I went for a pedicure and they had a list of the types and the prices. They have the best pedicure chairs. There is a part that lifts to hold your leg while they do your heels, so you don't have to hold it up. You just relax. The young man was very good and very careful. I told him what had happened to me at another nail salon and that was why I hadn't had a pedicure in a long time. He was gentle and didn't hurt me at all (unlike the other place which had me screaming in pain). I am definitely going back here. read more

I was recommended that they would do a really great job. I called and made an appointment with Kim. I asked if they could do builder gel. The women said yes. When I arrived at my designated time, five minutes early.The guy looked at me like I did not have an appointment and was late, He said Kim was not there. I should have known this was not going to be a good experience. I went ahead and got a mani pedi anyway since I was going out of town and my time was limited. During my pedicure the girl hurt me. It was a half assed pedicure to say the least. I can say I do like the color of my toes. As for the fingernails, They did not have builder gel. The girl didn't know what I was talking about. She asked another girl and they had no idea. Then the girl cut my fingernails VERY short. Didn't ask what I wanted just started cutting. I wanted a cateye polish but they couldn't find the color I wanted and didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I ended up using the same color as my toes. I then, asked if they could do a halloween design. The girl said yes, and then just started doing one. I stopped her and asked what she was going to do. She looked at me like my head was spinning round in circles. I told her I wanted to see what she was going to do. She looked annoyed. The pumpkin looks like a pumpkin for the most part The spider web is fair, then there is the ghost. One of them looks like its eyes and nose are all one blob, but the other one looks good. I don't think I'll ever go back again, not worth the frustration of the ninety dollars I paid for something I really didn't want but settled for. Glad I didn't get my eyebrows done. Had a $49 pedi and when I went to pay I was charged $69. I was charged $20 extra because I had a French tip done which was terrible btw. My 8year old could have done a better job. And the paint started falling off the next day. Would not recommend unless you want to be overcharged for a bad pedicure. read more

I do not recommend this place. They aren't friendly and they do not have any attention to detail. My nails were thick and crooked. They put shellac on my toes but never cured it with a light so the polish never dried and came right off. When I told them they said I shouldn't have put my shoes on right away. I was shocked at the utter filth I witnessed. I'm not sure what the health code is- but this place is far from it. My niece was excited to be there- but there was no way I could go thru with the pedicure for myself. The nail drying table was caked with dirt for both the manicure and pedicure drying areas. The nail colors are ancient with peeling labels, crusty bottles and some of the colors had separated. It was like a museum for used polish- there wasn't a new polish anywhere. They didn't even provide my niece with the pedi flip flops. She wanted to do alternating colors on her toes with purple tips- they refused and pretended not to understand. Although she was happy with what they did- it wasn't her vision. They seemed to be angry that we were there and talked in another language the whole time. It kinda weirded us out. I paid extra for callus remover right foot ok but left still way rough. Paid for big toe design that don't match. The girl didn't even speak to me. I got a gel manicure and pedicure it looked like a 2 year old painted my toes and the lady tried to file off the paint she got all over my toes. The gel polish peeled off on 3 days. I do not even want to give 1 star. I started going here when I moved to Firestone in the summer. The first time I was there they were telling me the tech that had been doing my nails was no good. When I left (I had powder done) my nails hurt and I could see the next day they were bruised underneath. I tried 2 other techs over time and the same thing again. They are always in such a hurry to finish that my nails were never filed straight and the edges were rough and sharp. My polish was always lifting within 2 weeks. When I would go in and show them they asked me if I was a dish washer? I work in a office. They told me to keep my hands out of water. A little impossible? I tired a couple of times just to use them for a pedicure and even those were rough on my toes and the heels of my feet, my French line was never even. I recently went another place out of town. They were much better, no bruising and not in a rush. I had tried to make it a new place for me for a couple of months, I would never go again. Too bad since they are so close. Beware! read more

First time getting my nails done here. I got shellac and my friend got acrylic, her nails came out fine and she liked them. The guy that did my nails was also ok, but the UV machine kept turning on and off, so I was worried about my nails curing properly. Our manicures came out fine, they have a good selection of shellac & gel polishes, but their regular nail polish selection seems very old, a lot of them are cracked and some colors are separating. I am highly disappointed in this nail salon my mom used to get her nails done here like 4-5 years ago and they were fantastic we recently moved back to Firestone and my sister and I went there 1 week ago and we found out they went completely down hill. We came back in today with 3 broken nails and he told me after a week I needed a rebase. I have been getting my nails done here for several years (I used to have acrylic nails with shellac manicures, but for the past year have just done a dip manicure over my natural nails.)I have always given them the benefit of the doubt when my nails have been less than stellar. I get that everyone has bad days or are tired and sometimes the quality will reflect that. But the past two dip manicures I have gotten have been really bad. They have started chipping within days of having them done (and I noticed both manicures they didn't bother putting the white powder on top of the color, which is necessary.) I had them done on Tuesday this week (by the owner, Kim) and already have a huge chip on one finger and a crack down another. You should be able to go three weeks between dips, and it has been three days. Anyways, I will no longer be going there. I have given them more than enough chances and I am very disappointed that they don't seem to care about keeping regular, long term customers happy. read more

