The overall vibe had a very "mean girl" energy, which immediately made her uncomfortable. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the worker talked down to her about what she wanted and made her feel dismissed rather than supported. During the appointment, it became clear she wasn't being listened to. Rather than working with her or explaining options, the worker seemed to ignore her preferences and just did whatever she wanted when placing the Botox. To make matters worse, my wife wasn't given any post-op instructions. She's experienced with Botox, so she knows what to do--but that's honestly concerning for anyone who might be new and relying on guidance. She also was never provided an itemized receipt, which feels unprofessional and questionable. On top of all that, this place was significantly more expensive than what she's used to paying elsewhere, and the results were incredibly disappointing. She has been getting Botox for years and has never felt this let down by both the service and the outcome. Overall, unprofessional, overpriced, and uncomfortable experience.
