing hands, lotion, etc., then pushed cuticles that are left (don't worry, grows quickly) will begin, to grow, as usual. If, done correctly, it should begin to meet or even cover polished areas. These days at these pop-up salons, even upon request, doing it after everything has been done, deceit. In past, when your hands are stuck in bowls from beginning, barely allowing it to soak; they begin process of whatever has been requested. For me, my skin grows rampantly; I've come out to look at them, it's obvious and even after you leave/go home and you take notice; call salon; and any reputable salon will if I pay extra $5, they always do it at the end, they will not even care, nor give idea it is necessary step in providing manicure and pedicure give you an idea that they have observed, every step, due to cost(s) and longevity, as they use stainless steel ones so they can clean it & barely touches, it's like "act" do have you begin after capable to experience was more of foot soak and paint nails. Now, I have received several pedicures (in my lifetime and usually, regular pedicures, includes: tiny massage with lotion and definitely, removed all calluses, scrubs bottoms of feet, cuticles pushed & cut. All of which, did NOT occur induration of my so-called "pedincluded scrubs bottoms of feet don't tell you up at certain amount, , They took care of everything, used to frequently visit, every two weeks and didn't need an appointment and it was never problem if, you don't have an appointment. I would be there, fairly long, taking my time, my body isn't what it used to be. As of late, I've heard, from my neighbors, even with an appointment, there is long wait and changes with, multiple technicians. Advice: whether you have an appointment or not, avoid weekends and/or come earlier in the day. As for myself, I have not returned since November 2018. Reserved, two appointment(s) for me and my daughter, we want mother and daughter time and we wanted to chat, she lives out of the state. I was never close enough, within the vicinity of being next to her and both separated. My daughter's first comment, we get into car, to go home, she immediately, began expressing, how expensive it was! They are bit steep on their prices. I would get shellac/dip and regular pedicure. Usually, when I'd go in for shellac/dip (everything) would be meticulous, everything done, exactly like manicure, instead of using nail polish, would use shellac/dip. Apparently, I'm mistaken, I found out the hard way. You have to pay for any and every thing, sometimes person doesn't scrub, bottoms of feet, well enough. I asked, 'can you scrub them better?' After, got shellac done, I asked, 'please, cut my cuticles' and they know, I always, ask for it to be done. Oh, when I went to pay, surprised to hear, it was more than usual. Then, it was pointed out, all of the additional fees were from, when I asked to scrub my calluses, she barely took excessive skin for an extra $10; for my cuticles, another extra $10; etc., it goes on and on. Also, the pedicure price goes up! Of course, you don't know, until you are sitting, soaking your feet, provide you menu of upgrades (much more, than anticipated) personally, I ask for basic pedicure (priced, as advertised) mom (Gina, caring & helpful) her work is done, meticulously and she ensures to takes care of everything, including calluses, all without extra ($$) charges. He explained, "price for shellac, does not include a manicure" I'm not asking for manicure and everything, that it comes with, I simply, wanted to cut back my cuticles.

The guy who seems to be the manager, apologized for the wait and gave me 10% off for my next visit, which I really appreciated it. Next time in Denver I'll be back.