Where do I begin?! In case you don't want to read any further about my experience - know this ...... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! When I first moved to Firestone 8 yrs ago, I came to this Salon and had a terrible experience THEN (cut me very bad during a RUSHED pedicure, and they took my credit card that was under my cell phone & ran it w/o my permission, while I was washing my hands in the back) BUT ..... I decided to give the Salon a second chance, since it was "under new ownership". HA - big mistake! 1. I went in - in person to ask them how much they charge for what I wanted (type, length, etc.) and they told me $40. When I was all done, it mysteriously changed to $45. 2. I made an appointment for 9:00am (the time it say's they open, on the door) and when I pulled up at 9am, it was still closed. They finally opened their doors at 9:10am BUT it wasn't the girl who was assigned to me BY THEM ...... I was told she hadn't arrived yet (not knowing what she looked like) and was told to wait & that they would call her. As I waited another 10 mins, 3 workers had walked in and w/o knowing ..... one of them was the girl they assigned to me BUT she took off to King Soopers to buy some personal items for her throat so I waited another 10 mins! 3. Flies, flies, flies!! The workers that weren't tending to a customer, were swatting flies the WHOLE TIME as I was there for 1 1/2hrs. ........... so unbelievably annoying! 4. Clean & sanitary?? Yeah right! The nail station they put me at, had clippings for other peoples nails on the table ...... YUCK! read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody! First off they don't speak any English the whole time your there. Second they say they can do anything that you want and they can't. Third you ask for a specific price and then by the time they are done it costs more than the original price. I went into this location hoping to unplug, relax and enjoy my 5 yo daughters first nail service and girls day with me. I asked for a full set and asked for a gel manicure for my daughter with gel polish. All 4 techs proceded to bicker in another language for a couple minutes and then the woman who did my nails told me she didn't need a manicure. I know she at least needed cuticle work they grow halfway up her nail bed and cause issues with hangnails ect. After that they ushered us to seats across the salon from each other when it was empty. We then started to get our services done. I like to check out and relax but look back at what the tech is doing on occasion. by the time I looked back from choosing my tip length the tech had acrylic all over my cuticles and finger and I could feel it drying. She seemed to try to fix it with filing but it was just a sloppy and rushed overall job. I have been to this salon 3 times the first being amazing with a different tech, second OK again a different tech and 3rd TERRIBLE. Save your money. Unless you know a good tech at this place BEWARE! Also my daughters LED polish chipped the day after we went in because they refused to push her cuticles back a little or do any type of nail maintenance beyond filing the free edge . read more

I was happy going for a while when Huong always did my nails, but lately when the owner has done them they are so thin tons breaks within a couple days. Then today, what I believe is the owner's brother, did my nails. He usually does only pedicures. He obviously has trouble working the Dremel and hurt me several times. Finally after an hour and fifteen minutes he got up to take a phone call. The owner finished me off while she talked on her phone the entire time. A basic fill which should take 45 minutes took an hour and 40 minutes. The bottles of nail polish also gross me out as there isn't a new one anywhere, they're almost all empty which gives you globby nail polish, and they are impossible to open. I have also seen clippings of other people's nail when I sat down. Only go to this place if you get Huong, otherwise you aren't worth their time. Yesterday, I went to get my nails done and the girl that did my nails took a long time.(she was sweet and quite) My nails look horrible! As soon as I left I called them to let them know, I would be back the next day to get them fixed. Today, I went back but they were extremely rude to me and another lady that asked me, if they did a poor job? She also shared her experience with me and that she wasn't happy with her pedicure. The manager was very rude to her and rushed her out the door because other costumer were listening to our conversation. I felt so uncomfortable to the point that I chose to leave. Absolutely terrible experience, I came in to get a manicure and a pedicure, Kim did both and it was horrible, she scrub my foot so hard she made it bleed she did a terrible job painting my toes she did one coat of nail polish and left nail polish all around my toes, I asked for a design and she was mad is seemed mad she had to do it, very disappointed. And my manicure turned into a set of acrylics when she just clipped of my nails, and I have never had a set of acrylics look as bad as mine do now, my three year old cousin could have done better, I will never be going there again. read more
